This was our baby's first plane ride trip! Turned out perfect and the view from the top is killer!! Loved the space and enjoyed it very much!
We have stayed at these apartments before and I’ve always been happy. Our only issue with this place was that they did not fix the master bedroom toilet despite numerous requests. They sent somebody in after a day of repeated follow ups however not only was it not fixed but maintenance didn’t come back as committed. We had also asked for a plunger which we never got and so we’re only able to use one toilet. This is an issue when you have a family. If we wanted to share a bathroom, we would’ve just stayed at a nice hotel for the price that we paid. Overall, very nice apartment but disappointed with problem-solving lack of response and follow up
Work trip in Miami Great property and wonderful location. Parking is a challange.
We had a very pleasant stay at Brickell By MVR. The apartment was comfortable, and we really enjoyed our time there. The location in Brickell was excellent and convenient for exploring Miami. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely recommend this place to others. Thank you for the hospitality!
The view was great! We didn’t realize that they were doing construction which took away our balcony view. We did get a discount for that though. One thing that I wish we knew before was that they require you to pay a deposit just in case there is damage and that they don’t include parking. We found out about these fees the day we were going to check in. But other than that we had a great view of the city and ocean. The place was very nice, clean, and spacious!
A casa e muito boa, mas precisa de alguns toques para o anfitriao antes de receber hospedes, ele tem cafeteira, mas não deixa nenhum filtro disponivel para o hospedes, sabendo que a embalagem de filtro de café vem com 100 unidades. Então deveria deixar pelo menos a quantidade de dias que o hospedes for ficar na casa. A casa tambem não dispoe de vassouras. Outro ponte importante e colocar um airfryer.
Unfortunately, my experience with this property was very disappointing. When I arrived, I found multiple cleanliness issues throughout the unit, including visibly stained furnishings, a soiled rug, dust and debris, personal clothing and belongings left in the closet, used toiletries/toothbrushes in the bathroom, and other areas that did not appear to have been properly prepared for a new guest. I documented the conditions with photos and reported them shortly after arriving. A representative from the management company also came to the unit in person to inspect my concerns. Ultimately, I did not feel comfortable continuing my stay and made other accommodation arrangements. The host later offered to let me view a different unit, but after the condition of the unit I had booked and paid for, I was not comfortable taking that chance. I expected a professionally cleaned and properly prepared accommodation based on the listing, and unfortunately that was not what I received. I would not sta
El apartamento es muy bonito, está muy bien ubicado y las camas son muy cómodas. No todo fue malo. Sin embargo, tuvimos varias incomodidades: el agua no estaba caliente, la vista estaba obstruida por la reconstrucción del edificio y el olor a marihuana en los pasillos era muy desagradable. Además, los trabajos comenzaban muy temprano. Considero que el principal problema fue la falta de comunicación del anfitrión, ya que estas situaciones debieron informarse claramente antes de la reserva.
The views from the room and from the living area are amazing. Night time view is great too. The parking is so close across the street. We will book the same place again in next summer.

Largely as advertised. The unit itself is very nice. The building was under construction when I stayed which obstructed the views with plastic and a see-through black screen. If the view is important to you, you may want to verify that the construction is completed. Communication regarding the off-site parking could have been better, but the staff were responsive when we reached out after we arrived.
Great apartment, very safe and secure. Day 1 check in was a bit difficult with the receptionist but otherwise it was smooth. Host provided a number for coffee delivery but they never respond. Over all stay was ok

Apartment was great! Host was outstanding. Super communication, always helpful. Parking was a bit tricky. At the property it can get really expensive. But there are parking garages around, 2min walking. The host was very helpful and gavevus guidance. Overall 5 out of 5 stars! Thanks for the pleasant stay.

We had an amazing stay with Miami Vacation Rentals! The property was exactly as described clean, stylish, and in a perfect location close to everything. Check-in was smooth, communication was quick and helpful, and the place felt safe and well maintained. Everything we needed was provided, making the stay comfortable and stress-free. I would absolutely book with them again and highly recommend Miami Vacation Rentals to anyone visiting Miami.
This place was immaculate and the views were to die for. The only things that could use improvement have nothing to do with the actual suite we stayed in, but rather the property itself. There doesnt appeat to be an option for early check in, as it is based on housekeeping cleaning. Additionslly, there was a huge mix up with accessing the pool, where rhe front desk wasnt properly communicating with the pool area and we were being shuffled around for over an hour. It created anxiety, embarrasment, and almost felt like we were being racially profiled, when what really happened was although all oir guest were registered and on the reservation, there were only pictures taken for 2 of the 4 people. It was quite a traumatizing experience which led to us getting access to the pool almost close to sundown when it was cold. The room/suite and property iteself is beautiful, modern and the views of the bay as well as location by so many eating and shopping areas.

I am almost afraid to write it as once I do, this place may not be as available. The views are spectacular, the host is incredibly responsive, and the place itself is clean, and very nicely designed. The beds are comfortable. I will definitely stay here again!

Spectacular apartment with breathtaking views. Amazing condo with a lot of amenities. At first we felt a little concerned because it is so big, but everything just works perfectly, fast elevators, options of parking, great communication with hostess. Definitely recommend!
Everything was great, the apartment was easy to access and they were always available on the app in case we needed anything. The only thing was that the kitchen utensils such as plates and cutlery weren’t as clean as we would have expected. Everything else really good, amazing view and great area.

Overpriced and felt harassed by rental staff Cute apartment, nicely decorated but both bathroom showers smelled like mold and had mold at the bottom. (I have pictures and it's pretty off putting). Also, if you book them, be mindful that they don't provide daily cleaning service, fresh new towels or toiletries. Those are all available for extra charges. We didn't mind cleaning after ourselves, but keep that in mind. They advertise that there's a drip coffee machine... there was none. They did have a Nespresso machine on the property, but it was clogged and though we asked a couple times to have it swapped or descaled they did nothing. Upon arrival we noticed the floors were dirty and asked them to have them properly cleaned, and they did next day. Though, what made our experience bad was the staffers constantly demanding us to let a crew come change some furniture, that they apparently scheduled during our stay which is unacceptable. We paid for our stay, and we didn't want to be bothered. If the owners want to refurbish or do maintenance - then please do so when not rented to guests. When we declined to accept that during our stay, they started bothering us via text messages for the next 3 days, to the point it felt like being harassed. Even one of the managers demanded that from us and honestly it felt inappropriate and unprofessional. The checkout process was easy and they provided exact instructions, which we followed. All in all, underwhelming and definitely not stellar as advertised.
