Stayed a few nights before getting in a cruise from port of Miami. Soon arrival the only regret we had was renting a car after seeing how walkable the neighborhood is. You have bayside park and shops literally right across the street for tons of dining and shopping options also entertainment. Great breakfast spots 8 mins away like Fioré, coffee corner is attached to same building with great coffee. The pool and gym area were beautiful. The condo itself was clean and modern with a great balcony view of the city skyline and Biscayne bay. Only hard part is parking if you’re not doing the valet parking which we did not. Parking a very hard in this area though so is any condo in downtown Miami so take that with a grain of salt. Great place
