• Enjoy a stay designed for both guests and their pets. With prior approval, pets are welcome. A CAD 49 pet fee applies at booking for one pet, with additional pet fees per pet collected after confirmation. Limited to two pets, up to 40 lbs each.
• We offer mid-stay cleaning for guests staying 7 nights or more. To schedule, please book at least 24–48 hours in advance. Guests are required to vacate the unit during cleaning.
• We are not responsible for any missing or undelivered items, and we discourage online orders as we cannot guarantee delivery during your stay.
• To enhance your experience and comfort, we’re implementing a routine maintenance procedure. A mandatory maintenance visit will occur for each stay. This proactive approach allows us to quickly address any concerns and ensure everything runs smoothly, providing you peace of mind.
