The apartment was cute and welcoming! It was great to be central and within walking distance of everything and the 20th floor was fun for watching the boats and skyline! Room was a bit tight for our family but we made it work and loved our little coconut grove vacay
We really enjoyed our stay during UMiami family weekend. Perfect location. It was so convenient having several great restaurants and shops within walking distance. Would definitely book this again.
This was a perfect one night stay for me and my two boys. The views are beautiful and we love the wine & vine restaurant across the street. This would definitely be an Airbnb I’d use again.
Absolutely perfect, pristine condition!! They spoiled me with treats for my birthday, actively communicated when. i needed anything and everything was a just amazing!! Next time im in Miami I will definitely be booking with them!!
Great place but the whole reason I got an Airbnb was to cook my own food as we was staying for a week and had multiple people but there was no kitchen you basically pay Airbnb price for hotel.
Me and my friends were visiting Miami for the first time and we absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect, just a short, walkable distance to Coconut Grove with all the best restaurants, shops, and vibes right nearby. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet too, which made it extra relaxing. The host was super responsive, friendly, and flexible throughout the entire trip. We felt well taken care of and totally at ease. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Miami!
There is only one thing i question is the $69 non refundable one time fee for damages or the $1000 refundable after 5 days if no damage ? Cant check in without selecting one or the other i understand things happen but when you are a person willing to pay for damages if you caused them the free $69 they charge you is ridiculous in my opinion.
¡Totalmente recomendado!
Amazing place to be , beautiful views and amazing places !
Really great spot
We loved it here!! Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in Coconut Grove. Parking was easy, view was great! Close to University of Miami! We will definitely be back !
The apartment was lovely and the location was great Positive: Location
Great location, great amenities and incredibly responsive hosts. Couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommend.
Estadia impecável. Quarto confortavel, lençois e toalhas de qualidade, localização perfeita. Melhor lugar que já fiquei em Miami.
The Suite was a perfect pick for our weekend in Miami. Comfortable, clean and easy to check in. The location is great, within easy walking distance of multiple restaurants, within a minutes walk to the path that takes you around the bay. While the description says limited bay view, we had a view of an incredible sunrise over the bay.
Loved everything !! will definitely book again!!
I’ve have over five years of yearly Miami visitation, this location has been my favorite over this time. From checking in, parking experience, and location, it was great. I will definitely come back
Thank you for allowing us to have a lovely stay. Host responded in a very effective and prompt way.
TV had problems
It was a pleasure staying in Coconut Grove. The accommodations were well-maintained and offered a comfortable experience overall. The host provided clear instructions and was very responsive to any inquiries. I would gladly recommend this location to others looking for a pleasant stay. I look forward to potentially returning in the future.
Todo bien
Great view, communication a bit slow, a/c needed to be colder and after being reset still didn’t get colder.
Great stay! Great Host. They even checked in with us during our stay. Instructions were immaculately descriptive. Easy checking as well. Even Valet was friendly showing us the correct location to park while we checked in. Shower pressure could be better but overall exceedingly excellent experience.
amazing host everything was just as listed and great communication!
Location is great - nice neighborhood, restaurants etc. Very clean and great to have parking. Space was small though - more like hotel room then what I was expecting from an AirBNB. Overall good stay, just needed to be bigger for 4 adults.
Great location in a hotel with great amenities and walkable area
The place was very comfortable and peaceful, amazing view! Extremely clean and everything smelled amazing! The complementary wine was a lovely treat! The neighborhood is beautiful and safe, lots of places to walk to! Would definitely stay here again!
Super spot in the Coconut Grove area. The unit was clean and comfortable, and had everything I needed for my short stay. Communication with the host was great--they were incredibly fast in responding and helping me with a few things. The views from the unit are great, as they are from the pool and gym areas.
Relajante
Great place!!
Beautiful views, great location and perfect for 3 people, the restroom was not clean unfortunately but they did offer to clean it and were very apologetic! Host was very responsive and friendly.
We had a beautiful stay at Miami Rentals. The view is amazing and all the available amenities are great. The place was clean, the host communicated well. We loved our stay and would be back.
