Sleek Coconut Grove Unit | Bay View Pool — Guest Reviews

This place is great, and exactly like the pictures. I will definitely consider staying in it again. The views are incredible, it has lots of green areas and the 19th floor views are filled with natural lighting which is so nice. It felt like home! The bed is extremely comfortable, towels and sheets were in great condition and super clean. It also has a fully equipped kitchen which is very convenient, and the parking lot is included, easy to use and something that differentiate this one from the other options nearby. Coconut Grove is lovely, everything is convenient and walkable. I'm not giving a 10/10 because this place could have better internet connection - it relies on the public network the hotel offers without a password, so it's very unstable for whoever plans to work from the apartment. Also the TV could use some renovation as it's not a smart TV and I couldn't connect any streaming service. Overall it was a great experience, host was helpful and I'd recommend.

Very nice stay for my business trip.

a good deal in a great area. Positive: fantastic location in a very happening area Negative: you could have provided the free breakfast that was advertised in your online booking.com. parking was hit and miss. several things are missing in the apartment when we arrived. fortunately, the staff provided them relatively quickly.

Great location and clean space as it was a new listing when we stayed there. Walls are a bit thin so you can hear a lot going on even multiple doors down but overall the space itself and location were great for the price.

Great place, building and host!

Great location, comfortable place, responsive host, I would definitely stay here again.

This was one of the worst Airbnb experiences I’ve had. The property did not match the listing, cleanliness was unacceptable, and several issues went unresolved during my stay. Communication from the host was slow and unhelpful when problems were reported. I was extremely disappointed and would not recommend this property to other guests. There are much better options available.

It was very nice except for really dusty curtains

Un sitio precioso y muy tranquilo, ideal para desconectar. La experiencia fue excelente y sin duda repetiría.

Thanks so much!

J’ai pu accéder à la chambre 1h avant donc ce qui étais génial, l’hôte très réactif nous a mis à l’aise directement le séjour s’est très bien déroulé nous reviendrons c’est certain merci. Greg
