The stay was a success overall. The condo is a little on the smaller side. I thought the view was nice. Would suggest getting some chairs on the balcony so you can sit outside and enjoy the weather. Parking costs are pretty high. Small things but overall still a really good experience.
First time using Airbnb, usually only use Hilton Honors and their family. Our stay was amazing, the room, THE VIEW, the location, etc. The room was really clean honestly, the hotel and staff were also really great. The big one is that there really is no extra fees, no surprises at the front desk. Overall a 10/10 for me. The only thing that might bother some people is how busy it can get around check in time, lobby was pretty full. Will definitely book again next time I’m coming to town.
Great Airbnb
This place was a great stay. Everything as described in the listing. I will say come with wash cloths if you need them because they do not provide, other than that everything was amazing and would definitely plan to stay again for my next visit.

The views here were amazing and there’s is so many places to visit around. The communication was so easy and pleasant.
Great location and amenities were great. Lots of construction all around but that’s Miami for you.. there was a high pitched noise we could never figure out where it came from but nothing that keeps you up at night. Definitely recommend
Loved everything from the amenities to the small details! We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the convenience of being able to walk to the Kaseya Center

Great stay. Beautiful view and close to great Miami venues. I had an issue with my itinerary/booking and the team fixed it right away so you can count on them to be helpful.

The place was beautiful , the views were beautiful. And it was in walking distance from the bay view pier which was convenient for stores and food. But be mindful that this air bnb is inside of a hotel. You do not get maid service from the hotel to clean up your room and get clean towels. We kept our towel and bought tide pods and just kept washing them. My spouse and I were there for 4 nights with only 2 small towels so we were washing everyday. If you wanted your room clean you add to add the service at an additional cost. Parking at the hotel was an additional $252 for those night or you could park 5 min away from the hotel I tried to purchase the cheaper parking but there was no spots left and my $180 was being held. I had to call the company to release my my money being that there was no spots left there.

We had such an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The views were absolutely incredible — even better than the pictures — and made the whole experience feel so peaceful and special. From the moment we arrived, we truly felt at home. The space was clean, beautifully set up, and had everything we needed (and more). The amenities were top-tier and made our stay super comfortable and relaxing. You can tell a lot of thought went into making guests feel welcome. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, cozy, and well-equipped place to stay!

I love everything about the property, but the check-in through vrbo was horrible they make sure they take the money first and then don’t help you with nothing afterwards.

Amazing stay I loved it! Its in a hotel the amenities are good its a studio at walking distance from bayside so no need to double pay for parking at bayside.

Beautiful hotel, friendly and helpful staff, and gorgeous unit. Looks just like the pictures. We really enjoyed the view every morning, the fitness area and especially the pool. Would highly recommend!

I had never stayed in the downtown area before. The room had an amazing view of the ocean and the gym and pool were amazing! The lobby is extremely busy but efficient. No complaints.
