I can’t say enough good things about my stay. My boyfriend and I truly enjoyed our weekend stay here. I loved the view of the room, very gorgeous and the fact that we were in walking distance of many stores and restaurants. We will definitely be booking again.

Beautiful Bay View This room was quite spacious for the 2 of us, and we loved the view of the Bay! It was so nice to have a full kitchen. The pool was great, and has the same view, as it’s a few floors right below the room. I was disappointed with the check-in process as I reached out ahead of time, when we landed at the airport, and the host said a lady would meet us in the lobby, but the front desk workers told us she left right before we got there (even though we had given the host a time of when we would be there), so check-in was a little more difficult. Plan on waiting for the elevator for quite a few minutes as it’s a busy hotel, with 22 floors. We ended up taking the stairs most of the days because it took so long to get the elevator to come, but we got our exercise in. The AC only goes down to 68, which left our room quite uncomfortable while sleeping since the humidity is so high. (The vents were in need of a really good clean, so maybe that would help) Otherwise, the room was quite clean, but the bathroom could have been cleaned better as dust and hairs were covering the walls and trim. We loved the location! Such a beautiful and safe neighborhood to walk around to different shops and wonderful restaurants. The beach is about a 15-min drive away.

Relaxing and easy to get to This was one of our better get-away 4 day week-ends. Hubby went deep sea fishing and I got my nails done. Great restaurants and shops with-in easy walking distance. The apartment was clean and had enough of everything. We’ll do this again.

Great stay We had a really good stay. This was a nice property and the view is just beautiful! Was just right for two people. Very clean as well. Would definitely stay again.

Exactly as described Very attentive host. Room was exactly as described. I would have given a 5 star if it was better stocked. Kitchen lacked mixing bowls, pot holders, sheet pans for oven etc. I need a full kitchen to cook and it felt like a hotel room and not .

First but not last time to Coconut Grove Property was as described--maybe even better!! Very clean and in a great location. This property has an attendant at the front desk 24/7--so you will feel very safe whether you're traveling solo or with a guest. I stayed here for 2 days prior to cruising out of the Port of Miami which worked out great! (Our Lyft ride there took about 20 mins). We got to explore the area as restaurants and shopping were within walking distance. The view from the balcony was great and the pool and hot tub area was clean. I would definately stay here again.

The Grove May - June 2022 Good location and clean rooms but needs greater separation in terms of administration of stays from the short stay component of the hotel. That made it too easy to buck pass.

The view was beautiful and communication with our host was perfect no complaints. Everything was extremely clean and pictures were accurate only reason I gave 4 stars because many of the appliances were very noisy. The Air conditioning and fridge would make sudden booms and bangs during the night that sounded like someone was knocking on the door etc. But besides that everything was beautiful and perfect and I would recommend and stay again.

I would love to make this my go to place when I come home to Miami. Coconut Grove!!!

Second stay in a month so we like the Hotel Arya location. Just walk downstairs and embrace Coconut Grove.

Amazing studio with a water view in Coconut Grove! mix of high end and peaceful. Room was even better than pictured. The hosts respond close to 24/7 and so friendly. I’ll be back!

Awesome stay Very relaxing, clean, great neighborhood and the host was amazing!! The only down side is if you choose to utilize the stove/pans please be aware that the pans heats really fast even even when the fire is on super low (1) causing the smoke detector to go off constantly, there's no ventilation over the stove so you will have to keep the patio door open. However I'LL DEFINITELY BOOK WITH THIS HOST AGAIN!

The host was very responsive and gave clear instructions, check in was a breeze. The view and scenery was EVERYTHING. It was minutes from ocean drive and bayside. It was so much to do. I will be booking again.

Lovely weekend stay in Coconut Grove Our stay in Coconut Grove was absolutely amazing! The balcony offered a stunning view of Biscayne Bay. The apartment was beautifully furnished, well-equipped, and perfectly suited to our needs. We loved being just a short walk from a fantastic variety of restaurants and soaking in the vibrant atmosphere of the neighborhood.

Checking in Check in different than most VRBO. The contact person was an hour plus late arriving. She was apologetic and polite. A little confusing. The condo was very nice

Very Nice and the little extra touches appreciated! A very comfortable and nicely arranged studio. A surprise complimentary bottle of wine and some water bottles were a warm welcome. I enjoyed the balcony and the view of the bay and the park. We will stay again!

Needed more towels The apartment seemed a little bigger on the website. Overall it was a nice place hate we didn't have enough towels but it was cool. I didn't know that housekeeping wasn't going to be available until i asked for it. The property manager said i would get some more towels and they never brought them.

2nd Stay, still good Silvia was great about having a traditional coffee maker for me, I appreciate it. I like that we have a nice kitchen so we can make meals instead of eating out so much.

What a hidden gem! You'd never suspect this beautiful property to be nestled right in the heart of Coconut Grove. Literally close to everything which says a lot considering the layout if Miami. Cant wait to come back and stay again!
