Property not as shown in listing. Listing shows a nice, clean, sunlight filled condo. When we walked we were hit by a terrible stench. Windows were covered with some beat up tint, countertops were dirty and the list goes on. I believe the pictures online are very much enhanced. What you see is not what you get. My family and I left the property immediately and went to a hotel. It’s bad business when a rental property is so misrepresented.

This place was amazing, pool views, boats on the water plus amenities was a great vacation getaway. thanks for having me and my family!!

Not the best stay The Unit is ok and have a nice view. Al though it was ofered for a Family of 5, didnt Meet the conditions, the “sofa bed” was just a sofa,

Wonderful vacation! It was an amazing vacation in this place with my family. The pool is great! The property manager is very efficient and professional. We love everything about this place. Definitely will come back!

Girls trip. The place had an amazing view. The pool and amenities were good. Bayside was great and close by. The area was also amazing and beautiful. The condo needs some update, other than that we had a great time.

The Bridal Suite on Brickell Was absolutely wonderful. Just a little trouble checking in and getting all the wedding vendors like Flower, Glam Squad and photographers. But it worked out, but having someone in lobby to help the process.

Great time and cannot wait to return! View is everything! The photos are accurate, however they do the condo no justice. Amazing view of Miami’s beautiful water and downtown. Unit was amazing! Loved the ceramic floors, floor to ceiling windows, long balcony and sleek contemporary decor. We even saw the fireworks from the balcony. The two-bedroom/two bathroom unit offers everything you need for a comfortable and peaceful stay. The master bathroom has an amazing sunken tub - solace. The master bedroom has a large flatscreen television with lots of channel options. The second bedroom has two twin beds but were pushed together to make a queen (thank you). Glad that they were together but appreciated the option of separating them if needed. This room has direct access to the balcony. The unit has a washer and dryer which we were grateful for. Dining-wear, glasses and cutlery was all available. We’re we’re thankful for the microwave for those late night leftover foods. Naomi assisted us with the check-in process and was a pleasure. She was quick with responses to our inquiries and helped with a couple of minor day 1 things. We arrived on the 4th of July holiday and even with the holiday, Naomi was there to help. Pools are the best! Could stay there all-day. Enjoyed the Addikit restaurant and staff. Great stay and hoping to get back sooner rather than later! Miss it already and we just departed on yesterday!

Great place to stay with amazing views of the waterfront. My team and I had quite an enjoyable stay.

A localização é ímpar para quem quer aproveitar Brickell a 15 minutos no máximo de qualquer ponto do bairro. Dois pontos negativos importantes: 1- o sofá cama está com defeito!!!!! 2- as fotos não são atuais, o prédio passa por reformas comprometendo as vistas, impossibilitando o uso da varanda. Dois pontos positivos importantes: 1- o check in foi ágil e rápido como de um hotel. 2- o anfitrião responde às demandas imediatamente.

Generally nice apartment, great location, and good communication with host. However, the sleeping couch was not cleaned and had a lot of stains that made it unusable. In general, the photos did not match the experience. Balcony is not able to access, windows are completely taped, and construction noise is ongoing. While there was a description in the notes that indicated all of this, the video and way of putting it at the bottom was somehow misleading. For the same price you can get apartments with balcony and view in approximately same area for the same, if not even lower price.

Perfect location and looks just like the pictures. I bought my own towel and wash cloth and would highly recommend that. Overall a great experience.

it was a nice place to stay, just to mention that the coffee maker doesn't work and the blankets smell really bad. A good point they left water bottles and wine. The apartment is comfortable.

Great Airbnb and an even greater host. The host was there anytime I needed anything and always checked up on me to make sure everything was good and to see if there was anything they could do to make the stay better. We had a great stay overall. The place was clean, comfortable, and had amazing views. I’d definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful apartment with beautiful views. Spotless accommodations. Heavenly tub in the masters bathroom and quality soaps were provided, plenty of towels too! Wrap around porch was impressive! Love the kitchen and furniture! We truly enjoyed this experience!

Great We were very impressed

Beautiful corner views The condo was located in the middle of all the action. If you want to walk to restaurants, bars, church or shopping, this is the place for you! We visited South Beach and Key Biscayne which were only 15 mins away from this condo. Views are stunning day or night. Beds were very comfy but the living room furniture was not. Balcony furniture wasn’t comfy either but it was nice to walk outside. I had a massage at the spa on site and it was fantastic!

Miserable experience I couldn’t believe the check in. After sending information AND INCLUDING photographs, we were required to give same information, a photo of my drivers license and then an additional photo at the desk. I don’t know what all that was about but made me angry. Then we whet Kat who was the ONLY positive thing I would say about my stay. The apartment was dirty, there were only 4 waters when there were 5 people staying. Then the pool had so many rules. I felt that my stay was all about following rules and then taking pictures of the followed rule. I would NEVER, EVER stay at this facility again.

Beautiful place and great location. We had such a great time here. The location and walkability was great. The pools were beautiful. Our only complaint was the mattress quality. We had sore backs every morning. But, the views are outstanding and the kitchen well stocked.

Downtown Miami Property was as listed. Property representative was very helpful and communicated well throughout our stay.

Holiday The building is old and not well-kept. However, the apartment we stayed in was comfortable but needs a serious overhaul. Blinds are not working properly doors to the bathrooms and rooms are old and do not work as they should. On arrival, we had a problem with payment. The lady who met us insisted to see and charge the physical credit card from which they had charged the down payment. We did not have it with us. We had left it at home. They could have charged the same card as it was still valid. She refused. We produced other credit cards but she insisted to have the previous card. Finally, we had to give her all the cash we had. Otherwise, we could not get in. It was very upsetting to start a holiday.

Nice place in bustling downtown. Great place with excellent communication. The busy downtown area makes access to the property a bit hectic at times. The amenities and surrounding businesses are abundant. The price seems to be right in line with other properties.

Location, location, location Clean, roomy, condo with great views in an awesome location. Minutes drive to Miami tourist spots. Check in was wierd, but host made the best of it.

Amazing stay Everything was perfect honestly really enjoyed my stay here my only complain is the parking situation. Make sure to bring extra money for valet parking or having to park somewhere else. But other than that the apartment was great, the staff was really friendly, and the site manager was very responsive any time I had questions, would definitely recommend. 👌🏾

Location and view. Best place I have ever stay at Brickell, the pool, gym and spa are also a great addition to these rental! We will be back.
