Everything was excellent!This was one of the best places we've ever stayed through VRBO. We had an issue with the air conditioner and it was taken care of right away by Paul. Amazing view My family and I enjoyed our stay. The property was amazing, clean, and the view was just breathtaking. We walked around the area and it was very relaxing. Short but great stay A quick, but enjoyable 2-night stay for my wife, daughter and I. Lots of pre-stay communication with great instruction. The check-in process was confusing and took quite awhile. Once that was done, our stay was everything expected. The apartment was comfortable and had gorgeous views of the bay. We were able to use the pool facilities and the place was a short walk to many great places to eat in the Brickell area. Would’ve been nice to have on-site parking, rather than a few blocks away. Overall, this was a much better space for the value than an upscale hotel in the same area and I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful property - fantastic views! This was the perfect location for our family of four including two young adult daughters. The property is just as you see in the photos. We didn't do any cooking here but you certainly could - the kitchen is well-equipped. The balcony overlooks the property's huge pool, as well as part of Brickell Key and Key Biscayne. From the floor to ceiling windows in the master bedroom you can see the buildings of Brickell, as well as Key Biscayne in the distance. We would definitely stay here again!

Incredible Property My daughter and I were Impressed with every aspect of this property, from the team that checked us in and had frequent contact, to the view. The only "issue" was the lack of parking...but we knew that was going to be an issue from other reviews. We had day where the internet went down and it was rectified right away. Thank you, Don

Family post cruise stay Beautiful location, the building itself is in need of a facelift. But you cannot beat the location and views.

There was a fire on 8/29/26, we had to leave the apartment and was displaced for hours. They would not release our vehicle so we could go to CVS to get my brother's insulin. They continued to lie about what caused the fire. When I messaged the host/team to inquire if the buying was safe NO RESPONSE! Because of the fire we were not allowed back inside to get dressed for our prepaid birthday dinner. Today we waited over an hour just to get an elevator down to check out. Because of the fire only 2 elevators were working. The lack of communication was.more than enough for me to say that we would never stay here again or refer anyone we know to stay here. This place has the potential to be a good stay but communication is key. Not even a freaking apology for the inconvenience. Dr. Tricia Fields

Beautiful Views! Wow! What a great weekend getaway. I stayed at this property with my best friend for my 30th birthday and we had a wonderful time. The property was clean and comfortable. The staff and property manager were very friendly. The views from this property were breathtaking! The balcony was huge and had a lot of seating to accommodate. The kitchen was fully stocked to cook a large meal. Beds were comfortable and clean. We couldn't believe the massive size of the pool and hottub. There was also a cute food truck set-up just a short walk away. My only complaint-and I think this is a building problem, not the renter's fault- is there is no hot water for the showers, so we ended up taking luke warm ones. We will definitely be returning for my birthday next year!

Beautiful apartment with spectacular view! I had a wonderful vacation with my Husband and my Mother in Law in this lovely apartment. It has everything you need to cook meals and hang out. The views were as advertised. We enjoyed just sitting in front of the windows and watching the boats come into the Miami River. The apartment was clean overall but the floors just needed a good scrub down. Communication was fabulous with check in and check out. Everything was explained really well. I would definitely come back here for vacation again!

Great girls trip spot! Rented the space for a birthday trip and it was perfect. Excellent views of Miami and the unit was very clean upon arrival.

Great view Great condo and Great view! Maria checked us in which helped us beat the regular check-in line. Lobby is a bit of a turnoff as it was all walks of life in there and a bit chaotic. But once we got off elevator and got to our room it was another world. Stunning views. Clean. 3 girls in a 2bed/2 bath was perfect. We relaxed on the couch and laid out by the pool which was nice and HUGE. Maria answered text or call whenever we had a question regarding the condo. Location was fantastic as it was easy walking to mall and several hot restaurants and only about a 20-30min uber ride to South beach with traffic. Overall I would stay there again.

Miami getaway The apartment is everything that is described and then some. The hosts are easily accessible they are always checking to make sure everything is going good with the property. After a long day enjoying all that Brickell and Miami to offer it feels really good to come to the apartment and enjoy all the views. The beds are super comfortable and if you still need to do some work like me while on vacation the Internet was super fast and reliable all over the apartment. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone and I’m looking forward to booking again.

Anniversary The property was EXACTLY what we saw online!!! The Hostess was Great and very informative. She told us all the great spots to visit. Also, if there was any issues day or night, they were very responsive! We’ll definitely be back next year!!!!!!!

Outstanding We stayed here for 5 nights during the Formula 1 Miami GP. Every morning we marveled at the gorgeous view overlooking the water and every night after a full day at the circuit we were grateful to return to such a well appointed space. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. It was even walking distance to two recommended dining spots Komodo and Ceviche 105. Communication from arrival, to check in to check out was outstanding. We only wish that we had stayed longer!

While this place was a gem and I would gladly stay here again and would recommend to anyone, the non refundable fee that we had to pay left a bad taste and this would have been a deal breaker if I had seen it before booking

The apartment was fantastic. The elevators broke down the last day so that was miserable, but other than that great stay!

Currently under construction, balcony closed off. Windows covered with plastic. Be AWARE - $60 non refundable (for potential damages) or 1,000 deposit refundable. This payment is made off of Airbnb. Super sketchy. Check in process for me was horrible. Spent 30 min waiting to check in. Then spent 20-30 min trying to open the door via the app. I messaged to host to call me ASAP. Took about another 20 min until the front desk called the owner directly. It feels like his “team” are bots that answer your questions.

Beautiful property. I would stay again under the right conditions. NOTE TO PROSPECTIVE RENTERS...the exterior of the building is under renovation and all windows are covered and there are wood pieces obstructing the sliding doors so that you can not access the balconies. There is a mention of this but not in the main part of the listing..it is way at the bottom. When you book they send you a message confirming that this is the condition. I immediatley asked for another unit or refund but they would not allow since they do mention this at the very bottom of listing details. Since the reason anyone would want this place is the view, this is a major deal. They would not allow a change or cancellation so we stayed here. It was a great overall place but parking in the area will be additional 50/day. A day or so before you arrive there is a very detailed online form that you have to fill out. You also have to upload a copy of ID for EVERY person staying in the unit.When we arrived at the location the front desk let us know that our reservation was not in the system. I sent message to the host and they said it was sent to them earlier in the morning. I messaged again to let them know that they do not show it at front desk. I called the host but front desk would not talk to them. Finally after 15 minute back and forth the host finally called the front desk and figured it all out. It was a long travel day for us and the checkin took approximately 30 minutes.

I had a very disappointing experience with this Airbnb and would not recommend booking with Miami Vacation Rentals. First, the listing advertised housekeeping, but there was no housekeeping provided during our stay, which was misleading. The apartment itself was also not well maintained. The blinds did not close properly, several lamp fixtures were missing light bulbs, and the overall furnishings felt very cheap and not up to the standard that was advertised. The bathroom was also poorly stocked. There were no basic amenities aside from soap, which is very unusual compared to most Airbnbs. On top of that, the toilets were not working properly, which was extremely inconvenient. When we requested extra towels, we were told there would be an additional charge, which felt unreasonable considering the price of the stay. Another major issue was the pool access. We were never informed prior to booking that the pool was only open on weekends due to construction. This information was only commu

This place was absolutely gorgeous. Beautiful view beautiful location and decor. Lots of nice restaurants and things to do around the area. The host was so responsive and accommodating. Super easy check in and very helpful. We all loved our time here.

Die Aussicht war unglaublich. Leider gab es Probleme Check In und das Gebäude war unter Bauarbeiten. Die Lage war einmalig und wir hatten eine sehr tolle Zeit.

El departamento está muy bonito, bien ubicado y con una vista inmejorable. Lo único a considerar es que Miami Vacation Rentals nunca me informó que el lobby estaría en reparación, lo cual resultó incómodo. Hubo un día en el que solo funcionaba un elevador y tuve que esperar alrededor de media hora para poder usarlo. Además, la televisión del cuarto principal no funcionaba y no había servilletas disponibles. Fuera de esos detalles, todo lo demás estuvo muy bien.

The building is unique in its location with probably the best amenities in Brickell. The pool is certainly the biggest and the gym and SPA are of high standards. Will definitely come back to it whenever we visit again. Highly recommended.

Great view, but that’s it. 37th floor apartment, excellent view, but not much else. Elevators don’t consistently work going up or down. In my unit the bathroom tub hot water handle does not on. All the kitchen chairs have significant spots on them like mildew or mold. The living and dining area furniture pieces are old and in need of an update. Overall not much more than a good view.

Best of Brickell Well appointed view condo in great location. Secure building with fantastic pool area. Close to good restaurants and shopping. Kat was very helpful during check in. Be sure to ask about parking if you plan to bring or rent a car.

Beautiful view but needs some maintenance Room Impression: First, we loved the view and balcony, the spaciousness was fantastic! Check in: All of this had a shadow cast over it in the beginning because they treated us like we were criminals because we were riding very expensive touring motorcycles. There was NO parking for motorcycles and we weren't even allowed to pull up to drop our bags off first. VERY HUMILIATING! This was after I specifically asked about parking our motorcycles when we were booking. SO the problem was ignored up front. We finally found parking in a garage 3 blocks away and had to carry our bags all the way! That's just unprofessional to say it bluntly. You should of at least treated us like guests at check in and let us ride up to drop off our bags at check in. Maintenance: The bathtub in the large suite had a hot water faucet handle that was VERY difficult to turn on or off. Then the jets in the tub didn't work. There was soap scum all around the shower floor in the 2nd bathroom. And the sliding doors wouldn't open all the way. Other: The welcome bottle of wine was nice as was our check in person. Overall: We would never recommend this to anyone based on how they treated us as motorcycle riders. You would think we were Hell's Angels they way they looked at us when we wanted to ride up to the check in. the check in staff making our ID cards could have been friendlier. I guess it's a downtown thing to be rude. For the record, I've stayed at the Fountaine Bleau and it was fantastic!

Brickell stay It was our first trip to Miami, Sylvia, Natalie and Deborah were welcoming. Any requests we had were quickly addressed. We look forward to staying there again should our travels take us to Miami again.

Fantastic condo with amazing views!! We stayed 2 nights in this beautiful condo before our cruise and it was amazing! Super clean and the views were spectacular! Natalie & Silvia were very responsive and when we arrived very late it was a simple check in process. I highly recommend this unit and will be staying again the next time we’re in Miami!!

On the Bays We first stayed at this condo a year ago for a week. We liked it so much we returned exactly a year later for another week. The view and the apartment complex can't be put into words to do it justice. The managers were readily available and we had no issues from booking to checking out. Recommend the stress free valet parking. As a senior citizen I enjoyed the views while there was plenty else for the younger generation. The place was immaculate. Showers were awesome.

A true 5 Star! I see a lot of properties and experienced some that are rated five star and do not live up to that level. This property was absolutely five star and then some. The views, the amenities, the little touches that were provided to make it a comfortable and elegant stay were fantastic. I hope to get back! FYI the elevator & check in isn’t great but nothing to keep you from booking this dream!

Spectacular views and amenities Condo was beautiful inside and had spectacular water views. Pictures were very accurate. Amenities of the property including pool, hot tub and indoor spa facilities were wonderful. Silvia was very easy to communicate with prior to checking in and at check-in. She also checked in during the stay via text to make sure all was well. Location easy to walk to shops and restaurants in Brickell and Downtown neighborhoods. Would definitely stay again.

Feared for our safety My guests had to leave in the middle of the night because of an attempted break-in by a random person. He claimed it was his apartment, and he was threatening and violent, attempting to knock down the door. The management company has not communicated well with us and won’t give us our money back or any context about what happened. Because we are concerned this man could come back, we do not recommend staying here.

Premium View in Miami Visuals were as promised. Just a few minor glitches, no instructions on the cooktop, had to google the model, defective hand held hose/shower wand in the Master bath that squirts all over, womens hairs in the jet tub, nothing that could not be circumvented with a little effort. Also the down button for the elevator on that floor died on us during our stay, just press the up and you are good, only takes a moment or two with a bit of misdirection before you can go down. The place was tastefully furnished, well equipped for a bit of cooking, easy to keep up. If you love to swim & or workout, you have definitely found the right place. A huge pool, come early for laps, and a fantastic gym. Overall everyone was very friendly. A busy place, lots of people having fun. Highly recommend this unit. Bed, bath & closets in the Master were show unit quality, a bit of better cleaning an a minor repair and marks for this were flawless, 10 out of 10.

Beautiful Condo! We did not want to leave the Condo!! It was gorgeous and the views were amazing! The beds were comfortable and the condo was huge!! The only downfall is it was a little tricky understanding which building to go to initially, but once we arrived we did not want to leave. Overall very satisfied.

Amazing Views The W is a great building with an awesome pool and spa area. The unit we were in has amazing views of the Bay and skyline. The management was very responsive, meeting us promptly to register and easy to deal with.

Stunning Views This property is located in the heart of Brickell - the city lights are all around you. I absolutely love this location. The property was not very clean - there was hair on the floor, dirty floors under the couch and under the kitchen toekicks. I am a fanatic about cleanliness as we run our own vacation business. The property also lacked many items that would have been nice - a pizza pan, more than one kitchen towel (there were no kitchen wash cloths), more than 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods and 2 trash bags for a 1 week stay. The AC didn't work properly and we told our hosts about it, they came to reset it after 2 nights, but it still didn't keep us cooler than 75. We decided to move into the 2nd bedroom which was much cooler than the master bedroom. Mariah was a wonderful host - and checked us in. Sylvia we never met in person, and she didn't offer much help when we asked. We pretty much had to address the AC problems and lack of supplies on our own. Considering the nightly rate I expected much better. Regardless - it is in a great location - can't be beat there.

Fantastic Miami Condo with great View! We LOVED this fantastic Condo ! The view is amazing by Day and Night! Walking distance to so many things and short Uber to South Beach. Gabriela was wonderful and answered texts quickly. My only note....If you need parking, make be sure you talk to Hosts asap when you make your reservation. We cannot wait to come back!
