Such a great location! Would absolutely stay again.
Generally, unit was accurately portrayed. I did expect it to be a bit "higher end" and found the quality of furniture and furnishings to be acceptable but not luxurious. We asked to have the sheets replaced after first night and they promptly did so. It's little things that prevent this from being great, furniture a little dinged, bathroom fans do not have a separate on/off, loud AC / heating unit, cheap trash bags, and so on. For the price point, I expected more.
I cannot recommend this place enough! It was exactly as advertised and actually the photos really do not do it justice. A total 5-star experience! I very much look forward to booking it again next time I’m in the area. Thank you!
Excellent location in the heart of Coconut Grove, walkable to many great restaurants and shops. The apartment was pristine and the view of the water was stunning. The folks at Miami Vacation Rental were friendly and always responded quickly. I would highly recommend this wonderful place. I hope to stay again when I come back to Miami.

We stayed there, 4 of us, visiting my son at Univ of Miami. Great location in Coconut Grove. Walkable to awesome restaurants and shops. View is amazing. Great experience and timely responses from Owner. Def recommend the stay!
The spot was everything it was made out to be. Location was great, there were lots of great restaurants in walking distance. The view was beautiful and the host was very respomove and helpful. We will definitely be back.
