Very happy with our stay We came to MIA for my nephew’s wedding and found this beautiful condo. the condo was very clean, excellent location, close to where we needed to be. Our stay was short so we didn’t get to use the kitchen much but appears to have everything you need for cooking. I loved sitting on the balcony enjoying my morning coffee. Only change, I wish the couch was a little bigger, not many places to comfortably sit for a family of four. Highly recommend!!
Great Coconut Grove Location I reserved the two bedroom apt in the Hotel Arya for a short trip to Miami with my son and his friend to visit the University of Miami. The visit could not have worked out any better. The apartment was very clean, bright, and comfortable. Kitchen well stocked and extra linens were a big help. As others have said, the location is in the heart of Coconut Grove, just of Biscayne Bay so the best of both worlds, convenience and a sea view with the park steps away.
Perfect family condo Utmost professionalism from property management. Views are stunning! Kitchen has all upscale appliances. Lots of space for parents and teenage daughter. Can’t wait to return

Great Location In the heart of Coconut Grove, this location is hard to beat. The property is pleasantly decorated and the kitchen is well equipped! The large balcony offers nice views of Biscayne Bay. Many wonderful restaurants are within walking distance, so no need to drive!!
The location and the view were excellent! The overall experience was very good. The unit is very nice and it is exactly as the pictures in the listing; it is at walking distance to nice restaurants and shops. We will probably book it again the next time we come.
Lovely location & accommodations First time staying in coconut grove. Very nice and cute location with tons of restaurants within walking distance. This apartment was perfect for our needs both in size and location. It’s exactly as pictured. The wrap around balcony makes it even more special as you wake up to ocean views. Would stay here again. Management was very responsive.

Coconut Grove Weekend Excellent location in Coconut Grove. Parking included is a huge bonus. We had two combined units for 4 people. Unit was very clean and had everything we needed. I would say the carpet and sofa starting to show some signs of wear but not horrible. Check in line was long and the hotel could clean the elevators a bit. Communication with rental agemcy was awesome. Overall a great stay!

Excellent stay! This condo couldn't have been more perfect. We needed a place to stay prior to our daughter's wedding and the location was terrific - walkable to Coconut Grove. The check in was too easy and the views incredible. The host was very responsive and brought us extra trash bags when we ran out and also gave us an extra half hour to check out! If I could give any feedback it would be to have some condiments on hand like salt and pepper, but that is an easy fix! 10 out of 10!
Arya Hotel Great location. Coconut grove has a trove of restaurants. The host is very professional. Any hiccups were quickly addressed. We stayed 3 weeks. The two bedroom units have plenty of room and nice balcony space.

La ubicación es magnífica, muy buenos lugares para caminar y pasear. Rodeado de restaurantes y cosas que hacer. El departamento tiene mucho potencial, pero lo han descuidado muchísimo, no servía la maquina lavaplatos, los muebles son incómodos para comer ahí, no hay suficientes cosas para comer bien, por ejemplo manteles individuales. El departmento tiene suciedad añeja, requiere una limpieza profunda, pintura y definitivamente renovación de acabados. Entiendo que las fechas de diciembre y Miami son caros, pero por el precio uno espera algo mucho mejor.

Long weekend in the Grove I've stayed in three properties at the Arya and this was the best to date - spacious, well-appointed, comfortable and a wonderful view over both the water and the city. Would definitely come back!
Nice Visit The property is exactly as listed. The property management team was VERY responsive in our needs. On the positive side the unit was clean, the kitchen was very functional. In my opinion, the unit needs some upkeep - i.e. - the bed mattresses could be replaced and some new pillows. Overall, we enjoyed our stay

Great Place The condo worked out perfectly for us. Nice area to walk to for lunch or dinner. Nice pool . One issue with dishwasher but it was taken care of immediately. We enjoyed our stay.
A visit with our son at university of miami We had a great time. Communication was excellent and the property was fabulous. We will definitely stay there again when we visit Miami.
Hotel Arya Stay - Jan. 2024 Very convenient location within walking distance of downtown and surrounding area. Parks, grocery, restaurants and shopping all nearby. Unit is 2 bedroom/2 bath. Desperately need new sofa in living area along with two chairs. For a party of four, we had to bring in two chairs from the balcony. Sofa is very uncomfortable. Bar seating also needs to be replaced. Beds were comfortable. Host was mostly responsive to texts - delayed in some instances. Overall good stay and with the furniture recommendations, unit would be great.
Messy stay Great location and space but problems and more problems. Water pouring in ceiling through AC vent, Black dust on all floors, Elevators not working so 10+ min wait time the squeeze in. Construction in apartment next door so the noise was very loud. We needed a quiet comfortable space and this was all wrong.
Hidden gem in Coconut Grove This property was excellent and the pictures reflected the space accurately! It is located in an excellent area with many entertainment and dining options. The apartment is in great condition with spectacular views. The bathrooms are spacious. Overall, I would gladly stay at this property again or at another property with this host, and would recommend it highly!

Spectacular This place was lovely. The hosts were gracious and accommodating. Spotless. Nice dishes, glassware, dishes, cutlery and pots. Only drawback, pull out couch uncomfortable and replaced roll away bed for 5’6 or less, not 6’2! Unfortunately, 2 of 4 elevators were not operational. A little difficult from the 10th floor.

Great location for restaurants We were visiting Miami for a few days and needed a location with easy access to restaurants, parking, and the freeways. Coconut Grove provided all of that. It's a tree-lined neighborhood. Beautiful and safe. Condo was perfect. Well kept and had everything we needed included a washer and dryer to refresh our sweaty south Florida in July clothing. Owner made check in easy -picked up our card key and parking pass at the front desk and met us in the lobby. Easy text communications during our stay and brought us a blanket late one evening when we discovered there was none in the apartment for the sofa couch. Views were nice from the balcony and sleeping with the blinds up and the skyline lit up in the background was a treat.

Beautiful property Loved this property. Pay attention to the "additional fees" before booking as they are pretty high but if you know this in advance you won't be surprised and you'll love the place. Since we were splitting the costs four ways it was affordable. I'd stay there again if I make a trip to Miami.
Beautiful Condo Great Location We loved everything about this condo. Location is perfect, tons of restaurants you can walk to, parks, shops, etc. The pool was great! The condo itself is very modern with a great balcony. Communication was great with the owner. We will definitely stay here every time we are in Miami.

Super location; nice getaway Nice view and great patio dining table and seating for sit down meal for four watching sunset. Had everything we needed. Nice pool and garage parking. Walked literally next door and around corner to good restaurants.
I really enjoyed the neighborhood and the apartment itself. The hotel is short on staff, restaurant was closed and pool/spa had very limited hours

A very inviting home base for a stay in Miami. This property is a lovely alternative to a standard hotel stay for 4 persons, but prospective guests need to understand that the unit is divided into 2 unconnected suites accessible by a main entrance, one suite being more like a studio apartment and the other consisting of a bedroom and en suite bathroom. The 2 complimentary bottles of wine were greatly appreciated! My only complaint is that certain basic amenities that I have observed in abundance in other VRBO properties seem to have been allocated very specifically per person per day in this property. Such as the Nespresso coffee pods and related condiments, laundry detergent and paper towels. Please consider ordering these items at cost from Amazon or similar.
Nice spot in coconut grove Unit was clean , well appointed with pleasant views and good amenities close by. Some surfaces were a little worn and it was not on the corner I thought it was but was indeed a corner unit. The washer was missing a start button that was a little frustrating but did not prevent use and a repair was on the way to occur shortly after I left.
Coconut Grove This property was beautiful I enjoyed everything about it. I would stay here again: only Thing I didnt like is that with Vrbo they have to Come to the room and take remainder Of payment. Otherwise it was spectacular. The Views was mind blowing and great / convenient location beautiful condo. Clean, plenty of towels and space I can’t wait To come back and Maria the host was awesome and so was Fernando.
great apt The apt was great. Two spacious bedrooms and baths. Good size kitchen and living room and great wraparound balcony. Having use of the hotel pool and gym is an added perk. There are many good restaurants just blocks away. If you need the space, it's perfect.
