• For smooth and secure check-in, all guests must complete the Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Check-in instructions will be shared once verification is complete. Thank you for helping us ensure a seamless stay!
• Guests will need access cards to use the clubhouse amenities, including the pool and hot tub. These access cards can be picked up at the clubhouse between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM and are provided at no cost.
• No mailbox available. USPS does not deliver directly to the home, but FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc. do. Amazon orders must arrive after check-in, as we cannot receive or store packages. Guests may also use nearby Amazon lockers. All deliveries and groceries are at the guest’s own risk and must be scheduled during the stay only.
• There are two parking spaces for electric cars with EV charger available near the office for guests.
• Please note that the refrigerator’s ice maker and water dispenser are currently unavailable. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
• Water play still not available.
• We offer mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance.
