We had a fun stay at the Burnham. We were 5 friends staying together and everyone had their own bed. The 3 bathrooms were great, the kitchen was well equipped and the gift of local treats much appreciated. The location is great being a 10 minute walk from Broadway. Having our own entrance onto Peabody Street was nice too!
Hallson Hospitality team was extremely responsive to all my requests which included getting the Latch App (electronic key system) links resent to guests that had not set it up ahead of time.
The sofa bed is quite hard and gets a lot of light both at night from street lights and in the morning from the sun since top windows do not have shades - bring an eye mask if you think you may sleep on the sofa bed.
We had a nice stay overall. The space was great for our group since everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, including coffee. The washer and dryer with laundry pods were a nice bonus, and communication with the host was excellent.
A few downsides: the dining chairs were dirty and two were broken, the thermostat glitched one night but reset fine, and there was some dust on the upstairs bedroom ceiling. The dishwasher leaked slightly our last night, the downstairs bedroom TV didn’t work, and the windows could use cleaning. Being on the first floor, there was noticeable street noise; expected in Nashville but worth mentioning.
Overall, it was comfortable and convenient, though for the price, we expected a bit more in cleanliness and upkeep.
My friends and I️ had a fantastic time staying at this property. It was perfect for our large group. The access to the side street was fantastic for getting out and downtown quickly. Everything was walkable which made it so convenient. Beautiful property, would definitely stay again:)
We loved our stay in this 3
Bedroom condo. It is 3 blocks from Broadway. You are also a short walk from a mini market and liquor store. The old Smokey Distillery is 1 block from your door.
We had a group of 9 people. The bunks are queen size and the twin rollaway does fit in that room for sleeping (if you don't want to sleep in the living room) but we moved it out in the hall during the day so you could move around better.
We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon!

Beautiful place - gorgeous bathrooms - nice kitchen - supplied with everything that we needed - Price was great (off season) - 3 blocks from Broadway - front & rear entrances - just a little smaller than we expected & advertised as no way could 10 people fit there - We were six adults and were short one bed - they blew up the double air mattress that was provided - but there was no floor space big enough to set it up - same for the roll away bed - the space was our only complaint - we all had a fabulous time & are already talking about when we will go again
We stayed with a group of 7 for 5 days. Great location, lovely building, comfortable beds, unit amenities are great including the on-site gym and the space was clean. The hosts are very responsive should something come up! I will say this unit is very open with high ceilings and main floor bedrooms have a cutout to the living area. Sound travels very easily, so just be prepared. Despite this we would book again and just come prepared. We had a great time!
This spot was perfect for our girls trip to Nashville! Hallson Hospitality was responsive and helpful when it came to finding the right location for our group. They answered any and all questions we had, especially ensuring that there would be enough sleeping arrangements for the 8 of us. The location is awesome, a 5 minute walk to Broadway. We cannot recommend this place enough! It was cutely decorated and an amazing location. We were able to walk to Broadway each day, which saved a lot of money on Ubers. We had some difficulty with the virtual key, but the hosts were so responsive that they made the process easy to figure out. The place was clean and spacious enough for seven girls to have their own beds. We loved it here and would absolutely stay again!
What a perfect property for a girls weekend! I loved that all three of the bedrooms had their own private bathroom & walk-in closet. The entire place was the perfect set up with lots of amenities. It is in one of the best locations in Nashville to walk to downtown. We always felt safe & loved the beautiful modern furnishings. I wish I could say there were no drawbacks, but there are a few to note. This should not deter you from booking this beautiful accommodation, but it’s just for you to know in advance which I did from other reviews. This wouldn’t be for a couples trip. The bdrms are open air meaning they have a cut out in the top of them, with a set of blinds &/or curtains. You can literally hear everything going on in the main living space & bdrms. If noise is a huge factor, beware. I wish they could board these up. Barn doors are lovely but they were difficult to close & also made for non-noise blocking in the bedrooms. LATCH app for entry in apt. And main entries is hard to use.
We love this place. Very walkable to Broadway! We even had a back door to go out instead of walking out the lobby entrance which was awesome when coming home at night! The beds were very comfortable and we all had our own bathrooms too! Bonus! Plenty of towels for all us gals too. Thanks for making our trip wonderful.
The location was perfect. We were in town for a conference at Music City Center and it was about a block away. It was also a nice space to stay in with three separate rooms and multiple beds.
My only minor cons would be noise (which is hard to help with it being in the city), but also there was construction going on in the building we weren’t informed of and that was really loud one of the days. I had to reach out to the hosts and they didn’t know what was going on.
Also, the gym was dirty. There wasn’t anything to clean equipment with after use.
We enjoyed our stay, and it was conveniently located close to both the convention center and Broadway, which we needed. Would recommend this spot!
Probably the most convenient place in all of downtown Nashville if you’re there for a convention. Walk out the back door & cross the street, and you’re in Starbucks at Margaritaville. 2 blocks to convention center. Easy, cute, comfy, and convenient!

We were so happy with our stay! My friends and I had such a great experience and would definitely stay here again. On our first day, we unfortunately had an issue with the air conditioning, and our hosts were incredibly kind and generous enough to refund us for one night which they absolutely did not have to do! We really appreciated how accommodating and responsive they were.
The space was perfect for the six of us, and we loved that we were within walking distance of downtown Broadway. It was such a great place to stay for our Nashville trip! Thank you so much for having us we will definitely be back!
Easy walk to Broadway! There is a restaurant next door, a food truck nearby, and a liquor store/convenience store very close! Great for a group of girls, sleeping arraignments were great, and the unit felt very safe. The pool was busy, but we could always find a chair! I wouldn’t recommend staying here with multiple couples/kids as the rooms are not very private. It was great for our needs, but the sliding barn doors, and the curtain door upstairs would be tough for couples. The beds were so comfy! Closets had plenty of space, and there were extra roll away cots that made things convenient.
The location was great! Easy to walk to and from Broadway, but if you needed an Uber it was available within 5 mins.
Definitely would stay here again if it was a group of girls again!

The location was perfect, close to Broadway, downtown, and the Gulch area. It is within walking distance to a lot! A private and secure parking spot was a great bonus. The open-concept bedrooms were not an issue for us. The rooms were still very private. The exercise gym was nice, for those in our party that used it. We thought our stay here was perfect and would highly recommend it to others!
Perfect location to access everything in Nashville. Clean and organized with pool, sky deck valet to check bags while you wait for room. Quickly responded to all questions. This is my second time staying here and would only stay here for future Nashville trips. Highly recommend this place!!

Perfect location to be able to walk to broadway. And just enough space for a larger group of girls. All of us said how perfect the place was and having street access made it even easier getting in and out. Overall, perfect location and place for our group! Would forsure stay here again!

This location was really great! It was a short 2 block walk to Broadway and we found some really nice restaurants in the area too.
As the host described in the listing, the bedrooms are not completely private. For example, the master bedroom upstairs does not have a door, so the room is open to the stairs. It didn’t bother us at all!
The unexpected feature that we loved is that this unit has a private exterior entrance. This made it super easy to come and go, as well as simply step outside to feel the temperature or watch the pedal wagons roll down the street. Everyone on the pedal wagons are having a blast!
The kitchen was well stocked, including a drip coffee pot and Keurig combo with pods and bag of coffee grounds. Also, a bottle of wine was left for us to enjoy. Nice touch!
Overall, this was a great stay. The location was ideal for us.

We had the opportunity to stay during the ice storm. Much of the city was without power and plans changed rapidly. The Hallson team was incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating. They checked in on us during the length of our stay and were top notch in terms of being a present host. Nashville is a tourism city these days and that sometimes comes with receiving a less personal stay and experience, but the Hallson team showed us that they were the exact opposite of that fear. I would highly recommend staying with them anytime and look forward to booking with them again in the future.
This Airbnb was spotless and exactly as described. The location was perfect—just a few blocks from Broadway, making it easy to walk everywhere while still being quiet at night. The street access door made it very easy to come and go as we pleased. Would definitely stay here again!
Loved the direct access to the street and proximity to downtown. Very cute aesthetic and we were greeted with a bottle of wine and fresh coffee which was a nice touch. Only downsides are that it is starting to show rental wear and every bedroom either has no window or no door.

It says it in the description but there are no doors on the bedrooms which was no problem for us but something to keep in mind for some groups.
The location was close to everything but still felt like part of a quiet neighbourhood.
Also, the top bed on the bunk bed was extremely comfortable - felt like I was was sleeping on a cloud.
Oh and the pool really is open all year round. We did a bit of a polar bear plunge when we stayed in January.

This condo was the perfect location to walk to Broadway and lots of tourist spots!!! I especially appreciated the street access (that happened to have a Starbucks right across the road)! We were happy to be able to walk directly out of the unit without having to venture through the building, although it was extremely nice and had lots of really nice, shared spaces. A few little shops right there to walk into and even a food truck to pass by as you are walking back from Broadway at night!!!

The rooms were beautiful and super clean, beds were very very comfortable. Super convenient to have different bathrooms for each room so you didn’t have to share and had privacy. Location was perfect as it was close to central locations and we were able to walk everywhere. The only downside was the locking system of the entire hotel. Every door has an electronic lock where you use an app on your phone to unlock and then it has a 6-8 digit number where you can use a key pad to unlock the door as well. Slightly inconvenient as every door (hotel entrance, pool entrance, stair well, room door, back door, etc) is a different code and only 1 person is able to unlock with the app and any additional people have to use the codes and keypads. No fault of the Airbnb owner, just how the property functions as a whole. My dad is 58 and got to the location while I was still on the plane and it took him 20 minutes to figure out the locking system as the #8 on the keypad wasn’t working properly.
Great location. Cutely decorated. Overall very clean and well stocked. Loved having a bathroom for each bedroom! The door to street was very handy. And the pool was outstanding. Would definitely stay there again!! Hallson mgmt group was great to work with!!
Great location. It's away from the loud night life, but still within walking distance of everything. The condo was stunning, and fully equipped with everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall, my stay with Hallson Hospitality Co. was outstanding. The host was very responsive and accommodating to any requests that we had. The space was clean and looked just as it was pictured. Conveniently located and walking distance to everything that we wanted to see in Nashville. The only downside of our stay was that the pool in the building was closed.

The unit itself is nice. It is on the ground floor and does have direct access to the street. It was just me with my brother so that was OK, but I would’ve been uncomfortable for my wife and daughters to stay there, especially because of the numerous nearby homeless. It did get a bit noisy very early one the morning because of a nearby loading dock. Overall, it was a positive experience and I would stay there again.

I recently stayed at this property, and while the location was ideal, there were some notable areas for improvement. Here’s my breakdown:
Positives:
The location was excellent—very walkable to a variety of restaurants and bars. It was also conveniently close to Broadway and other major attractions.
Check-in was smooth, and Uber rides could easily find the property when needed.
Upon entering, the condo did resemble the photos provided, which was reassuring.
Areas for Improvement:
Cleanliness was an issue in several areas:
The upstairs bedroom had noticeable dust on the ceiling and fans and the throw blanket had a stain
The upstairs bathroom countertop wasn’t thoroughly cleaned and had hair left behind.
Dust was also found on the fans and door frames in the downstairs bedrooms
I would strongly recommend the unit owner invest in a more thorough, deep cleaning, as the dust buildup and other cleanliness oversights impacted the overall feeling of comfort during the stay.

Cute place within walking distance to Bridgestone arena and broadway. Was a little odd that the bedrooms weren’t completely closed off so you can really hear everything within the apartment. The latch app was great to use but it took us a good 30 minutes for the app to update/refresh before we could get access to the apartment. We would stay here again if we came back to Nashville!

Everything was great! The only hiccup was that the parking pass I purchased was not left out where the instructions said it would be, so if you purchase a pass you should ask for a printout in advance.

Unit was very clean. Shower supplies were minimal, and open air design of bedrooms allows no privacy. Difficult for multiple couples or those with children. Location is excellent
We had a great time! Everything was beautiful, clean, and comfy. They left a cute welcome package yo make us feel at home. Everything we wanted to do and see was within a few blocks so it was convenient.
The only issue I had was that the upstairs room got very hot at night. But if I kept the fans going, it was enough to keep it comfortable. Just had to keep the curtains open.

Fantastic walking location.
Location was good and the communication was good. I wish we would have known there is no privacy in any bedroom. There are cutout windows in all of the bedrooms with curtains or blinds. The barndoors also do not close all of the way. There were a few things broken but we dealt with it and talked to owners after. Didn't find it as clean as we would have hoped either but it also just looked worn out and needs some TLC (rugs, paint, etc) Beds were comfortable
