The views were hands down the best part of this Airbnb! However, there are many other reasons we loved staying here. The location was perfect-- very walkable! Whenever we went to other areas of Miami it was always a short Uber/Lyft away. There are many restaurants nearby. The neighborhood is very friendly and safe. Also, the host was quick to respond and checked in on us during our stay. The biggest reason I wouldnt stay at nearby hotels is because you wouldnt get this view at any of them! You get both a water view and a city view. My husband and I loved coming back early to watch the sunset and watch as the city lights lit up the sky. We will definitely return to this Airbnb!

Oh wow, where should I start by far this is the most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed I loved the views from the room night and day….it was my birthday vacay so they had a bottle of wine which was so nice and lovely to begin the celebration of life and the pool was on a rooftop which is very nice and classy as well. Me and my husband had breakfast at the breakfast buffet which is a plus. Walkable restaurants and shops everywhere! Everything in the room was nice and clean! Just book already you would love everything!

Overall, it was a good stay, the unit was clean and the location is great.

Beautiful room top to bottom. Clean, spotless, nice furnishings and appliances, and nicely decorated. Gorgeous spot and great view. Host is responsive, professional, friendly. Would book again.

Had issues with AC running non-stop. Room temp was 53 degrees. The host handed us off to front desk to request heaters that did not exist. No follow through on issues. I also did not like that I was forced to give a $1000 deposit to a website outside of AirBNB.

The place was amazing! The host was super responsive and the pictures look just like the place. Has everything you need plus more!

My only complaint is that the room got very hot and was not able to cool well. If there was a ceiling fan the room could get much cooler more quickly but without a fan and the room not getting below like 75, it made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. Lovely place and great great location. It’s just a hot in the room.

This is a privately owned unit in the Arya Hotel, which is well-located and has excellent staff. The unit is light; has great views; was clean; and the bed is comfortable. It was freezing in the unit when I arrived (61 degrees) and I was unable to regulate the temperature no matter what I did; I asked Engineering to come the next day and they fixed it. Pool area is nice except when people ignore rules and start bringing in smelly takeout food and big coolers and playing loud music. Not what I expected for paying this price. The unit is advertised as suitable for long-term stays; speaking as a longtime Airbnb Superhost, it is not. No one on vacation with a provided kitchen should have to buy such absolute basics as salt and pepper, plastic wrap, paper napkins, etc. The coffee maker is not a Nespresso as claimed, but a cheap knock-off for which the capsules did not even fit/were crushed and dropped through. Had to go out for coffee every day. I recommend for short stays only.
