I am extremely disappointed with this stay, especially given the premium price point ($630/night). For the final two nights of our trip (Dec 30–Jan 2), the central heating system failed completely.
Although we reported it immediately, the host could not fix it and provided only a small portable heater that was completely insufficient for the size of the space. The unit was left at a freezing, uninhabitable temperature, causing my family members to fall physically ill.
When amenities fail, you expect a host to make it right. Unfortunately, the host acknowledged the failure but offered only a negligible refund ($70) that in no way compensated for sleeping in a freezing room and the resulting health issues. I cannot recommend this listing if you expect reliable amenities or fair treatment from a host.
Do not book any listing by Miami Vacation Rentals. They cancelled my reservation without any explanation on the day of arrival. Airbnb was good at following up and offering alternatives which only worked on such short notice because I am familiar with Miami. Airbnb then proceeded to give me $150 credit to use on my next booking. A joke given the unacceptable behavior by a company labeled a “Super Host.”
Genial

Location is terrific!
A perfect spot in bustling heart of coconut grove. The room was stylish, mid-century modern with gorgeous views from every angle. We enjoyed our stay and the warm welcome you left for us as well as the small touches that made it extra special.
