Campanilla at Ipomea

Campanilla is a loft-style one-bedroom set among tropical gardens on Sayulita's quieter side. A private terrace, King bed, kitchenette, high-speed Wi-Fi, two TVs, and in-unit laundry support a stay for two, while a shared lap pool extends into the landscape. On-site parking and electric golf-cart charging are available. The property welcomes approved pets up to 30 lb, and reaching it from the parking area requires climbing a steep hill and many stairs.

Campanilla sits among tropical gardens at Ipomea, a collection of individual buildings on the hillside above Sayulita. The setting places greenery close to the property while remaining within walking distance of the beach and town.

Inside, the loft-style layout connects the living area, kitchenette, and King sleeping space. A sleeper sofa offers flexible sleeping space but does not increase the maximum occupancy.

Campanilla accommodates up to two guests:

The kitchenette is suited to simple meals and food preparation. The property also includes high-speed Wi-Fi, two TVs, air conditioning, and in-unit laundry.

Ipomea sits on the greener, less central side of Sayulita while remaining within walking distance of the beach and town.

Sayulita brings together surf culture, restaurants, cafes, galleries, artisan shops, markets, nightlife, and an active community. Beyond town, the Riviera Nayarit includes beaches, jungle trails, coastal villages, and seasonal whale watching.

Guests can walk between Ipomea, the beach, and town, but the hillside setting includes steep slopes and many stairs.

On-site parking is available for cars and golf carts, including charging for electric golf carts. Taxis and golf-cart rentals are also available in Sayulita.

Hillside access
Campanilla is reached by a steep hillside route with many stairs between the parking area and the property. Carrying luggage requires additional effort. This setting is not suitable for guests who cannot manage slopes and repeated stairs.

Sleeping layout
The King bed is part of the loft-style layout rather than a conventional enclosed bedroom. The living-room sleeper sofa provides flexible sleeping space but does not increase the maximum occupancy.

Occupancy
The property accommodates no more than two registered guests.

Pets
Pets are welcome with prior approval. A pet fee of $50 per pet, per stay applies, with a maximum of two pets. Each pet must weigh no more than 30 lb or 15 kg and must remain leashed in shared areas.

Parking and golf carts
On-site parking is available for cars and golf carts. Charging is available for electric golf carts.

Shared amenities
The lap pool and landscaped grounds are shared with guests and residents staying at Ipomea.

Bathroom plumbing
Guests have occasionally reported drain odor in the bathroom. Tropical climate and plumbing conditions can cause odors to appear during some stays.

Community setting
Parties and events are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be considerate of other guests and residents when using the pool and grounds.

Town and natural sounds
Ipomea sits outside Sayulita's busiest streets, but guests may still hear music, celebrations, construction, animals, or neighborhood activity. Tropical gardens also bring insects and wildlife into the surrounding environment.
