Perfect Stay My husband and I needed a place to stay before we boarded our cruise in Miami. From the very start, Natalia and Silvia were excellent to work with. The communication prior, throughout, and at the end of our trip was exceptional! The condo was immaculate, and in an excellent location. Everything about our short trip was perfect.!
Everything you need right here! My husband and I had a wonderful stay here the first week of March 2023. Very secure building and staff. High rise building(s) with beautiful views. Fast elevators, so never had an issue with getting one. Everything you need is right here - spa, pool, gym, sauna, steam room. Very very nice. My only complaint is the bathtub/shower. Very deep bathtub that you had to basically climb in and out of. Potential falling hazard for those unsteady on their feet. Otherwise would highly recommend and would go back!
Bday 8/20 Okay let’s just say we LOVE MIAMI!! The view of our room, the room itself. We loved it all. Clean, comfortable, bright, my favorite is the privacy. You can’t go up in the elevator without room access. Made me feel safe. Everything was nearly walking distance away (I’ve never walked so much in my life😩) be prepared to pay for parking EVERYWHERE you go. I’m from Ga where we park for free mostly. I have family here so the fact I was able to see my family and a very good friend of mine really put the cherry on top. This was my spouse birthday weekend and he enjoyed the stay and shopping (expensive) but worth the penny or should I say dollar lol we will be back soon🥰 8/20/20 HAPPY BIRTHDAY AGAIN TO MY BABY💕🥳
O apartamento e a infraestrutura são excelentes, contudo está acontecendo uma reforma no prédio que impossibilita o uso da varanda, e, pior, torna o apartamento inabitável entre as 08:00 e as 17:00 em razão do barulho insuportável da construção. Não sou de criticar as hospedagens, porém não pudemos descansar no apartamento … do primeiro dia ao último o barulho de construção foi incessante. Inclusive em alguns dias tinham homens trabalhando na minha varanda o que restringe total a privacidade da minha família. Tentei contato com o locatário para resolver o problema e trocar a unidade, porém sem sucesso. Se o seu objetivo é descansar em Miami, não faça a locação desse apartamento.
Amazing stay at the Icon "W" Hotel Everything from checking to checkout was flawless. Two items to mention ,The tub is VERY deep and if you are petite or have small children it is impossible to get in and out of without help. Second checking in and checking out could take a lot longer due to the massive amounts of people waiting for the elevator. Overall we would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you!
Please be mindful when booking this property. We were under the impression that all amenities were available which is not true. Only on Saturday and Sunday. Also we couldn’t even use our balcony which is the main reason we booked this place. We paid $1500 for only 3 nights with no balcony and could only use the pool/ hot tub one day. It was just not okay, especially for my anniversary. The balcony was bolted shut and its plastic covering the entire window blocking the view. It was just very disappointing. The apartment itself was clean but not being able to use anything really sucked.
Other than the construction on the building causing delays for elevators, and interruption of internet and cable TV, the stay was fine. If you work remotely and require internet, would recommend after construction is complete.
Nice unit Unit was as described. Very nice and well appointed.! The amenities were great. I would only wish that there was a handle to hold onto to get into the shower. It’s very steep to get over the tub and felt a bit dangerous.

i air bnb in the property often and this is one of the better units. nicely stocked with necessary and nice to have things. clean and decent furnishings.
Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations. During our stay, there was ongoing renovation work in the building: the windows were covered with film and there was significant noise. The apartment was not clean upon arrival, including visible dirt and grease inside the oven. We had to call a plumber twice because the toilet was not working properly. The bed was uncomfortable, which affected our sleep, and there was also noticeable noise from airplanes during the night. The balcony did not have any furniture, although it was shown in the photos, and due to the renovation work it was not possible to use the balcony at all. Additionally, the dryer did not dry clothes properly, and the dishwasher did not clean dishes well. There were also long waiting times for the elevators, as only part of them were working during our stay

Very comfortable king bed!Brickell Village, the Bayside Park and Market Place along with Riverwalk and the historical aspect of “The Circle” are not to be missed!4 out of 5 rating is due to the following;* Limited use of the amazing amenities * Key fob to the elevator can be problematic * The deep soaker tub in the unit is nice but since there is not a separate shower, there is a high step over to enter the shower and no way to adjust the water temp prior to entering.
View is great, unit is roomy Biggest issue is cleanliness, lack of advertised supplies and inconveniences unnecessary for a luxury space Everything in the kitchen is literally dirty. All knives in the block. Anything I pull out of the cabinets are greasy or crumby. Every single pan. Literally everything. No basic cooking things stated in the listing like salt pepper oil. When asked, they said they don’t supply them for security reasons. No cleaning supplies. I asked for Clorox spray for the bathroom and counters, they dropped off a bottle of bleach instead Very thin walls, door shakes when neighbors come and go. You can hear everything in the halls. Even ppl at the elevator and this unit is in the corner down the hall. Blanket on the bed was dirty as well, with little black crumbs or idk I hope it was sand. And little hairs all over. Couch is different also dirty with crumbs. Asked to have shower cleaned, someone came by looked and left A place to stay for a couple days, not weeks
I had a great stay in this airbnb. I travel a lot, so I am used to stay in airbnbs, this place was exactly like described and showed in the listing. Host is quick with responses, the location is awesome too. The price is fair too, all in all a great airbnb, which I would choose again for my next trip to Miami.
The apartment looks exactly like the photos — clean, stylish, and comfortable. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Brickell, close to everything. The host was extremely friendly and helpful, always providing all the information I needed. I would definitely stay here again!
This is a beautiful place and the area and views are spectacular. It was so nice looking over the balcony and seeing the large body of water and boats passing by. It was very peaceful for me especially during my study time. The pool area and spa were absolutely my favorite! There's plenty of places walking distance so no need to drive if you don't want to. Parking is pretty costly $50 dollars per day for valet or $40 for off-site garage parking. The condo was clean for the most part I did have to clean the bathroom shower and toilet seat. There was hair left in the shower and the toilet seat had something on it. But I bring my own cleaning supplies where ever I stay, so it wasn't something to make a big deal about. Other than the cost of parking and the bathroom not being wiped down good, this place is amazing. Definitely would come back without hesitation. Its a busy area which I don’t mind, but something to be aware of if you don't like crowds.

I had a great stay at this location. Everything was as described, including the view from the balcony, which was stunning. The location is in a perfect area of Brickell with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Comfortable bed, nice shower and bathtub, and good WiFi speeds. I will definitely stay again!

Very good condo to stay at. Really loved the views and location as it was in the heart of Miami. The amenities are also very great, this was my second time staying at the building and I had a very pleasant experience. The hosts made sure the check in was very smooth as well and answered any questions we had. I will definitely get this airbnb again next time I am in Miami!
I had an amazing stay at this apartment. The place was super comfortable, clean, and the views from the balcony were absolutely breathtaking — overlooking the ocean, the city skyline, and the beautiful pool area. The building amenities were outstanding, and the location couldn’t have been better.

Tolles Appartment mit tollem Ausblick und kleinen Fehlern Wir waren schon zum 4.Mal in diesem Appartementhaus. Die Kommunikation und der Check Inn und auch einfache Infos kommen sehr schnell. Super!!!Ein bisschen gründlicher müsste geputzt werden. Die Kissen sind Ansichtssache, aber Schlafkomfort sollte schon stimmen. Was ein großer Mangel ist, ist der Einstieg in die Dusche. Menschen unter 1,75cm fällt es schwer über den Badewannenrand zu klettern. Die Küche ist zwar laut Beschreibung voll ausgestattet, aber na ja, sehr minimalistisch. 4 Gläser, ein paar Teller, wirklich sehr wenig. Wenn das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis besser wäre, wäre es o.k. Wir sind trotzdem sehr gerne hier im Icon Brickell. Danke Nathalie und das Team
Excellent Stay! This property is amazing! Incredible views and a great location. The hosts were very thorough and professional with their communication and were quick to respond to any questions we had! The ONLY complaint is that to sleep 4 is very tight. The futon does tectonically sleep 2 people, but we had to sleep face to feet to fit comfortably. Other than that, everything was phenomenal!

Beautiful apartment in Brickell I had a great stay. Beautiful apartment, great location and nice extras like bottled water, espresso and a bottle of wine when we arrived. The mgt team is very nice as well. Will definitely stay again!
Great for healthy lifestyle We cook most of our meals at home and kitchen had everything we needed. Washer and dishwasher were quiet enough to run while we were in the room - a big plus. There are plenty of places to walk to eat and affordable if you are not looking for a big night out. Good mix of options from counter service to high end dining. We are health nuts so the cold plunge and hot tubs in spa were a huge plus. Pool is so big there is always a chair even on a holiday weekend. There are beds facing the water to catch sunrise/sunset if desired. Loved looking at the water while drinking coffee. Hosts were great and responsive. Management kept the spa clean and serene. People at the pool were chill. My only complaint would be that they had the same level of enforcement with the noisy partiers above us. Overall this is a wonderful property with great hosts - would def stay here again.
Enjoyable Stay The property is properly described. It was very clean, and everything is in working order. AC worked great, Bed was very comfy, etc. The only reason I am not giving a full 5 stars is for the parking situation. The valet is very expensive and the parking garage you pay additional for is 2 blocks away. Not so bad all the time as I love a nice walk when the weather permits. However, we had a full on monsoon so getting from car to condo, you would have thought we jumped into the water fully clothed. There are no additional options from what we were told. Like i say, if your healthy and the weather is nice, not a big deal. Also, it is a large building with lots of units. On the weekend nights it got pretty loud in the halls about 1am with w loud neighbors who must have brought friends back and wanted to party. (slamming doors, yelling, music, etc) Closing the bedroom door did help a little with that. At the end of the day, Nat was great to work with. She got us into our unit early on day of arrival. I came in off a red eye and was tired so i was very appreciative of her. She was very professional and checked in often via text or when she saw us. I would rent here again. The view!! The view never gets old and the amenities the building has to offer is top notch!!
The VIEW <3 This is my second time staying at the ICON. We had to come back this time in an upgraded unit - so happy we did. WOW were we blown away by the large clean space and the balcony view every morning of the river/pool/ocean. I love staying here bc of the location and the top notch amenities. Do not hesitate to book here, very professional and smooth check in & out.
Brickell/Miami Stay Beautiful, modern space! The host was very available. However, the "queen-sized" sleeper couch is not queen-sized and is extremely uncomfortable. It just folds down and doesn't even do that very well. Maybe a child could sleep on it, but that's about it. Also, not nearly enough towels for 2 people let alone 3-4, and they charge for extras. The parking situation is horrendous and we were not made aware of how that could be facilitated beforehand. The television streaming did not work the whole time we were there (4 days), and the repairperson just showed up and did not speak English so that did not go well and it never got fixed. I would say don't have more than 2 people staying there (if they can't share the same bed, forget it!). Make sure you contact the host at least a month prior to arranging the paid parking situation or you'll be in big trouble (we just happened to find free parking near a construction site a few blocks away). Bring your own extra towels (FYI, their towels are not high quality so I cannot understand the charge for extras that fit the number of people in the space) and buy your own detergent because you'll be washing towels daily probably. The security (however warranted), can absolutely become annoying for you or if you want to have one or two visitors with you at the pool, etc. This space has great potential, it's just that the hosts are banking on the exclusivity of the location as their foray into luxury, however, this is where the luxury ends.
Nice neighborhood, the building & pool was great The apartment had everything we needed. The host’s & property manager were very responsive and helpful. The building & the amenities were beautiful. The only 2 flags we had are: 1. The bathtub - yes it’s as hard to get into as all the other reviews say 2. The futon was almost unbearable to sleep on. It was very hard, the back of the couch folded down and there was a very hard bar between the seat and the back. It would be impossible to sleep on for 2 people.

Great apartment! Beautiful apartment with great views! Apartment had everything you needed and the check-in process and on-site support was amazing. Highly recommend but would avoid spring break time due to crowd staying at the complex.

Relaxing getaway Everything was perfect! Our 1st time in Brickell - usually stay on South Beach so wasn't sure how it would be....condo exactly as pictured...clean, stylish, nice view! Huge kitchen. And very very quiet! Pool area nice. So many amazing restaurants within walking distance. We used Resort Pass app to go one day to SLS hotel South Beach for a beach day...also on checkout day, use Luggage Hero app to find a place to store luggage if you aren't leaving for the airport at checkout time and you want to have a pool day at Icon...also nice walking path on Brickell Key over a bridge..highly recommend this condo! No-stress getaway!
Great management company! The whole process was smooth, efficient, and simple. They texted directions, maps for parking, and were always ready to communicate timely via text. Would definitely use them again, and recommend them.
Above and Beyond I cannot express the gratitude I feel for having stayed in such a lovely place owned by even lovelier people! Communication prior to check in made me feel extremely valued. No comparison to Hotels imo this is so much better! When I met Sarah in the Lobby she was so warm & welcoming, walked me up to the place I was staying, went over how things worked. Thorough is an understatement. Any question I had she answered before I even had to ask. The views OMG, the amenities, WOW, & most of all the cleanliness, it’s above and beyond! I honestly can’t recommend this oasis of a place enough!!! Book with them you won’t regret!
