Love Love Loved My friends and I had a wonderful stay for a girls getaway! The house looked exactly like the pictures and views were amazing. Lots and lots of mirrors for tons of selfies and two balconies! Will absolutely be coming back!

Our stay with my family was amazing. The place was perfectly kept, the view is breathtaking and everything at the apartment was well thought.

5 Star Amenities & Responsive Service Pros: Gorgeous amenities, great location, spacious apartment, kind and responsive hosts/property manager, nice cleaning people, decently equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, great nearby food options, including several delicious food trucks, and an awesome playground for the kids. Cons: The place needs to be repainted; the walls are dirty looking, the furnishings are worn and stained, runny toilet in the master, very noisy street-side second bedroom (I mean, good luck getting any sleep in that room), the pictures make the place look spotless and new (that’s not the case; everything is worn out it so it feels disappointing when you enter), and the cool rainbow rug in the photos is also not there. The check-in process was complicated because of parking and confusion with the valet attendants, but there was a very nice and helpful woman—Maria—to greet us and show us the ropes.

Just as listed! Celebrated my daughters 21st. This condos location couldn’t be any more perfect. The units views are just stunning. The check in process was smooth. The only thing that was absolutely annoying, is that you cannot go anywhere in the building without the key fob otherwise this unit comes highly recommended.

Birthday trip Was a great property has an amazing pool check in didn’t go as smooth as I would have liked. But she was doing everything she could to help. One of the bedroom has an ant problem and the air went out that was quickly fixed. Overall has a very nice time

Beautiful views of the bay Wonderful views, spotlessly clean, something needed in kitchen was delivered promptly. An amazing football field long pool underused by sunbathers but enjoyed by me every day. A neighborhood with many diverse restaurants, quick walk to New Seasons for supplies, beautiful walks along the bay. Suggest purchase of daily parking next door so you can leave and come back often and at any hour. Parking in street is tough. Need better info for recycling: in the basement but where?

Brickell March 2021 The condo is beautiful and the location is great. None of the madness that was going on in South Beach due to Spring Break spilled over into the Brickell area. Just good food, great band at Blue Martini and overall a wonderful trip.

The location was awesome at a really great price. The team was super responsive.

Wedding week Great view and close to everything

Bachelorette weekend getaway I met my friends here for my bachelorette party/ early birthday. I have been to Miami a few times, but this location was the best for all the activities we wanted to get into. The restaurants, clubs, south beach were all super close and convenient. The condo accommodations were fantastic. This is about to become a yearly thing for us. Can't wait to come back ! Thank you for making my time here very special and fun. See you soon.

A fun 4 day trip The property was really nice and well located. A quick walk to some shopping and plenty of food. Also just a quick ride over to Miami Beach. The views from the room were excellent. The only thing that could have been a little better was the master bed. My wife noticed some stains on the sheets. (Not too big a deal since we had a washer) and the noise the bed makes everytime you move. Other than those little things it was a great trip for my cousins graduation.

Great location, only downside of being here was the construction workers scrolling pass windows without warning from building staff , and being stuck on 16th floor when elevators were not working. Other than that i will stay here again..

Enjoyed my stay

It was a very clean and quite place. Walking distance to all the shops and the beach was very close. They were very helpful from the time we checked in till the time we left. We will return without our children next time lol

This place was awesome view was great love that you can walk to many things to enjoy the city and that place was beautiful and organized wish I could stay longer enjoy the city view Pool is very nice I was able to enjoy that I know there under construction but the view is beautiful and every time I hade a problem just send text respond to help me out the only thing I did not like is the people at night crew not very generous persons maybe having a bad day but the rest was worth it i hope others can enjoy the same experience it’s work it and the bay side is very close and walkable beautiful site lots of things to do there I will recommend my friends and family

The view was fantastic! The towers and public spaces were uniquely designed and decorated. Our unit was clean, spacious and provided everything we needed. 5 well deserved!!!

Loved this stay, the host responded within 5 min of my messages every time. The staff didn’t know where the parking was that I paid 35 a night for so I ended up using valet every time so I def overpaid on parking. Other that that, I would stay here again!

It's in the Icon building, which is the same complex as the W hotel (for reference). Owners were communicative and the place was clean! Building is an amazing location for Brickell!

Kind and responsive hosts during booking and stay. On entering the lobby it was nice to be personally greeted by a helpful person who was always available by text. Parking situation a big money saver over hotel valet. Only complaint is kitchen needs a bit of sprucing up like pans that work with that induction cooktop. We'd come back for a longer stay

Very nice stay

A disrupted stay due to unexpected changes and an early departure requirement. Positive: Great location and a comfortable room Negative: Prior to arrival, we were informed that the apartment had to be changed due to maintenance issues. Upon moving to the “new” apartment, we were again informed that the guests would need to leave earlier than originally contracted and paid for, due to additional maintenance problems. To date, we have not received any information regarding how the reimbursement for the unused period will be processed. Could you please clarify the next steps? Thank you for your attention.

Mixed Experience – Great Location, but Poor Cleanliness and Communication The location of the rental in Brickell was fantastic—right in the heart of it all, with restaurants, shops, and the free downtown train just steps away. It made getting around extremely easy and convenient, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, the positives stopped there. The unit itself was not cleaned properly upon arrival. It felt unkempt, with visible dirt and signs of wear throughout—everything from stained surfaces to rusted furniture, including the outdoor chairs. It did not match the level of upkeep you would expect from a vacation rental. To make matters worse, the host was slow to respond. When I reached out about the excessive noise and the condition of the unit, it took over two hours to hear back, which made it difficult to feel supported during the stay. When they did respond and suggested sending someone to the unit, this also took hours to complete.

Our experience at this Airbnb was frustrating from the start. There was no WiFi at all the first night, and the rest of the stay it was either unusable or constantly cutting in and out. The master bedroom had no working outlets or lights, which made it incredibly inconvenient. Worked after maintenance came a second time. TVs didn’t work initially, and even after maintenance came, the audio would randomly cut out while watching. One of the bathroom outlets didn’t work, and the sink handle was broken — basic things you’d expect to be in order. On top of that, getting access to the property’s amenities was a hassle — the wristband system was confusing and took way too much effort to sort out. Overall, this place needs serious maintenance and better communication. For the price we paid, the quality and reliability were below expectations.

Great location for spending time in Miami. Lots of options for food in walking distance and well located for getting to other neighborhoods.

I would not stay here Do not believe the pictures - this is a pretty beat up unit and is not as represented. Things to know: Half the elevators are out of commission; Wish I could post pics of the peeling wood on the doors -heavily repainted walls and floorboards - this has more of a dorm feel; dumb things like coffee maker popping the breaker any time you tried to use and a shrug by the manager. Just low class at a high class price.

Exactly what we hoped Very nice apartment. The location is perfect (the traffic, sometimes challenging). The property is well-kept and easy to navigate.

Great Stay Miami is always a great time! Was a lot busier this week but that was definitely due to Art Basel. The ICON towers in Brickell were a perfect location. A lot around us that was easy to walk to. I would highly recommend people to stay in these buildings during their stay.

Mostly Good Only problem was parking. Used B O A and parked in the incorrect portion of the parking building. Car was towed to impound lot. Told by B O A representative that this has happened previously with W guest. Probably need better / clearer instructions. Didn't see signage in parking building.

Wow Great time

Fantastic Stay. Just wow I must admit i was a bit nervous when i booked this, but my fears were very quicky washed away. The booking process is streamlined and the on site meeting with the property manager was perfect and couldnt do more to assist. The property itself was clean spacious and the view was excellent, i found myself dreaming as i looked out the panaromic view, property was as listed. A nice welcome giftt was received and not expected. Location, short walk to the bayside restaurants and a cheap uber to ocean drive. The W facilities inuding spa and pool are awesome and the staff cant do e ough for you. Overal the experiance, support and property is 10+ Tip. Bool with these guys the are sublimely professional and the property is as good as the photos

Play unit in a great location! The unit was just as described in service was excellent

Property not well kept Almost all the appliance does not function, bathroom has black stain I called the cleaners to come clean they just wiped with a cloth and left. Most of the plug points are loose or broken. Kitchen faucet does not work well. I had to call property manager almost every day. Property has some good views, but not worth the cost

Brickell Nice unit, nice manager, answered our request for extra towels because the 2 nd bathroom doesn’t work. Maintenance was there trying to fix it when we arrived. We spent the whole 3 nights without the 2 nd bathroom they advertise without any compensation

Great location and awesome pool and gym We loved the place , we pretty much walked everywhere . The only negative was you could hear loud cars driving late at night but a sound machine fixed that. Really enjoyed the pool, spa and gym as well.

Great location Great location in Brickell, close to City Center and the Metromover. Free tram stop is just next door, making travel to museums or Wynwood very easy. Incredible pool. Next door behind the Presbyterian church there is a food truck area with many selections and covered outdoor dining. Whole Foods and Publix are only a few blocks away, too.

Good spot The residence was at a good spot. It was clean and we did have a nice view. It was a little hard to check in as someone needed to come get us but we didn't know who it was and at what time exactly. Overall it was still a nice staying.

Great location! My stay at the property was wonderful. The space was clean but there are one items that need replaced or repaired. The check in process was easy and the host were quickly responsive to my questions. They also provided a wonderful property outline that included a city guide. I would stay again!

Great location but building not meant for rentals Love the place and the owners are super accessible. The issue I took with property is the building is essentially the residential side of the W, beautiful and all but staff there treats you a bit like you are unwanted. We couldn’t access the gym because they refused to print out passes after 5:30, we arrived at 6. My feeling is this place shouldn’t really be available for VRBO as the workers there are not interested in being helpful. That said location and property are both awesome.

Modern vacation spot Check in process was efficient. Host was in constant communication with us until we were checked in. Apartment was clean. Only problem was a clogged toilet and we were left with one functioning toilet on the second night.

Problematic Property in a Great Location From the photos, this property looked great, but it didn’t live up to the pictures in person. We had many problems. 1) White couch constantly peeled and shed on the floor and our clothes. Unsightly and needs replacement. 2) Bathroom tiles in shower uneven and toilet either wouldn’t flush properly or was constantly running 3) Small ants were a constant in the kitchen dining area. 4) While there plumbing flooded from under the washer when it wasn’t on causing a slip and fall, while soap suds simultaneously erupted from the second bathroom toilet. 5) Kitchen stove and dishwasher were challenging and difficult to operate. 6) Main sliding balcony door wouldn’t lock properly. 7) Chipped tiles in main living area Best things: location and view of the Bay

Residences Stay in Miami The property was clean and communication was prompt. The overall experience for the cost was fair. I feel Like the management for this VRBO was professional and responsive. The only negative is the building itself had a variety of people, and some did not take care of building common areas appropriately. This is not a reflection of the unit we stayed in. Would stay again besides that.

Quick Getaway This was the second best place I have rented using Vrbo. The host did an outstanding job. The place felt like home. The location was poppin.

Convenient Location and Amazing Views We made the best decision to stay at this property. The location is convenient seeing that you’re only 10-15 minutes away from everything. Communication with host was prompt and the amenities in the building is a big plus. We really enjoyed the pool and the spa.

The place needs to be updated a bit. Dishwasher was non functional , showers needs detail cleaning I give this rental a 3 1/2 stars. I have to say the management of this property were very helpful. Francisco & Maria.

Amazing time in MIAMI We truly enjoyed our time at this vacation rental property. The view was amazing! The apartment was clean and our needs were beyond met! Great Location and Views from the property. Our point of contact was great and proactive, and even got us specific glasses delivered for our stay that we’re not in the cabinets!! Great location, centered around all the restaurants, next to water!

Had a fun time overall I rated 4 stars because the property was beautiful. Looks exactly like the pictures, colorful, roomy, & amazing views. However we had trouble with the toilets & maintenance could not fix it until the next day so the toilet was backed up for our first day. The outlet didn’t work in one of the bathrooms & the pool was closed most of our stay due to the weather. Other than those technical/natural issues. Our stay was good. Maria was awesome.
