Each sleeping area overlooks the main living space and is separated by privacy curtains only. There are no solid walls, doors, or soundproofing. Many guests love the airy, architectural feel and downtown energy this creates, but it’s best suited for groups who are comfortable sharing an open space rather than those needing full bedroom privacy.

The building is perfectly located at the corner of 5th Ave S and Peabody Street, right in the heart of Downtown Nashville. With everything you need just steps away, you can easily explore the downtown area on foot. Plus, trendy neighborhoods like The Gulch, 12 South, Germantown, and East Nashville are just a 5-8 minute drive away.
This location is within walking distance to everything downtown, including Nissan Stadium and The Gulch. Other popular Nashville neighborhoods are just minutes away by car or Uber, making it easy to explore all the city has to offer.

Open-concept sleeping lofts: These are not fully enclosed bedrooms. All sleeping areas open to the main living space with curtains only and no soundproofing.
This home is ideal for guests who value location, design, and an urban loft experience. If full bedroom privacy is a must, our team is happy to recommend other homes from our Nashville portfolio that may be a better fit.
A $25 per night resort fee is included in the price breakdown for each reservation. This fee covers access to all Burnham building amenities, including the resort-style pool, outdoor terrace, two-story clubhouse, sky lounge, state-of-the-art fitness center, and parking for one vehicle.
Parking:
One parking space in the garage is included in your resort fee. A parking pass will be provided in the condo upon your arrival.
Secondly, there is a guest parking area in the building with limited parking availability (about 30-40 spots) which costs $44/night and is paid via a machine in the garage, located by the entrance to the building.
Quiet Hours are from 10pm - 7am.
