Beautiful apartment plenty spacious for a couple, great view, great new building, close enough to Brickell/South Beach/other destinations. Would definitely stay again.

First time staying in Downtown Miami, and it was such a pleasant experience! The place is just as pictured, beautiful view - my fiancè and I had fun watching the cruise ships come and go. The hotel is modern and fun, Saturday a live DJ played during the day by the pool. You’re walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our host was very quick responding to any questions I had, thank you for a nice stay. :)

Beautiful place to stay

An absolutely incredible place that exceeded all expectations! The view is breathtaking and truly unforgettable. The apartment itself is beautifully designed, clean, and filled with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great location and excellent communication with the host. We would love to come back again! Highly recommend!

The property was excellent, well maintained, and in a great location, contributing to an overall positive experience. During my stay, I reported stains on the couch and rug. The staff promptly inspected the issue, which I appreciated, and we discussed possible next steps. However, I never received an update or follow-up regarding the outcome or any further action. My main concern was not the resolution itself but the lack of communication afterward. An update, regardless of the final decision, would have done wonders. Overall, my experience was positive despite this service issue. While the customer service could have been handled more effectively, I would definitely consider staying here again.

Highly recommend this condo! The location was perfect — close to South Beach and only about 10 minutes from all the main Miami spots. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the balcony views were unreal. Definitely would stay here again.

Great View From Balcony

We had the best time ever, I love the air bnb … I can’t imagine staying anywhere else … I could really live there … hmmm wonder how much my rent will be? lol … host was the best … felt like family … Thanks for amazing time!!!!

The view from the balcony is unreal. Excellent amenities as well, including a beautiful terrace patio on the 10th floor with a big swimming pool + hot tub. Massive 2 level gym as well. You get free beach access included at the Marriott on South Beach for up to 2 guests too (larger parties can purchase additional chairs), which is a great perk. The AirBnB is effectively a condo within the Elser Hotel building (daily housekeeping isn't included, but you can pay to add it if you want). The location is great, just mere steps away from the Kesaya Center and very close to the cruise terminals. Located in the heart of downtown, and walking distance from Brickell. 15 minute drive to South Beach. 20 minutes drive from Little Havana and Wynwood. About half an hour to the airport. Restaurants, shops, bars, clubs, and the glitzy high rises of downtown Miami all at your doorstep. Room is fairly clean and modern. Kitchen is included. There's a fold-out sofa bed too. Can sleep 3 to 4 folks.

Absolutely stunning condo. Worth a visit. Will be returning for future trips.

I really enjoyed my stay here and the view was amazing. I enjoyed watching the sunrise from the balcony every morning & the convenience of being near everything. The place was clean & welcoming. The host was responsive to all my questions in a timely manner.

We had a great week in Miami. The apartment was nice and very well located. Amenities in the hotel area were great. We also tested the free beach could in South Beach, which worked excellent as well. MVR people were nice, it was easy to chat with them if something was needed. All in all, would strongly recommend this place.

Great view. Good location. The gym and the pool was great. But the pool was not very clean
