Great location, clean, and responsive host. It was great for our family of 4!

Beautiful View! Our family stayed at this beautiful apartment for 3 days while we visited Miami. It was exactly as stated in the listing. We used most of the amenities available and they were all great. As this was our first visit to Miami we were not familiar with the neighborhoods and it turned out this apartment was a short Uber ride to all of the places we wanted to visit. If there was one negative about this apartment it would be that the kitchen wasn’t very well appointed. Wasn’t a big deal for us on this stay because we didn’t intend to cook here but if we had it would have been frustrating. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Miami.

The BEST place to stay while in Miami. The hosts, condo, pool, and location were perfect. We were a family of four (a couple with two college-age sons) visiting Miami for the holidays. The hosts, Natalie and Silvia, were very responsive and gracious. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. The pictures on this website match the condo exactly- the only difference is that the Miami Bay and River views are much more vivid and colorful in person. The pool is stunning. This home is shiny clean and large enough to accommodate 4-5 people comfortably. There is a kitchen w a full-size fridge, a coffee maker, a washer and dryer, towels, and linens. You are within walking distance to Whole Foods and other shops and a 5-minute drive to South Beach - better yet, take the water taxi! I give the hosts, home, and location 5+ stars. We look forward to re-visiting one day soon.

Luxury apartment in Brickell Amazing luxury apartment, very spacious and with a kitchen that is fully equipped. Great views!! The location is perfect if you like everything you need within walking distance. Grocery, restaurants, cafes, river, bay, manatees... beautiful place! There was even a kid's playground right next to the building. The host was super helpful and communication was great, immediate responses over text. Very easy! Definitely coming back to this property next time we're in town.

The View is Amazing This apartment has it all: great view, beautiful furnishings, a spa! You will be in the lap of luxury here. It looks exactly like the pictures, no surprises. The location is excellent also. Laura, who checked us in and out, was very helpful.

Great apartment and well located for business travelers I reserved two apartments here for me and some of my work mates for a business travel. Everything went smooth with them, we felt like at home from the very beginning. Quick check in with the Site Manager, always available during our stay if any need. Although we traveled for business, building amenities are a great extra, the main pool is amazing and also the SPA for relax after work. We will come back soon.

Really great stay! I knew Miami Vacation Rentals as I stayed in one of their properties before. I reserved this apartment for some of our company mates traveling for work and they liked it very much too. They asked for the contact to reserve for their family vacations one of their properties in this same building. Cleanliness, decoration, views, service, quick responses, everything goes smooth with this company. I will keep them in our files for next business and family travels.

LA PIRE EXPÉRIENCE Airbnb de toute ma vie. Des gens malhonnêtes!! Aucune sécurité du logement. La porte fonctionne avec un code et on m’a assuré que j’étais la seule à y avoir accès. Mais des femmes de ménage se sont introduit dans l’appartement sans prévenir, sans frapper, pendant que je sortais de la douche. Je n’ai jamais demandé de ménage. Intrusion totale dans ma vie privée. Une plainte a été déposée pour cela. Les photos sont trompeuses : piscine et balcon fermés, tout est en travaux. L’appartement est vide froid sans décoration. Quand j’ai demandé à partir plus tôt parce que je me sentais mal et en insécurité, ils m’ont demandé de payer un supplément pour changer d’appartement… dans le même immeuble avec les mêmes problèmes. J’ai supplié pour être remboursée des nuits que je n’allais pas utiliser afin de rentrer plus tôt tellement j’étais mal et en pleurs, mais les hôtes n’ont montré aucune empathie, ils voulaient uniquement profiter de mon argent. Ils sont très malhonnête!!

Extremely Disappointed First I would like to say that the Site Managers were very polite, professional and responsive. Our issues were as follows: - Upon check-in, none of the cable boxes worked. Maintenance had to switch them around and make adjustments which lasted a half hour. Not all remotes were covered with plastic which means they were not cleaned properly. - The floors were not totally clean - hair here and there, especially in bathroom corners which means the mopping / vacuuming was not at all thorough. - The rug under the master bedroom bed was filthy and worn. - Sheets on one of the twin beds were stained. Housekeeping had to come and strip, wash and re-do the bed. - Kitchen faucet was broken (reported, but not fixed). Water barely leaked out unless you held down a button that was also broken. - Kitchen counter was not clean upon arrival, or if they did clean it, it was only done with water, not any real cleanser. - No chair by desk in 2nd bedroom. - The morning of our check-out, I had to kill four ants on the floor within 20 minutes, and since we did not eat in the room other than coffee and fruit, it was not due to crumbs. For the price, we should have stayed at the W where they need to adhere to much higher standards. Very disappointing as we were in Miami to celebrate the wedding of our son and wanted everything perfect.

Perfect way to enjoy Miami! The unit was fabulous! It was exactly as pictured and the views are amazing. Natalia and her team deliver first class service-check in and out were a breeze. The fridge had water and wine to welcome us. The condo was equipped with everything we needed. This was a girlfriend's trip for me and two of my friends and this unit was just right with enough room for us to have our own space and to catch up together. The building is well-maintained and quiet. There are shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance. South beach was a 20 min uber away and Wynwood was a 13 min uber ride. We will never stay in a hotel again in Miami. Thanks, Natalia!

The unit itself is amazing, although some parts are getting a bit dated; the dishwasher definitely needs some TLC. Everything was great, really, but I wish they had been upfront about the repairs that were going on the exterior of the building; it meant we had no access to the balconies, and the pool area had work equipment all around it on the weekend and was completely closed on the weekdays. We had to pay extra for pool access at another hotel. It affected our plans, and we could have been much better prepared if we had known in advance that this was the case.

I only gave it a two for Cleaning because the Carpet in the bedroom has many stains on it and has to be cleaned

Very nice unit within walking distance to downtown and Brickell. The apartment was very clean and came with everything we needed - plenty of clean towels, toilet paper, two laundry pods, and fast wifi. Great view as well! Highly recommend this unit.

I went for my birthday weekend this year in June. It was a great location near some of the hot spots. A lot in walking distance. Kind of sad we didn’t get to use the balconies due to renovation. Check in was not the easiest as our code didn’t work unpin arrival but customer service was excellent and helped me ASAP. Overall it was a good location and stay, would recommend!

Our girls’ trip celebration was absolutely amazing, and this condo truly helped make the experience special! The unit was spacious, spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and gave the three of us more than enough room to relax, laugh, celebrate, and enjoy our time together. It was great that the unit had an in-unit laundry area, such a wonderful and convenient addition. The floor-to-ceiling windows provided breathtaking city and bay views both day and night, and the location in Brickell was perfect; everything from restaurants to shopping and nightlife was within walking distance.The spa and wellness amenities were magnificent! We especially loved the pool overlooking Biscayne Bay, along with the relaxing atmosphere throughout the property. Communication from the host was excellent from beginning to end, and the staff was welcoming and helpful during our stay.Our only disappointment was that the balconies were closed and inaccessible during our stay, because the views were spectacular and we would have loved to enjoy them outside. We also arrived two hours before check-in and had to pay an additional 124.00 fee to access the unit early, which was a bit disappointing.Overall, this stay was beautiful, luxurious, and extraordinary. We would definitely return again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Miami!

The location and size of the space was great. Additionally, the security of the building and the cleanliness was very good. I would recommend any of my friends or family stay here and I would definitely rent it again as well. The host was also very quick to respond and did their best to address any issues we had. They were clear about the balcony not being usable in the original posting so I did not feel misled.

This is positioned as you are renting from a host. Instead, you are renting from a very poorly organized property management company. We did everything we were told to do for a smooth check-in process, but when we arrived to check-in the front desk security of the condo building had no record of our stay. No one from the property management company was available to take my call for 30 minutes. Then there was a lot of confusing back and forth. Between the condo security, the property management company, and some guy who showed up in person and finally made everything OK. It took us 90 minutes to check -in, which made us late to our dinner. Moreover, the unit is tired and the condo building in general was a very weird vibe; all the units felt like they were very short term rentals with sketchy guests. The pool was under construction and the fitness area was about a mile walk. The elevators didn’t work for several hours on one day. The place is a great location, with great views, but those are the only positive things I can say. The rest was very poor.

We had a wonderful time at this spacious and clean apartment in downtown Miami. The location was excellent. We would book this apartment again.

My stay at Miami Vacation Rentals was extremely pleasant. The view was amazing, the location was also perfect. Silvia was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions i had regarding my stay, truly the gold standard in service. The unit was very nice and put together and met and exceeded all my expecatations! Book with confidence, i will definitely be using them again for when i stay in Miami!.

The views from this rental are amazing. The location is convenient and surrounded by tons to do. The host was there when we arrived and probably took us up to our apartment we didn’t have to wait for anything. Plenty of towels and very clean, we would stay again.

The location was perfect, walking distance of brickell city center which was ideal for use! The apartment unit was also perfect with an amazing view!

Good stay! Excellent location!The condo is spacious and well-equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The views are great, and the pool and spa are truly amazing.That said, there were a few maintenance and cleanliness issues. The dishwasher door was broken, and the sofa had a very unpleasant smell . The cleaning could be more thorough—the laundry area and range hood were not clean, and the right sink in the master bathroom was clogged. Also, be aware that the building is quite busy.Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Great location, needs some attention to details and furniture The location is fantastic with great access to restaurants, parks and things to do. Views can't be beat! The apartment is a bit tired and needs some fixes, a better bed (really should be a nice mattress at this price) and some general fixes - sink drains, dishwasher mount, w/d quirky, dining room light, more comfortable sofa, etc. The check in process worked well and we were well cared for but hard to escape the building being under construction and the apartment being dated.

Amazing Experience! Being on the 41st floor with stunning water views of Biscayne Bay, the Miami River, or the Atlantic Ocean from every window was truly a breathtaking experience. The 2-bedroom apartment with a balcony was immaculate, and the ease of the check-in process with a friendly lady at the front desk was greatly appreciated. The Wi-Fi was excellent, and having it easily accessible on the wall was a nice touch. With numerous restaurants, shopping options, and parks within walking distance, the location on Brickell Ave was unbeatable. The cleanliness of the building and the inviting lobby fragrance added to the overall positive experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and look forward to returning. Thank you!

Winter Getaway We stayed in this apartment for 1 week in December. It is centrally located with many nice restaurants within walking distance. Whole Foods is also within distance which was very convenient. The apartment is beautiful with wonderful views. It was very clean and the checkin process was very easy. We were met at the door by one of the property managers and they were with us as we checked in and gave us a quick introduction to the building.

Great location! The condo was clean and just as pictured! We were able to walk to restaurants and Whole Foods in minutes. The view was awesome. We would definitely stay at this condo again!

Place was great I loved this corner unit. Felt bigger then it was because of the views. The only thing was when they say they don’t provide condiments they really don’t, nothing was in the kitchen to cook with no salt, Pam spray, nothing, which was fine just had to work around it. Would book this place again

overall overall very nice experience. Beds could have been more comfortable. For expensive at it was I would expect a little more plush bedding and mattresses.

Excellent condo Condo was as advertised. Checkin was easy. Condo was clean and has a great view. Building is walking distance to plenty of restaurants. Publix was walkable but an Uber back with groceries. We hope to be back next year.

Super convenient, nice place to stay! Great experience: convenient/clean - everything we needed

the unit itself is good. But Like most of the the shortterm rental buildings, corridors of the building are dirty. We are in Covid pandemic but you have to go up to 41 th floor with unmasked people whom I dont know if they are covid positive or not. Noone cares about covid. And the corridors are terribly smelling weed.

Great experience I had a great experience! Property was exactly as listed and hosts were very easy to communicate with. Kitchen was staffed with almost anything you would need. I will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo in convenient location We found this condo to be every bit as impressive in person as it was in the pictures. Super clean and comfortable, it really added to our overall enjoyment of our Miami trip. There was a really nice bottle of Chardonnay in our fridge along with some waters upon our arrival, which I thought was a particularly thoughtful touch! The couple of times we had issues with our toilets (apparently not an uncommon problem in high-rises), someone came the same day, and they were back in working order by the time we got back from our excursions. The condo is really close to Whole Foods and within a reasonable walking distance to Publix as well. It's also a reasonable walk to Mary Brickell Village, The Brickell City Centre, and Brickell Key. To make your life easier, I suggest telling your Lyft, Uber, or cab driver that you are going to "the W." Otherwise, if you give them street address, they may drop you off in the parking garage (which, you may have guessed, happened to us). And, know that you're looking for the last entrance in the front of the building. We spent some time in the hotel lobby when we were checking in because we weren't clear on that. Anyway, my only other very minor gripe would be that the kitchen isn't really equipped for people who like to cook. But, for most people, that probably won't be an issue. Overall, I highly recommend this condo for its convenience, comfort, cleanliness, service and style.

The apartment was nice with beautiful views. The location is great with plenty to do. We were visiting family nearby and found the location to be perfect. We were able to just Uber or Lyft to the beach and restaurants without having to rent a car. It was disappointing to find out the pool had been drained the day after we got there. But we're offered an alternative on the top floor after I asked. I would recommend this apartment.

Fantastic apartment overlooking Biscayne Bay! We so enjoyed our recent stay at this apartment. It's bright and lovely, just like the pictures! The views are gorgeous as you can see many yachts and cruise ships. Definitely purchase the parking pass as the W valet is extremely busy. The parking pass was easy to use and quite convenient. There are also restaurants and Whole Foods in walking distance. We would stay here again and recommend to others.

Excellent Stay! Spending a weekend at this apartment was amazing. We were debating between a regular hotel room and an apartment and were so happy to find this great people at Miami apartment rentals, they are really professionals and nice people. The apartment was clean, with everything we needed and the views are amazing. The internet is incredible fast and secure. The truth is, this is our favorite stay in Miami after many years of frequent visits.
