Incredible view and amenities This apartment is just as wonderful as the listing suggests, spacious, clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable. The views from the living/dining room, bedrooms, and kitchen are amazing. The MVR staff were very helpful and accomadating. We loved the pool, which is incredibly spacious so never felt crowded. Location is perfect for exploring Brickell and downtown, a 15 minute drive to Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne for its beaches and golf, and South Beach. We visited the Frost Center, Bayside, and Viscaya while there. Wynnewood walls and some museums are close by as well. Lots of shopping and options for food in the area. Our favorite restaurant was Baby Jane, almost right across the street. Publix and Whole Foods are close enough to walk to. I stayed for 2 nights with my spouse and teenage daughter and we all wish we could have stayed longer. Hope to stay again.
First time in Miami We had some days in between a family event and vacation and this property was the perfect place for us. The pool was gorgeous, views were fantastic and my sons loved the gym ! Highly recommended !
Great views! We had a great stay with the highlight being the views from the condo. The area is very expensive with few activities/ restaurants nearby for younger kids. Hosts were very responsive while check -in staff responded to some messages but not others. Tv in kids' room did not work and while maintenance came, it could not be fixed. Great pool and huge hot tub. Self parking was beneath a building down the street so not convenient for easy access. Good stay overall.

Holiday 2022 Family Trip Awesome condo with splendid views of Miami and the Atlantic Ocean. Super convenient to fabulous shopping and restaurants. Super friendly and responsive hosts who were quick to respond to our questions and requests. Would definitely recommend this location to others. Thanks
Beautiful unit with amazing view Though being up this high was extremely daunting, the views from this unit were unmatchable. An absolutely perfect place for if you have a family, though slightly too big for me as a solo traveller.
AWESOME Condo! AMAZING View!! My family and I were in Miami for 4 days celebrating my 40th birthday! The apartment was picture perfect. The listing pictures accurately reflect what it looks like. The location was perfect & the views from the 43rd floor are phenomenal! Apartment was fully equipped with toiletries, towels, wash cloths, robes and kitchen utensils to last the whole stay. There was even a bottle of wine & bottled water in the fridge! The furniture does show some wear & tear but to be honest the place is so beautiful, I didn’t notice until toward the end of our stay. The building is centrally located & Ubers were readily available outside. Fares were quite reasonable to commute to several locations around the city. Not to mention the free metro mover located about a block or so away. Communication with the host(s) was great, everyone we spoke with or came in contact with was so pleasant. I would definitely give this condo & the host company a 10 out of 10. We will definitely be back for our next visit to Miami!
Beautiful view Family of four stayed for four nights. We really enjoyed the location. View is spectacular, lots of food options around, and we enjoyed walking Brickell island in the mornings.
This property was outstanding. The location, accomodations and amenities all surpassed our expectations. The floor to ceiling windows on 2 sides of the condo provided a panoramic view of the water. The location enabled us to walk to many great restaurants. I give it 5 stars . Would stay there again when visiting Miami.
Our stay in Brickell The property owners and property manager were easy to get in touch with, fast response, and super friendly. The condo was exactly as advertised. The views were amazing, the amenities were top notch, the location couldn’t be beat. You could walk to the food truck, a nail salon, shops, Whole Foods, restaurants, short drive to South Beach,etc. We would definitely come back and stay again.
Beautiful View Terrible Service Four adults staying for vacation trip. First was directions to place poor, when arriving the entire group had a long check in process requiring pictures of our IDs plus personal pictures and the same at the pool and the spa they did not have valet parking for us so we had to meet with another person to park the next street over. No one to help with luggage, and they only let you park for 10 min to unload and weren’t pleasant. We had four adults and only got 2 elevator keys making it difficult. We asked for coffee pods right at check in. After they said they would be delivered we did not get them til after 11 the next day so we had to walk down to raccoon and get coffee- wit took like 8 texts to get them. Dishwasher was broke with water sitting in it- we had to wait for maintenance.There were no directions on how to use the TV or remotes. Chairs around table are unsteady and wobble, cooking pans poor. The highlight is the views- gorgeous. The spa and pool are exceptional.The pool staff was fantastic. There are too many choices in this area to stay here again. Myexceptional. Beautiful Residence. Fantastic location. Clean, comfortable & luxurious suite. Incredible views, Amazing amenities (pool, hot tub, gym, spa). Minor inconveniences: Called for help with Wi-Fi, twice. Found out day 2 it turns off/on with light switch (?) Only 6 coffee pods & cream, no cups fit machine. MVR wanted to charge extra $1 per coffee pod on $6,000 rental (3 days)- petty. Cold shower as busy Ultra weekend, jam-packed elevator up & down. 6 elevators - not all working. Parking next door a bit inconvenient. Restaurant & DJ were fabulous. Outside pool area amazing. Staff were very kind & helpful. Great Stay overall inspite of small hiccups!!
Miami riverfront downtown To tell you the truth, I was taken aback. I booked luxury downtown, sounded cool at the time. I didn't know what I had walked into on arrival. "What can I help you with" is the 1st thing that I remembered hearing. No complaints there. I took the wrong elevator to the pool area and got lost, I stumble into the kindest staff member. this the end of the quality assurance questions anyone could have. According to my memories & recollections of my stay. On the spot seaside downtown.
Modern condo with great views I was in town for my birthday. This condo is as advertised. Although I couldn't get the jets to work in the tub, only thing that didn't work. Very clean and had everything we needed for the week. We didn't cook much as we tried restaurants in the area all very walkable. The check in process is alot but I had stayed in the building before so it wasn't so bad since I knew what to expect. The owners did give a heads up about the process as well. Communication with the owners was good, they are very quick to respond. During our stay the fire alarm was chirping-needed a new battery. I reached out to the property manager and someone came right away the next morning to fix it. Overall nice priced for the area and good service during the stay.

Wonderful view We were in town for a wedding and did not spend much time in the condo but it was nice. Only suggestion would be to add a cookie sheet...had to give those bake and eat chocolate croissants to someone else.

Wonderful Stay for Our Anniversary My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights at the end of June. Although it was just the two of us, we are planning to travel back with our two kids, as the apartment is big enough to comfortably accommodate all of us. The location is excellent and pictures of the apartment are accurate. The view is gorgeous! The furniture shows some normal wear and tear but overall everything was in very good condition. Communication was easy with the rental company, although it did take some repeated attempts to get an answer about early check-in. Due to flight availability, we ended up arriving in the area early in the day and inquired about early check-in a couple of weeks and then days ahead of time, since it appeared that the unit was still listed as available for the day before (so my thought was they were not trying to do an immediate flip of the apartment). We were ultimately told that they could not guarantee early check-in but would let us know as soon as the apartment was available. This ended up being very shortly after 3pm, which aligned with the stated check-in time. We got lunch and hung out in the park next to the building, so the wait was not unbearable but we know for next time to try and just get in closer to check-in. Kat was very nice during check-in and written instructions provided prior to our arrival were thorough, so we did not have many questions. We pointed out some things (strands of hair, small pieces of paper) that just made it seem as though the cleaning may have been done quickly but overall the unit was clean. Comfortable bed, plenty of towels, working washer/dryer, and TVs. Basics needed to cook quick meals were all there i.e. pots, pans, cups, utensils. We did alert Kat to the fact that the vent hood over the stove did not appear to be working but we did not cook any major meals to where this was an issue for us. Opening the balcony door quickly aired out the place of any food smells. Accessing the pool was easy with the provided guest cards and the vibe at the pool was very chill - we stayed out there practically all day when we went. You can also order food and drinks from the restaurant to enjoy poolside. The area is very walkable and Ubers outside of the Brickell area to Miami beach were reasonable. The rental company offers some great recommendations for restaurants and there is a nice variation of high end and more affordable options. I am so glad that we chose to stay here and we are already planning our next trip back
There was construction and constant noise throughout our entire stay. We couldn’t even use the balcony, and the view was completely blocked, making it impossible to enjoy. The apartment and the view do not look like the photos at all. It was also impossible to work or even take a phone call because of the noise. They do mention the construction in the listing, but it’s buried at the very bottom, making it easy for them to claim it was disclosed. Don’t get fooled choose a different Airbnb.
Our stay was wonderful! The home was exceptionally clean, spacious, and the perfect size for our group. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to settle in and feel at home during our stay. The location was ideal—ride share pickups were quick and convenient, and we were just a short distance from nearly all of the activities we had planned. Although the property was undergoing some construction, the host communicated this in advance, so there were no surprises and it didn't impact our stay. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would absolutely recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area. We'd gladly stay here again!
Finish the construction before you rent the rooms out pay all that money for the view and got plastic all over the windows. If I don’t want a balcony that worked or a view I’d stay somewhere else lower floors .
overall the stay was good. the smoke alarm went off and I went to replace the battery and then after we fell asleep another smoke alarm went off. host was responsive. parking garage that was suggested as off site was three blocks away and while cheaper my rental was run into and severely dented. neighbors are not renters and get in at 3:00am while playing loud music and smoking pot. smell was awful. none of this was host fault and I would recommend the facility but maybe not 43rd floor

I’ve stayed at the Icon property before but this unit was absolutely the best!! Wonderful view of Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic Ocean.
Everything was great for the most part. Parking instructions were not as clear and when I communicated about parking and check out instructions all communication ceased which was crazy because they had been responsive. I hope everyone is OK
overall the property did match the photos shown in the listing, which I appreciated. However, the cleanliness of the home was disappointing. It seemed like the property may not have received a proper cleaning between guests. The bathroom floors were very sticky and did not appear to have been cleaned thoroughly. This made the space feel uncomfortable and not as welcoming as we had hoped. With better communication and improved cleaning standards, this could be a much better stay for future guests.

I ordered groceries, and my bag was stolen from the lobby. Would not stay here again
The place was good but when we went to use the amenities they had someone else there and dint get us on there and wasn’t responding for parking for hours when we needed it urgently. Dint respond to calls either

Location was excellent, in the heart of Brickell with spectacular views. The apartment itself was good but not very clean - clumps of hair were found in multiple spots upon arrival, along with noticeable dust/dirt. Check-in contact seemed like we were bothering her whenever we saw in person, def lacking in customer service.
Views were absolutely beautiful, apartment was gorgeous as shown, premise amenities were unreal. Location was perfect and in walking distance of so much. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Can’t wait to come back!

The VIEWS!!! A gem! Would stay here again! Wow, THE VIEWS! You will hear me stay this over and over again, THE VIEWS! Let's start with the booking - super easy process, great communication from hosts and on-site management staff. The on-site manage staff Debora was great. We were able to pull up front. Definitely prepay for the parking in the garage just a block down. Convenient and in-out privileges. Never had an issue finding a space. The unit was immaculate and very well stocked. The only issue we had was that the soap in the master bath was out. I tested Debora and they came and filled it immediately. The even provided a few dishwasher and laundry tablets. The wine and bottles of water were a nice touch too. THE VIEWS! The furnishings were clean and comfortable. Pictures on VRBO are very accurate. Nice pool area, neighborhood is safe and there are soo many areas to walk around besides water. Great location in Brickell. 30 minutes from a beach at a Bill Boggs State Park. I am starting to run our of space on this review, so all I am going to say is that we would book this unit again in a heartbeat. Miami is on our return list of vacation spots.
Great Great views and great host
Never disappoints We have stayed at this condo before and it's nice to see some updates. The pictures do not look exactly the same as the condo because they have updated some linens, seating, etc. all for the better. There weren't any issues, and we walked everywhere. Management was prompt in communicating and the extra towels and blankets were much appreciated.

Great location. Wonderful stay We had an absolutely delightful stay. The rooms were not only spacious but immaculate. The pool and spa were both fantastic. Additionally, we were thoroughly impressed with the location, which was conveniently close to all the attractions we had on our list. The rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated with modern furnishings. The beds were comfortable and the linens were soft and clean. The bathrooms were also spotless, which is always a big plus for me when staying in a rental property. One of my favorite amenities at this property was definitely the pool. It was large, clean, and just the right temperature. The pool area also had plenty of lounge chairs for guests to relax in. But what really made our stay special was the location of this property. It was situated perfectly, close to all of the attractions we wanted to visit. Overall, I highly recommend staying at this property if you're planning a trip to this area. The location, amenities, and overall quality make it a great choice. Plus, the helpful and friendly staff at Miami Vacation rentals made the booking process seamless and stress-free.

Miami city trip The apartment was beautiful and well equipped. The views are as expected. Brickell area has lots of nice restaurants close by. Brickell area totally walkable as well as just walking over downtown. Pool area that comes with the condo is great!

Summer in Miami Brickell It has been a nice stay at this property. The view is unbeatable and the amenities are great! The place is centrally located and the public transit will get you to many attractions. Uber rides help too.
The view was absolutely incredible!! Beautiful place. Everything was just as listed. Showers exceptional. Could use better cooking pans. Our only complaint was the mattresses need to be replaced.

Miami Getaway Great condo with a million dollar view and the best location in downtown! Management company is great to work with and very responsive. My only recommendation would be to outfit the kitchen a little more thoroughly, Ex: dish towels, mixing bowls, baking sheets. As someone who doesn’t want to eat out every night for health reasons, these items would have made meal prep a bit easier. Overall though, A+.
Nice place great location The location is spectacular. The check in process was easy, and the place was as represented. It is showing a little wear, but that is to be expected for a party town like Miami. We would definitely stay there again.
Fantastic Location and Views Can’t beat the location. Amenities at the property are fantastic. Parking was a challenge as getting to the adjacent lot isn’t convenient. Also couldn’t get the thermostat to go below 70 degrees which was a bit warm at night for us. Would definitely return.
