We go every two months for a week to 10 days to Miami for personal and work reasons, we will never go back to this compa Positive: Location Negative: Fraudulent misrepresentation, we chose the most expensive unit based on the pictures that showed a small sitting area, it didn’t have any. The shower was flooded and we could use it for two days as we had request twice to have it fixed.

The condo is beautiful and the host was responsive and helpful. We will stay there again! Highly recommend.

I had a great stay, the room was clean and spacious, exactly like the photos. Coconut grove is beautiful. Would definitely return!

This unit is perfect for any couple. It’s an amazing location with loads of things to do and places to eat. It is a great place if you’re a runner, need a place to work near by or if you’re just relaxing. The unit and amenities are just like the pictures, very clean, and modern. The host cares a lot about the details in your experience, and is available on the app chat and the hotel‘s staff is ready to help if needed. Parking is included which makes it even better.

Room was beautiful view was amazing!

Had a nice visit, the location is very walkable to all the restaurants, and we enjoyed walking along the sidewalk and the coastal area. The room was nice, a little worn but doable. The service with the rental company was perfect. We would go back and stay again, excellent location !

This was my 2nd stay at Hotel Arya, booked through MVR. The 1st stay was excellent.The location is great & communication with MVR is thorough. We stayed in a different unit & upon arrival, noticed missing shower floor tiles. We sent photos to MVR. We used the shower anyway, as there was no alternative. The issue that really ruined our stay was when a loud beeping started at 10:30pm.We searched the unit trying to find the source & called the front desk at 11:24. I told them I wasn't sure where it was coming from but it, "sounded like a smoke detector." They said since I was an Airbnb guest, I would have to notify them. At 11:30pm, I sent a message to MVR telling them there was a "smoke detector beep, that goes off every 20 minutes." I told them it was likely in the hallway. I sent a picture of the wires hanging from the ceiling.The frequency increased. Despite repeated updates to MVR, no one came to investigate or remedy the problem until 4:00am.We were worried all night & got no sleep.

Absolutely Dreadful Experience at Arya Hotel - AVOID at All Costs! Negative: Our stay at the Arya Hotel was an unmitigated disaster from start to finish, easily the worst hotel experience I've ever had. If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is a complete shit show and honestly gives off major scammer vibes. From the moment we arrived, it was clear we were in for a nightmare. Parking was an immediate issue, setting the tone for the chaos to come. When we finally got to our room, we were disgusted to find hair on both the bed and bath linens. We immediately requested fresh ones, and while we were told they would be delivered, they never arrived. The most infuriating aspect of our stay was the complete lack of assistance from the hotel staff. When we approached them with issues, we were repeatedly told we weren't "a part of the hotel" and were staying in a "private room," so we needed to contact the property manager. This was an utterly unhelpful and baffling response. The property manager's responses were incredibly delayed and offered absolutely no help whatsoever. It felt like we were intentionally being given the runaround. To add insult to injury, my Amazon package went missing for most of our stay. I inquired daily, only to be told on the second-to-last day that the current staff couldn't access it and I'd need to check with the morning staff. This ridiculous saga continued until checkout. On the day of our departure, I was again told I couldn't get my package because their internet was down, meaning the secured lockers couldn't be accessed. I was told to check back in an hour, which I did – three hours later – only to be met with the same excuse. I never received my package and almost missed my flight due to this incompetence. The final straw was when I finally got through to someone I thought was the property manager, only for some little girl to answer the phone who had no clue about anything.
