The view was incredible and lived up to the photos. Plus, the staff were so friendly and helpful, which made a huge difference. The room itself was spotless and stayed nice and quiet. I actually lived in Coconut Grove years ago and was back in town for a wedding. You really can’t beat this location, especially for the price compared to other spots nearby. We’ll definitely be back.
We love staying at Arya in Coconut Grove! The location and views are spectacular and all of the wonderful shops and restaurants are within walking distance. This unit was clean and well appointed. Highly recommend!

Great views and comfy bed The building and check in process were a bit confusing at time but it was easy to ask questions. My husband and I loved the balcony with the incredible views, very comfortable bed and big walk in shower. It was a nice area to stay while we waited to catch a flight for the next day.
Great location and studio The studio was in a beautiful hotel right in the heart of Coconut Grove. We were able to walk everywhere. Grocery store, restaurants, shopping. The view from our studio was amazing overlooking Peacock Park and the bay. Everything about the studio was upscale. Bedding and bath and kitchen. Silvia, the property manager went above and beyond to make our stay a wonderful one. She was quickly responsive to my questions. It was a wonderful 4 day vacation in Coconut Grove. And having parking was priceless.
The apartment we rented was perfect for our short term stay. The view was really terrific and although we didn’t cook, it was a full kitchen available to us!!! Miami Vacation rentals was extremely responsive to all my inquiries within minutes of texting and I would book again from them in a heartbeat.
The place was very nice however we had a leak in the bathroom that continuously to leak throughout our stay. When we first arrived the maintenance guy was working on it so I feel if they knew it was a pre existing issue they should have rented the unit they got it fixed.
Staying with Miami Vacation Rentals was wonderful. Great location, easy to access the surroundings, and with a view. Would stay again next time in Miami!

The apartment was very nice, beautiful views, clean. The location is convenient to most of everything in Coconut Grove, as well as Biscayne Bay. I really enjoyed the saltwater pole and the hot tub. I would definitely come back again!!

Positive: L'appartement est propre et très bien équipé avec une vue sympa sur la mer et la Floride. L'accès au parking couvert est particulièrement pratique. On peut facilement s'y stationner et l'ascenseur permet d'accéder directement à l'appartement qui est dans l'hôtel. L'hôtel est plutôt calme. Negative: Le seul point négatif est le balcon. Il n'etait pas très propre et il est partagé avec un petit appartement juste à côté . Cela peut être gênant. L'architecture en L de l'hôtel donne une visibilité trop importante sur les appartements.

Excellent privately owned suite in a hotel/residence building. Free luggage storage and use of amenities before check-in and after check-out provide a seamless experience from the moment you arrive until you’re ready to leave. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay The building is perfectly located within walking distance of so much. The staff was nice and friendly. The room was perfect, clean, and nice and cold. It also had a great view on the balcony. I would recommend this rental to any of my friends.
The hotel room was very clean and it smelled really nice. The area was really calm and I really liked the view from the room that. It was excellent!
Great Location! The unit and complex was very clean! Close to restaurant and shops. Didn't use the pool but the gym was great. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking at the bay. Would definitely stay here again!
Great Views! This property did not disappoint with a full kitchen, comfy bed, and great bathroom. So nice to have an ocean view from the deck! And have parking included and fabulous restaurants to walk to made this condo a winner!

Great location and nice views The rental was an overall pleasant experience. The hosts were easy to talk to. Location was perfect and if you rent a car while you’re here make sure it’s not a big car because parking lot has tight curves and spaces. It’s a mixed hotel/condo bldg so the front of the building has awkward temporary parking to check in before you get your parking garage card. The unit I slept in was right next door to some younger people who I could hear during the day but at night they were gone and I had the a/c on so I couldn’t hear anything. The building is a bit dated but not run down or anything. I never went to the pool or gym so I don’t now what those were like.

Location is great Second time we have stayed in this particular building. Definitely has a hotel vibe but is exactly what we needed. The rooftop pool overlooking the bay is fantastic!! The location with all the restaurants that are within walking distance couldn't be better.

Worth every penny The room was exactly on the website moment walk in the lobby greeted well and rhe room with view was amazing it was clean and they provide extra sheets and towel the amenities like the pool and all was excellent thanks for everything will return in near future 😀
