Had an amazing stay — everything was smooth and pleasant! The host was waiting to check me in when I arrived from the airport, which made things super easy. I was also given two fobs, which I really appreciated — most hosts in this building only provide one, even for two-bedroom bookings. The place was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described. I’ll definitely be back and would recommend this host to anyone!
Great spot for conferences, spacious and quiet. Construction going on outside (February 2026) that was noisy starting at 8am, and plastic on the windows. If you think this will be an issue for you, double check with the host if it is still ongoing.
Our experience with this host at The Icon was extremely disappointing. Throughout our stay, ongoing elevator repairs caused wait times of 20–60 minutes every time we entered or exited the building. We later confirmed with building maintenance that these issues had been ongoing for several days prior to our arrival, yet this was never disclosed before check-in. We contacted the host multiple times seeking a resolution, but no meaningful assistance was provided. On our last night, we asked if there was a safe place to store our luggage given the elevator situation, but neither the agent nor the front desk was able to help. As a result, we were forced to leave our luggage in our car overnight, assuming the risk of theft, because we could not risk waiting an hour for an elevator or carrying heavy luggage down 20 floors. This experience was not at all what one would expect when paying $500 per night. The lack of transparency and support made this stay unacceptable.
I absolutely loved this place! The view was breathtaking, and the amenities were top-notch. The location is perfect — you can walk everywhere, and with the ocean right in front, it’s ideal for a morning or evening run. The apartment was spotless, pet-friendly (which we really appreciate), and the hosts were very responsive. I’ll definitely be staying here again. For future improvement and to make the experience feel even more like home, I think there could be a bit more flexibility with check-in and check-out times. In many Airbnbs I’ve stayed at, late arrivals don’t incur extra fees, and checkout extensions are often more lenient. Here, there’s a $40 fee for check-in after 9 p.m., and about $70 to check out just one hour later. Considering we stayed for 12 days, it would also be nice to have one dishwasher pod per day or a bit more toilet paper provided. Overall, though, this is a fantastic stay that I would highly recommend!
4 days in Miami We had a great stay at the Icon Brickell. Miami Vacation Rentals manages this property; they were super nice and responsive. The unit itself was sparkling clean. It is large enough for 2 couples or a family of 4. The residences have access to the W Hotel pool, which is amazing, especially for swimmers.

Great location and great apartment… only a small complaint is that after being travelling for 16 hours and following the instructions to send a message when 30 mins away, we still had to wait to get checked in; whilst I think the price is fair for the accommodation, a little more urgency would be appreciated. Saying that I would definitely stay here again as it’s fabulous
Everything was better than expected. Unbelievable views of the water from both bedrooms and the windows and balcony in the living room. Just amazing. The apartment was clean and very well stocked if you wanted to cook. The on-site gym. Was huge with plenty of equipment and a sauna and a steam room. I think Brickell, in general, is probably the most convenient and best place to stay in Miami.

Great location and views .
Decent stay But… Checkin was good. We got there a little earlier and was able to checkin about an hour before which was nice. Kat met us in the Lobby and she was very nice. We went up to the apartment and upon initial view it looked clean, but when we started to move around the apartment, we realized it was not as clean as we thought so we had to buy cleaner and we cleaned the kitchen counters and baths. Also, The carpet in the living room was not vacuumed. After that, on the second day, the master bath shower was leaking from the ceiling and we didn’t feel comfortable showering there so that was a bummer. We reported this and someone came to look at it and said it was coming from the apartment upstairs. Looking at the ceiling, it seemed that this wasn’t the first leak. For the remainder of the stay we could not use the shower. The best part of the apartment was the floor to ceiling windows which allowed for an amazing view of the city and the river. With the exception of the cleaning and shower mishaps, we had a decent stay.
Gorgeous condo with spectacular balcony! This is our second time staying at Icon. So many great restaurants in walking distance and the views from the balcony are incredible! Condo is fully equipped and beautifully decorated. Check in and check out were seamless and host was very friendly!

Corner unit This property was perfect for our stay. My brother had eye surgery during our stay it was quiet And beautiful as it is a corner unit. The views are amazing. We had everything we needed for the 4 day stay. Everyone was very friendly.

Great location and amenities This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this complex. We like the large pool and use of the gym & spa. Location is good - don't need a car. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance. Would recommend.
