Unfortunately, the room we received was not the one we booked — and I later found the same photos were reused across 5 of their listings. We waited for a resolution during our stay, but it never came. Disappointing experience, especially because my son picked this listing for a special trip. The Arya hotel itself is wonderful and the location is perfect but this listing was a bait and switch for an entirely different room and they kept saying they’d look into it but I never heard back from them until I was already back home.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The room was comfortable, and the bed was very comfortable, and the view was absolutely lovely. The only recommendation I would make is to pull the room door up firmly to ensure it locks completely. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay and would be happy to return.

Our stay at Hotel Arya through Miami Vacation Rentals was disappointing and did not match the expectations created by the listing photos, descriptions, and undisclosed safety concerns. Due to the misleading presentation of the property and multiple issues during our stay, we ultimately had to leave the Airbnb and spend valuable vacation time finding another accommodation with safer conditions and better access to nearby shopping plazas, grocery stores, and restaurants within actual walking distance. Will not recommend.

Had a great stay! The location is perfect! Walking distances from cocowalk, many breakfast spots, dinner, coffee, shopping, etc. The hotel/pool area was gorgeous, the view of the water was absolutely beautiful. Would stay here again.

Great location

I stay in Coconut Grove often when I go to Miami, and the location was perfect. I was able to walk to restaurants, shopping, the movies and the water front. The staff were friendly and professional. I will be staying again

Lovely air bnb! The location of this place is amazing. It’s near great local shops, eats and other fun stuff. Hosts are great as well. I asked for a bit of extra time and they accommodated me no issues. The view from balcony is also amazing. Hope to stay here soon again!❤️🌴

Great neighborhood and place

Great stay. Easy check-in, clean place, and good communication from the host. Would stay again.

I enjoyed the room. Everything inside was good! Only problem was noise of cars (with loud engines), motorcycles, and fire department sirens.. coming through closed doors! Made it kind of restless at times. Difficult to sleep comfortably.

very poor services Negative: no heat in room that was satisfactory room service never came during the stay for three days to clean the room despite multiple requests to the fromnt desk, (three per day each day) and multiple e mails were unanswered by proerty manager Ms J Areas requesting room services. To date e mails to the property manager two days after leaving the facility are unanswered.

Great place in a great location. Host was quick with the answers.

Disappointing but not awful Positive: Good location, staff were mostly helpful. Negative: Misleading photographs used for advertising, my room was much smaller than shown in the pictures. Also, the stupid system they had, where I couldn't talk to the front desk directly, I had to call a separate number to check in or ask for anything else I needed since I didn't book directly with the hotel, very stupid system.

The stay at Arya was smooth. The location in Coconut Grove is great—walkable, and close to good spots.
