Great building amenities (pool deck, fitness center, parking, etc.) and wonderful location and views. Units vary within the building so different units may address different needs better or worse. This unit was clean and comfortable with a great view off a (very) small lanai. If you are looking for a couch or fuller kitchenette, or big windows with sweeping views, this unit may not be ideal for you. But for the purposes of my trip, the space was perfect and the value felt very good given how it compared to everything else available (hotels, AirBnB, etc.) Description they provide was accurate - so if it sounds good, you can’t really beat the value for the price, location, building, etc. Would certainly stay again.

El departamento es tal cual la publicación. La zona de Coconut Grove está cada vez más linda para salir caminando a todos lados. Hay muchos restaurantes lindos cerca. Y Fresh Market, el supermercado más lindo de Miami, está a unas pocas cuadras. Volveríamos.

It was a great place to stay for work. The place was clean, and the location is great, with a lot of good stuff at a walking distance. I would recommend it to anyone that is in the area for business.

I had a great stay in a fabulous neighbourhood! The room was exactly as described and was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. MVR was easy to deal with and I would definitely book accommodation through them again in the future.

Amazing location. The apartment was impeccably clean. Receiving notes asking how check-in went, how my stay was going were a nice touch.

⚠️ READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING Be aware that this host requires mandatory third-party ID verification and additional off-platform charges after booking, including either a non-refundable $50 fee or a $1,000 refundable hold. These requirements were not clearly presented during checkout and only appeared later in the listing details. The host also outlined that funds could be deducted at their discretion for even minor issues, which felt stressful and uncomfortable as a guest. When I raised concerns, a refund was refused, leaving us in a very difficult position. I would strongly recommend clarifying all additional requirements, fees, and penalties in writing before booking, especially if you are not comfortable with third-party verification or large discretionary holds. Unfortunately, this experience created unnecessary stress and uncertainty, and I would not choose to stay here again.

If you are looking for accessibility to all Coconut Grove has to offer, this is a great location. Our studio room on the 17th floor was spacious enough for us to be comfortable during our three night stay. For longer stays, you might want a room that is a little larger or has a larger balcony. Our balcony was not large enough to be useable. There were nice amenities including a few surprises. The communication with Gabriella was clear, through, and proactive. Parking was easy. I am looking forward to coming back!

Ideal location with a parking space which is unbeatable in Coconut Grove. Very clean and spacious. We so enjoyed the picturesque view from the pool deck as well.

Communication with Silvia was great from the start. Room was clean and vibrant as well as the Arya. Staff was welcoming and private garage parking with very easy elevator access. The Coconut Grove location was beautiful. Right in the heart of Coconut Grove and all it has to offer walking out the front door. Easy drive into Miami and 95. Would not hesitate to book with Silvia again.

We have stayed in this location before and like past hosts, our host for this until was incredibly responsive and understanding when we had travel delays. They were also responsive when we had an issue with overnight noise coming from a different unit - reaching out to hotel management to ensure it didn't happen again. :)
