10,000/10 Gorgeous room, beautiful view, great location. The host was very responsive and helpful when we had any questions or just needed some recommendations to eat or go out to. My boyfriend and I absolutely loved our stay here. We can’t wait to come back to Miami.

Miami Downtown Condo My husband and I were in Miami celebrating our anniversary and chose this condo. Everything was like advertised and we really enjoyed our stay. We will stay here again! Shonda Hunter

Had a great experience with MVR in Dec 2025 in a different unit. This unit, however, has construction directly above. There is very loud, consistent, drilling noise during weekdays starting 8 AM until the evening. Cannot work or sleep. Had to cut the stay short. Host was not considerate or cooperative, despite the video evidence. Had to escalate. Bad experience.

Missing Simple Things & Wheelchair I double checked prior to booking this spot that there was a wheelchair because I was using this stay to recover from surgery. The morning after surgery while I was outside in the ambulance waking up from general, my husband messaged the onsite property manager requesting the wheelchair. He was told “I don’t think we have one.” Long story short, instead of helping whatsoever my husband went to the W and got security and then went to the Icon Residences and got the wheelchair. It was only 20 extra mins but super unprofessional. There was no toilet paper or paper towels left and maybe one dishwasher pod and laundry packet. We ordered from Costco and stocked the condo and when we messaged the property manager about it they replied with “we aim to have supplies.” Overall it wasn’t worth the 3k per week price tag because of service issues.

The place was great. The only issue was that there was construction going on and the pool was closed.

Fue una pesadilla y un terror, desesperados y con angustia por poder bajar. Necesitamos una respuesta urgente y una solución para esta pesadilla. Perdimos vuelos, pagos de maletas extra, trabajo por no llegar a tiempo a nuestro destino, casi nos desmayamos. Exigimos una respuesta inmediata y todavía nos cobraron $69 dólares a través de una aplicación extra oficial de ustedes

This apartment is at perfect location in downtown Miami, it can not get better than this. The spa and amenities are real plus, beautiful spa to spend time at. The unit has everything you need for your stay. The host is very responsive and courteous. I highly recommend this unit for your stay.

El departamento está bien. El edificio está en obra por lo cual algunos días no pude apreciar la vista.

El apartamento muy lindo ; sin embargo el sistema que usan para registro me parece muy malo ; que tengas que accesar a otro link dentro de airbn ; es un poco inseguro ; más si y airbn tiene tu información. Adicional el check in muy mal ; hice el registro adicional antes de 3 pm y no enviaron la información a lobby ; incluía en el lobby la persona de atención , me Informaron que es normal que el anfitrión no envíe la información a tiempo , me tuve que retirar 3:30 y regresar casi 2 hora luego . Los balcones estaban clausurados , por seguridad esa parte no la vi en ningún lado , cancele un día de reserva y no la Desean reembolsar . Por lo demás la torre es buena , gym bueno

The apt is in a great location and very well kept .. i would for sure come back next time I’m in Miami . The host is amazing and very well communicated while i was there on my stay . Highly recommend

Excellent apartment in every aspect. The only downside was the noise from the construction, even though we had been informed about it before the reservation. The service was also excellent.

I always stay in this building every time I come for the past three years, this specific unit was my first time. Unit was great, higher floor so you didn’t hear much noise which was nice. Wish the pool had been open during the week but that’s a building issue and not on the unit. Would definitely choose this unit again in the future!

Had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. A thoughtful touch was the complimentary bottle of wine waiting for us in the refrigerator it made us feel instantly welcome. Highly recommend this Airbnb and would definitely stay again!

Nice location and good view. We really needed a toilet plunger the toilet wasn’t flushing as well as the sink in the kitchen got blocked I think the plumbing is weak… no one replied and we had multiple trips to the bathroom So I ordered a new plunger toilet brush and some cleaning supplies, laundry detergent pods (they only gave us 3) I thought will be helpful to future guests!

It was wonderful. The only real complaint was the shower. It was very hard to get in and out of the tub. But enjoyed the stay and would have loved to stay even longer.

Good location property a bit old It’s not the first time I stay at Icon, and I choose it mainly because of the great location. This time, I picked this unit specifically because it was on the 48th floor. The view was definitely nice, but the unit itself didn’t meet my expectations. The bed was old and uncomfortable, the sofa made noise, and the building overall is starting to feel dated and in need of maintenance. It felt overpriced, probably due to the season.

Beautiful Amazing, great city view

Excellent location Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return if in Brickell again. Liked the condo and the property. The view was good and enjoyed watching boat traffic. The location was excellent and walked most places or used metromover since traffic is nuts.The process for passes to amenities seemed to be more difficult than necessary. Also tried to use hot tub one day at 445 and was told could not since closed at 5, although it said pool closes at 6 . They did direct us to the spa hot tub and that was nice.The only negatives about the condo were no dish towels were provided, which we learned from other reviewers, and brought our own. Dad not see a cutting board for slicing a lime so used plate.The shower can be challenging to enter due to the height and width of tub and tile surround. I am 5’5” and quite limber for over 50 but not sure a shorter person could enter shower easily. The bed was comfortable and liked bathrobes were provided. There were also a few pods for washing machine, dishwasher, and extra toilet tissue.

Great place Unit and location are excellent. Only challenges were that the shower was difficult to get in and out of.

Great location & beautiful condo view! My stay at this condo was absolutely exceptional. The unit was impeccably clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need—and more. Having a washer and dryer was especially convenient. The staff was incredibly helpful and had everything perfectly prepared for our arrival. Debra, in particular, stood out with her professionalism and positive attitude. We were attending an event and needed to check in quickly to get ready, and she ensured the process was seamless, with virtually no wait time. The location was unbeatable, offering easy access to upscale restaurants, boutique shops, and captivating art galleries—all just steps away. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and am confident you’ll love it as much as I did!”

Stay It was a great stay

UofMiami parent trip It was fun to stay in Brickell and other than having to wait for the elevator, the place was great. I loved having access to the gym, spa and big pool and great dining options.

A lovely property A wonderful stay. The renters were available and communicated well. The unit had a few dings but overall is beautiful. Would stay again.

Excellent! Excellent!

This is our second stay at the icon. It is like being at a resort in the middle of the city. The pools are wonderful, the spa (unlimited free use) is beautiful, the fitness center is excellent and offers a wide range of classes which are included with your stay. The unit itself could use a little bit updating but still very nice and the view, especially at night, is spectacular. Communication with the hosts was always swift and helpful. We would, without hesitation, recommend staying here.

Nice View Nice view. Unit was clean. Overall an ok place to stay. The complaints we have are minor. Unit is a bit dated, 70s, 80s. Disappointed they don't supply enough TP for duration of a stay. Coffee maker is an espresso machine. Pretty difficult to make a proper cup of coffee. With two elevators out of order wait time were longer during busy periods.

Great stay, great location, great view This unit in the same building as the W Hotel is on a high floor with a great view over the pool and the bay. Everything was exactly as promised as it was easy to take advantage of the amenities, including the great pool, spa, and fitness center of the W Hotel and Icon Residences. There are many restaurants within a short walk. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent property My stay wasn’t perfect, there were very loud neighbors, playing music all night. Building security didn’t care to come up and investigate until I sent them the exact room number of the source. But beyond that I didn’t have any problem. It’s not the owners fault, but just know that this is a building with a lot of short-term rentals and random guests like that happen to stay there… The apartment itself is fantastic, has all the amenities necessary for a stay, and has a breathtaking view of the Miami river and bay.

Great views and modern, crisp decor The space, decor, and views in this unit are great and the managers are very good communicators. The bed/pillows could be a tad better and there is vague elevator noise because o the position of the unit.

Management is very friendly and responsive. I wish they would install a grab bar in the shower in this unit- it’s a tub/shower combo and the step in is high and wide. I’m not mobility-limited, but everything is slippery when wet and I had to be careful not to slip.

Roaches and unhelpful, rude host Everything about the place looked clean until we found roaches in a kitchen cabinet…. I text a video to the host and it took hours before they switched us to a new unit, which ruined an entire day of a short vacation. Though they switched us to a bigger unit that was unoccupied anyway, they acted like this was some huge favor they did us when switching us was obviously necessary. They made no additional effort to reconcile the ordeal (despite begging us not to give them a bad review…), not even agreeing to refund $50 in parking fees. When I expressed this disappointment in service to the host she told me that if I didn’t like it, I can vacate the property within the hour for a refund. Bare minimum in terms of customer service in my opinion. You can tell this building just churns out Vrbo guests (hence the roaches) and is beginning to look run down. I’d avoid staying at this location. It felt gross and tacky in every way.

Glam Miami Stay The property was gorgeous with breathtaking views! The property manager was great to deal with and very flexible when we had a schedule change. We would definitely stay again!

You will love it!! Before my stay I had a few questions they were all answered in a timely matter. The check-in process was so smooth and fast. The property manager is AMAZING!! The room was as pictured. We loved it. The only bad thing was the construction waking us up in the morning, which isn't their fault. I am already planning on booking another stay. Thanks for the lovely stay.
