Great location in close walking proximity to the Miami basketball arena and Biscayne bay. The room was clean and had nice views of the city. The building amenities (pool, gym and lounge area) were top notch. Overall thought it was a pretty good value and would definitely stay there again.
It’s was great an awesome place to stay especially for the Miami Marathon it was perfect I hope to come next year.
Positive: The studio was perfect and the location is very convenient Negative: I stayed there for an entire week and for this price they should at leat include one cleaning service during the stay.
My issues with the property weren’t with the Elser… I’ve stayed there many times. It’s a great location and building. I was unaware I would have to pay the balance through a different link as well as the resort fee separately at the location. Not a big issue, but when they text me my second day there to inform me the balance needed to be paid … they text at 10:30pm and immediately followed it with, what I took as a threatening text that they would show up the next day to collect in person if it hadn’t been paid. Apparently they said they had been sending me messages through VRBO. But I don’t have VRBO and didn’t book through that site. Their approach to communication was far less than luxurious and professional. They were apologetic after I called them on it… but I was so turned off by their energy I changed my flight and checked out after paying them in full. As a woman who travels solo all over the world I can’t imagine someone showing up in person to collect. It was a small amount of money in my opinion to warrant their approach. The tv didn’t work and I messaged them at the # on the counter in the kitchen but got no response. Apparently that’s housekeeping even though that isn’t specified on the card. Their # wasn’t posted in the studio so just be sure to have that handy because the front desk only gives you a key when you arrive, they don’t handle issues like when you book through them. They arrived to fix the tv the day I checked out.

Me gustó mucho las vistas el lugar muy limpio el check in fue rápido, no hubo ningún cobro sorpresa ni nada, si vuelvo a ir a Miami volvería a quedarme aquí sin duda!! Recomendado!!

A estadia foi excelente, tudo estava em perfeito estado e muito limpo, lugar aconchegante, vista maravilhosa , o apartamento muito completo em relação a itens, toalhas etc, e o host respondia sempre muito rápido e atencioso. Apartment was clean and matched the description. The Beach Club access was such a nice addition. The instructions were seemless and friction free.

Great location near everything we wanted to do. The gym and pool are great. The unit was well equipped. Appreciated that there was parking available at the unit, but the fees for parking, daily amenities, VRBO do add up so expect your total cost to be more than you expected. Plan to go out to eat. The restaurant at the pool is nothing special. Doormen , etc are very helpful.
