Fantastic hosts, unbeatable location, beautiful space. There were even more amenities than what was included in the listing. I had everything I needed for an amazing stay; I was so impressed! The hosts are really responsive and friendly and check-in mid-stay to make sure everything was going well. They even had complimentary water and wine upon arrival and plenty of towels. The cable TV was great and the Nespresso machine was such a nice surprise. It was nice and quiet and the views were incredible. A+++

Great location! The hotel is very close to Coco Walk which is a great place to eat. Drink or shop, no car needed! The pool was clean and well maintained. The room was very clean and the host was very responsive.

My only negative was there wasn’t a place to put your folded clothes. No furniture that had drawers, which would have helped store clothing as there is only a small closet!
My stay was almost 2 weeks so that would of been helpful extra storage
If it’s a short weekend trip possibly not needed!
Regardless ( of my only negative) it’s a Very nice unit. Everyone was very professional and responsive! Location is Awesome!!
Great Stay
Great condo in the heart of the Grove with an amazing water view! The Arya is a fantastic building, rooftop pool and gym with perfect views. Miami Vacation Rentals is top notch, highly recommend.
We enjoyed our stay very much. Great location. Beautiful views, very comfortable and no noise.You can walk all over and see parks, beach, restaurants. Lovely unique shops., Will definitely stay again. Natalie and Sylvia were great !

The space was definitely very comfortable amazing views, the host are very responsive and they suggest pretty much anything that you’re looking for we were greeted with a note and some wine and felt so comfortable. Definitely recommend it.
Der Standort ist Toll. Es hat viele Restaurants und Bars. Es sind ca.20min Autofahrt von Miami entfernt. Leider war das Zimmer zimlich klein und wir hatten ein grosses Problem die ersten zwei Tage mit der Luftfeuchtigkeit im Zimmer, trotz Klimaanlage. Wir schlaften in feuchter Bettwäsche was unangenehm war. Sie waren bemüht das Problem zu lösen, hedoch war beim ersten Service die unterstellung das wir die Klimaanlage nicht korrekt eingeschaltet hatten. Was fast unmöglich war da es nicht viele Optionen gab. Auch nach der einstellung des Service wurde es nur minim besser.

The hotel room was amazing, the parking was super simple and excellent. The area itself around the hotel is so nice, it has such amazing views and so many different food options. I would 100% book another room here again.
