Couple trip I seriously didnt want to leave!!!!! Loved the balcony...ice maker...robes....bottle of wine...bed....EVERYTHING was fabulous!!!! Parking was great, appreciate having spaces for free THANK YOU!!! We loved every part of our stay!
Miami vacation Was in Miami on vacation. Location of property was beautiful and not too busy. Really cute walking area on the next block with shops. Property managers were friendly and responded quickly even for restaurant recommendations. I had no issues with the room. Studio style as pictured but full kitchen and was perfect for the two of us. Balcony is shared but there is a divider for privacy so it doesn’t feel like it is a shared space.
I'll start with the good: the property managers were extremely responsive and communicative, making check in seamless and easy. Parking was in an attached garage, and free. The room was nice enough, with a functional kitchenette, and the location excellent. The bad, which turned out to be really bad: This unit is in a hotel. The walls are paper thin, and it appears that a larger unit was divided into two in order to rent to multiple people. Depending on who ends up next to you, it can be fine or it can be hell. We ended up with a couple smoking something that made them cough as if they were dying on the adjoining balcony every few hours, including during the night, and the noise was intolerable. Although we reported it and asked to be moved... alas... renting privately in a hotel does not give you that option. We ended up leaving early, booking another room elsewhere, and losing our money. According to management, they told security, but ultimately, this wasn't their problem. I wouldn't advise booking here because if things don't go well, you won't be accommodated with another space, and you won't get your money back. That is very frustrating to say the least.
Short stay but comfy My wife and I needed a place to stay close to the airport but still close enough to enjoy Miami for a night. This place was perfect! Check in was easy and so was parking. 10/10
Great accommodation in trendy area We enjoyed our stay in this VRBO in Coconut Grove. It was clean and comfortable and in a fun, trendy area. Many restaurants and stores are within walking distance. Overall, great location. Room was spacious with a balcony. Ocean view from balcony, but not really from the room. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit!

Great Place to visit! Loved my time here. Stayed 2 weeks, soaked up the sun on the awesome pool deck, walked the streets of coconut grove, ran the trails to the water and the bridge. Everything was close and the location felt safe and welcoming. Perfect location

Wonderful Birthday Getaway This was such an awesome place!! It was clean, comfortable and so convenient to a ton of fabulous places! The view from the balcony alone was beyond amazing, especially on the 4th of July! The staff was so friendly and the hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive! Birthday Getaway When we arrived to the property we were told that we would receive a parking pass for the garage. There was no pass left because the previous guests took it with them. The property manager said that she would give it to the front desk the next day and we never received it (caused minor issues with security). There were dirty dishes left in the cabinets, when we pulled them out to use them they were covered in grease. The floors definitely weren't mopped before our stay. They turned our feet black after walking barefoot for a short period of time. The property advertises a restaurant and bar inside the Arya hotel, however, this was completely closed and shut down the 4 days we were there. I would expect a discounted rate for this being a significant amenity that we did not have the pleasure of using that was included in the cost of our stay. The last day we were there we tried contacting the property manager multiple times with issues/concerns we had with our stay and there was no response to address these concerns. Overall, I would not stay here again.

Blissful Stay What a fantastic surprise! This property not only matched the description but exceeded my expectations. I was in Miami for a training and chose to stay in Coconut Grove, and I’m so glad I found this gem. The location was perfect, with shops and restaurants just a short walk away. It had everything I needed, and I would absolutely book here again!
A perfect location We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It lived up to its description with no surprises. The kitchen was well-equipped for basic cooking needs, and the WiFi and TV were perfect for cozy indoor evenings. The balcony offered stunning views of the harbor, where we enjoyed our morning tea and breakfast daily. The neighborhood is fantastic, just a short drive (15-20 minutes) from all the tourist attractions. The included parking was a huge convenience. Coconut Grove boasts plenty of excellent restaurants and delightful walking paths. The hosts were easily accessible, and both check-in and checkout were quick and hassle-free. We highly recommend this place for small families (ideal for 2 to 3 individuals), and if we find ourselves in Miami again, we would definitely choose to stay here. Thank you for everything!

Great location for exploring The Grove and all that Miami has to offer. Nice apartment with a great view. Easy check-in and convenient parking in their on-site garage. Note that there are some extra expenses beyond the Airbnb costs (damage waiver and parking). The apartment is located in the Hotel Arya, and you get access to their amenities (but are thus also impacted by their amenities not being available at times). As of April 2026, the restaurant in the Arya is closed for renovations. This wasn't a major problem for us, but the hosts weren't even aware of it. If you're choosing to stay here because there's an onsite restaurant, or if that's an important consideration for you, you may want to confirm before your stay. Otherwise nwe really enjoyed our stay..

The studio was perfect for our needs - comfortable, a kitchen for our use when we were in the apartment, and an excellent location. We plan to stay there again if it’s available when we travel to Coconut Grove again.
This space was exactly as described in the listing and looked just like the photos. The team was very responsive and helpful throughout the process, which made check-in extremely easy and seamless. The space itself was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and everything worked as expected. Overall, it was a very smooth experience and a great place to stay.
this is the second mvr unit I've stayed at in this building. both, including this one, were very nice. spotless clean unit and linens, very comfortable bed, nice view from personal balcony, and shower has great pressure. they have on-site staff as well that respond very quickly to any requests. parking was also a breeze.
Great place in the amazing Coconut Grove. Clean, comfortable, and easy check-in. Loved the calm, leafy vibe and proximity to everything, like the library and Peacock park. Would stay again!

I arrived early and the host kindly allowed me to get the keys right away. Check-in and check-out were both super easy. The host was very responsive, and I loved the complimentary wine and water—it was such a thoughtful touch. The pictures do this place no justice—it’s even better in person! Highly recommend.
I’ve stayed in shittier hotels. I could’ve booked a bad hotel. It made me wait till 4 o’clock. I got the five that they weren’t happy dealing with Airbnb folks. It was a bad experience.
Worn out apartment This property was very worn out and not in the condition as presented in the photos. Walls and ceiling, drywall repairs and repainting are over due. Tiles in bathroom are cracked.
Wonderful Everything was wonderful. From the cleanliness, to the comfortable bed, the attentive hosts, and the location and proximity to Coconut Grove restaurants and shops which were practically outside the front door. We had a great relaxing getaway. The weather was beautiful and we went to the pool daily. Great views from the balcony and the pool.

A great location! The room was very spacious and clean. It was described as brand new…not really brand new…newish. It was great to have a full kitchen…pretty well equipped…could use a cutting board, cookie sheet and some bowls.Our neighbours were quite loud the last night we were there, but our property manager took care of it promptly.. That was very impressive!Overall the location had great walkability and was a lovely area to stay…lots of shops and restaurants!

Beautiful studio Our stay was amazing. The view is breath taking! The neighborhood is excellent lots of shops and restaurants. It was very clean and although it’s a studio, it is spacious and has a full kitchen and a large bathroom. Definitely recommend it and it’s a keeper for me on my next visit.

The apartment, situated in Hotel Ayra was really light and had great views over the bay - although as described this was from a side view. The balcony had a table and two chairs and was really nice for eating meals. The apartment was well laid out - great kitchen space and bed space. The kitchen had a huge oven and plenty of utensils! The apartment was really clean and had plenty of towels and amenities. There is a good sized pool. There is building work close by. The situation of the apartment was great - fabulous restaurants on our doorstep and more shops and restaurants a five minute stroll away. The bay is within a short walk and there are bookable trips from there. We would definitely come back to the apartment!
February Stay For the price we paid, we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the unit and the number of maintenance issues. The sink in the kitchen leaked. The bathroom sink leaked into the vanity drawers. Fortunately, our prescription medicine was not damaged. Finally, we had to make our own arrangements for cleaning and linens.
Great Location! Very clean. The location and description are pretty accurate. The one thing we didn’t realize is that it is in a hotel. Not a bad thing necessarily, but would have liked to know this. The final payment was a bit confusing, because we usually just pay through Vrbo. We did our due diligence and it worked out. Finally, we were here for only a weekend and had already placed Instacart when we realized the to was out. We only had one roll. Kind of a pain, but hen you need to pack and rest for your next destination. Evidently there was supposed to be 4 extra rolls which there was not. The details matter. We would probably rent again, and triple check some things. By the way, “the music that is loud in previous reviews s this ma to be ok. Only happens during daytime hours and the evenings were quiet.”
The location was very nice the room was clean tidy and the exit to the balcony was excellent. Any time you could find where to eat what to buy, I am very pleased with this place. very friendly employees
Clean studio apartment in the heat of the Grove Nice studio apartment on the 17th floor of the Arya Hotel in Coconut Grove. The full kitchen was a plus for me. You are just minutes away from CocoWalk and all of the shops in the Grove. A parking pass is provided for floors 4-6 with direct elevator access to the apartment. I'd stay here again given the location and cleanliness of the apartment.
With a few maintenance repairs this place will be GREAT. Check in went smooth, however you have to go to the room to get the unlimited parking pass for your vehicle. If the pass was at registration check in would have been even smoother. At least there was a free pass so for this we were grateful. A few maintenance issues: Rocky toilet that requires caulking to the bottom, bathroom faucet moves back and forth and finally, the inside door lock desperately needs repair. However, the lock still works. The elevator is room key activated bc the Apt is on the 17th floor of a hotel. Parking is on 4-6 floors which gives you direct access to the elevator which goes directly to your room so no bellhop is required; however, one is on the first floor if desired. Overall our stay was great and could have been Awesome but one of the residents decided to blast their music every day and night until 2am. Although we complained to the front desk it happened night after night. Ugh! a real buzz killer. Hopefully this can be rectified for future tenants.
amazing location! This property was inside the hotel Arya, something I didn't realize when I booked it. The location was perfect for walking to all of the many shops and boutique stores along the avenue. The room was comfortable and clean. We would return again!
