Very good host. Had a great time, the windows to get to the balcony did not work but that was because of construction. Everything went great

Honestly, this was one of the best places I’ve stayed! The host was quick to respond and easy to communicate with, which I really appreciated. The place looked exactly like the pictures and was very clean. The beds were SO comfortable, and my stay was peaceful and easy from start to finish. I 100% recommend staying here and would gladly come back!

Highly recommended the views from the apartment was very beautiful and the host is also very attentive to your needs. Easy check in and there is a lot of good Restaurants near by overall the property is 5 stars and I enjoyed my time.

Nuestra experiencia no fue buena. Al llegar, los ascensores del edificio estaban fuera de servicio, por lo que tuvimos que subir las maletas hasta el piso 34 por las escaleras. Al entrar al apartamento nos dimos cuenta de que el balcón estaba completamente cerrado porque el edificio estaba realizando trabajos de reparación en la fachada. Esta información no se comunicó claramente antes de la reserva; el anfitrión solo indicó que aparecía en la letra pequeña del anuncio. Además, el apartamento tenía un fuerte olor a cigarrillo y, como no era posible abrir el balcón ni ventilar adecuadamente, el olor permanecía durante toda la estancia. La cortina de la habitación principal no cerraba correctamente y el colchón de la segunda habitación estaba muy deteriorado e incómodo. Consideramos que el anfitrión debería informar de manera mucho más visible sobre las condiciones reales del apartamento y del edificio antes de que los huéspedes reserven. Amazing location and a ton of room in the condo! No complaints from me and my group, parking is pricey at $55/night for valet but it’s Miami. There is a cheaper spot to park but for short amount of time is just worth it to valet and uber/walk.

This property is maintained very clean and outstanding property with the fantastic view of the bay. That’s the reason we booked and paid for the property 800 a day. A renovation is going on and all of the glasses are covered with plastic and we have blurred view and 2 days pools were closed for construction. Also we were not given the correct passcode to the door and came back to the lobby and called Vrbo to get it. Created confusion. By better communication, all that could be avoided.

The place was nice, the views incredible. The only thing I fought with was the wall plugs They are all loose and the phone chargers wouldn’t hold

Amazing stay , felt right at home

Great condo located within walking distance of Brickell city center and lots of restaurants and coffee shops. The view is amazing. And we will continue to stay here when we come back to Miami. We visit often and are so happy to have found these condos. There was some issues checking in at the front desk but we got them resolved quickly by communicating with the host. It was also convenient to be able to order door dash and grocery delivery straight to our room. The unit is so cute and was very clean.

Very amazing unit! I truly enjoyed my stay. Everything was greater beyond my expectation. The host’s communication was so efficient! Definitely a location and property to consider in Miami!
