Aurea centers the view, opening its living area and private balcony across Sayulita to the Pacific. The plunge pool gives four guests a place to cool off without leaving the outlook. Inside, the design-led property includes a King bedroom, a Double bedroom, two full bathrooms, an open kitchen with island seating and a wine cooler, air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, and washer/dryer combo, with Caivama's shared rooftop, wellness, and family amenities beyond.

Aurea is organized around its view. Large glass doors open the living area to a private balcony overlooking Sayulita and the Pacific, keeping town, hills, and ocean visible from the main gathering space.

The balcony extends the living area outdoors, with space for coffee, a meal, or time beside the plunge pool as the light moves across the coast. Inside, the kitchen, dining area, and living room share an open layout, with island seating that keeps the space connected.

Clean lines and warm materials give the interior a composed setting without competing with the outlook. The full kitchen includes an oven, cooktop, coffee setup, and wine cooler.

Aurea accommodates up to four guests:

Primary bedroom: King bed and ensuite full bathroom
Second bedroom: Double bed
Second full bathroom: Not ensuite

The property also includes air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer/dryer combo.

Across Caivama, shared amenities include rooftop infinity pools and lounge areas, a family pool, hot tub, fitness center, yoga space, coworking lounge, hammock area, and social spaces. Rooftop amenities are reserved for guests and residents age 18 and older; families have access to the family pool.

Sayulita brings together surf culture, colorful streets, local artisans, restaurants, cafes, and an active town center. Spend time along the beach, explore the shops and galleries, take a surf lesson, or discover the food and creative community that shape the town.

Caivama's hillside setting offers a different perspective on Sayulita. It remains within walking distance of the beach and town while sitting above the busiest streets.

Beyond Sayulita, the Riviera Nayarit includes beaches, coastal villages, hiking trails, and seasonal whale watching.

Many guests walk between Caivama, downtown Sayulita, and the beach. Caivama occupies a hillside setting, so routes around the property and town include slopes.

Street parking is available near the property. Caivama does not provide on-site parking for cars or golf carts, and golf-cart charging is not available within the community.

Hillside setting and access
Aurea is accessible by elevator. Caivama is a stepped hillside complex of connected buildings rather than a conventional high-rise tower. Site levels follow the elevation of the property.

Occupancy
The property accommodates no more than four registered guests.

Pets are not permitted at this property.

Parking
Street parking is available near the property. Caivama does not provide on-site parking for cars or golf carts, and golf-cart charging is not available within the community.

Shared amenities
Caivama's pools, hot tub, fitness center, yoga space, coworking lounge, hammock area, and social spaces are shared with residents and guests. Rooftop amenities are reserved for guests and residents age 18 and older. Families have access to the family pool.

Controlled access
A QR code grants access to the property and elevators. Door codes for the fitness center, yoga space, and coworking lounge are provided at check-in.

Community setting
Parties and events are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be considerate of residents and other guests when using the property and shared areas.

Town activity
Sayulita is an active beach town. Guests may hear music, celebrations, construction, or community events during their stay.
