Great location.
I would stay here again, no doubt! The host was very helpful and the place was comfortable and clean.
Nice area!!! Great size!
He estado en varias propiedades en el mismo edificio y administradas por la misma empresa. El una locación top, y las unidades son relativamente buenas pero no logran que tenga una experiencia de entrar a un lugar 100% limpio. Nada malo pero…
Best place in Brickell. Quiet, clean, peaceful, comfortable, and walkable everywhere in the Brickell area. Host is always responsive and helpful. I would definitely come back.
מקום נקי ומסודר . מענה מהיר וזמין.
Great location and good place!
Super clean, loved it!
Great communication and very accommodating to our needs. Gave clear instructions that made check in and out smooth and was in on of the best areas of Brickell. Will definitely book with Miami Vacation Rentals again.
I enjoy staying here. So far, the host was responsive, friendly, and the place matched the description. Everything was working, spotless, nothing was missing or faulty. I’ll make sure that I’ll be back.
Great!!
Loved the views and location!
Clean unit, great location, and smooth communication—would stay again
Beautiful property, clean and spacious unit. Will be staying again!
Great and convenient place to stay! Amazing host and very responsive. 100% recommended.
This was my second time renting a unit at the Icon through Miami Vacation. As always, communication with their team was excellent. However, this time I had a concerning experience with the building itself. There was a serious incident during my stay at the Icon residence, and unfortunately, I didn’t feel safe. There’s a constant flow of people coming and going at all hours, including groups arriving drunk late at night, which really affected the sense of comfort and security. The experience with the rental company was great, but I would reconsider staying at the Icon in the future.
Excellent place and location in Miami Brickell! Perfect to go everywhere! The place was clean and cozy with a great view and many amenities!
