The place looked just like the photos—beautifully designed and well equipped for our stay. However, there were several issues that impacted our experience. On arrival, the instructions were outdated (especially WiFi), and accessing the unit was confusing. It took time to reach someone for help, which seems to be a recurring issue managed by this third party company Cleanliness was below expectations. The bathroom vanity, mirror, and toothbrush holder were not properly cleaned, and there were crumbs on the kitchen counter. There was also a persistent unpleasant smell in the bathroom. We encountered a large cockroach one evening and noticed a hole in the shower where it appeared to come through. The couch cushions were dirty, and leftover cardboard packaging was in the kitchen. Water pressure was poor, and the shower head sprayed in all directions. The location is quiet but far from town, which may be difficult without a car. Overall, we wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Overall we had a great stay, the condo was super cute and clean. There were a few items missing upon checkin but the host was responsive. Be aware, you will walk up a big hill and climb ALOT of stairs. The pool was beautiful and not super busy, however the cleaning isn’t done on the posted schedule. It is very close the beach and a couple great resteraunts, but if your frequently going into town you would be wise to get a golf cart.

Lack of communication, WiFi user name and password not updated, did not provide gate access code I had to ask a couple that was getting out, didn’t not provide instructions for parking, run out of water while we stayed, did not provide check in instructions with in 24 hours. I had to contact customer services several times for support. I would not recommend staying at any place if this management company is being used. There are plenty of places in Sayulita to stay with better hosts and better prices.

Nos encantó hospedarnos en el Loft!! El lugar es tal cual como se muestra en las fotos y cumplió con nuestras expectativas. Los loft son muy cómodos y estaban bastante bien equipados, además de las amenidades como la alberca y el estacionamiento dentro de la propiedad lo hacen un lugar completo para hospedarte tranquilamente. El acceso fue fácil aunque al principio batallamos un poco para dar con el lugar ya que el la ubicación por GPS que viene directo de la liga nos mandaba a otra dirección (aunque estábamos cerca) Pero una vez que dimos con el lugar gracias al anfitrión que contestó rápido, acceder fue bastante sencillo y cómodo. Sin duda volveremos a hospedarnos ahí y definitivamente lo recomiendo!

The apartment is close to the city center but far enough from the noise and crowds. You can easily walk everywhere. It’s nice and comfortable, and surrounded by plants and trees — it almost feels like being in a jungle. We also appreciated that they provided drinking water for our stay. On the downside, it was difficult to find. There are no clear instructions on how to reach the apartment once you enter the complex. There are also many stairs to climb before getting to the unit. They send information through their own website, but it’s outdated (for example, the Wi-Fi details). They should either update the site or simply send the access codes and important information directly through Airbnb messages.

The place itself is nice, and very new. The major issue I had with the place is it’s not located where it says it is (it’s Chiripa 124, not 9!) and is a bit far from town. Arrival getaways used a buggy app rather than Airbnb to provide information, and all the information it provided was missing or wrong (door code wasn’t in there and the WiFi info was wrong). I messaged them about both things and they were very friendly, hopefully they’ve actually fixed it—but for future guests you’ll need to find the WiFi info on the wall in the kitchen. It’s also 65 steps to get up there and there are no instructions on how to actually find unit 11 once you get to Casa Ipomea (go up the first set of the three different stair cases and just keep going, basically)

Beautiful space, super clean and quiet, away from the noise of the center of town. The bed upstairs was super comfortable! Finding the address was a little confusing. But communication with hosts was easy and fast.

Muy bien, excepto la cafetara que solo accepta capsulas que no se consiguen en Mexico.
