Place was clean, nice views, and had great amenities. Would definitely use this place again if we come back to Miami.
Nos encantó el lugar
Very clean and spacious place, the high rise views were really pretty. They gave us a great deal for an activity and were very responsive, even providing food recommendations in the area.
The Airbnb was nice and clean, and we enjoyed all of the amenities. The views were amazing, and the building felt safe and secure. The listing was accurate, and everything was exactly as described. It definitely checked all of our boxes! The only minor downside was the parking situation, but other than that, we had no complaints. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.
Couch stains were pretty bad.
Everything was seamless, clean. Checking was easy as well as checkout. Parking is the only thing that’s is challenging / costly. Communication is excellent.
100%
Beautiful location, amazing space, really easy to navigate the elevators; just all around an incredible experience and would absolutely rent again!
Thank you for a wonderful stay. The apartment is beautiful, very clean, and exceptionally well maintained. The view from the 38th floor is absolutely stunning and was one of the highlights of our stay. The location is also excellent, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. We truly appreciated your hospitality and would be happy to stay here again in the future. Thank you!
We had a wonderful stay in Miami at the Elser hotel and the unit was perfect for our family of 5. We came in for the 4th were surprised at how close we were to all of the FIFA and 4th of July festivities. The hotel is perfect for the Bayfront area. We walked everywhere. We were close to the Metro-mover and all of the outside parks. The Hotel was great! We loved the pool area and the gym was great also. Our unit was perfect for watching the fireworks on the 38th floor. We had great hosts and they were very responsive when we had a broken dryer as well as a an old stain on the couch. Unfortunately the building maintenance could not fix the dryer and the couch stain was and not able to be cleaned well. They did respond quickly. The staff dried our clothes for us and apologized for the problems! All in all not everything is fixable immediately and that was okay. We still loved the unit and would stay there again when we come back to Miami. It was a perfect location for everything fun!
I love everything about our stay! It was close to all of lots of popular food places and clubs. The floors are exclusive to stay on them ensuring great safety! You can’t get on any floor but your own and not without a key card. It’s actually as pictured and no outside fees! The host always responded promptly to any questions J had and the amenities were perfect. I would definitely return again!
We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this Airbnb to others. The property looked exactly like the photos, and everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We did experience two minor issues during our stay, but both were resolved within an hour. The host was extremely responsive, professional, and quick to address our concerns, which we greatly appreciated. The location was also a huge plus. There were plenty of restaurants and things to do nearby, and we especially enjoyed being close to the marina where boat tours were available. Overall, this was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again.
What a wonderful place for my family. So much to do and beautiful views
Our stay was amazing! The Airbnb is in a perfect location, so many restaurants, shops, and attractions were within walking distance, which made getting around super easy and convenient. On top of that, the views from the place were absolutely beautiful and really made the experience feel special. I would definitely stay here again!
We had a great stay. The condo was clean and comfortable, with beautiful views of downtown Miami. We would definitely stay again!
Nice building, great amenities & close to everything I needed.
Perfect vacation!
great
My stay was great. The location couldn’t be better right by Bayside and close to everything. The views were absolutely amazing. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Perfect spot whether you’re in town to relax or explore Miami. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
Amazing place would definitely recommend
Perfect Miami location and the rental was exactly as pictured. The host provided clear instructions. We enjoyed our stay!
Excellent property and location. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Facilities excellent and staff friendly.
Great place would go back
Лучше чем я ожидал
The place was spotless, spacious, and offered stunning city views—especially the ocean and sunset. Great location within walking distance to Kaseya Center. The elevators can have long wait times despite there being eight. Overall, a great stay and I’d definitely return.
Turned on by the great reviews. Very nice apartment. Amazing gym. Awesome pool. But, a number of host and maintenance issues let us down big time. First, we prepaid the less expensive 40 dollar bayside parking. Hosts said pass would be in unit. Not there on arrival. Had to sit outside the hotel waiting with car 30 minutes until someone brought it. All while the valet kept hassling me to move on. Heading to bed first night, the blind in our room won’t close - awoken at daybreak given no blinds. Host fixed next day. Went to do laundry and discovered clothes from previous guest there. Gross. Did laundry and put in dryer only to discover dryer did not work. Host tried to fix but could not - no working dryer through entire visit. We made issues known to host, they were responsive but did not apologize once - no contrition, empathy, or recognition we experienced a bunch of unfortunate and unnecessary issues with proper cleaning and maintenance. Almost gave 3 stars. Apology goes a long way.
Great place
Great views, lots of space!
Really loved the place great view walking distance attractions wish I could've stayed longer passing through for our cruise
We really enjoyed our stay. The place was just as described with beautiful views. The location is close to beaches, shopping, restaurants, and event centers. It was perfect for our family getaway! The communication was excellent before, during, and after our stay. Definitely recommend this rental and will be staying with them on future trips to Miami.
