It was a pleasure having Nick as a guest in my apartment. He was very easy to communicate with and respectful of all house rules. I would gladly welcome him back at any time and would not hesitate to recommend him to any other hosts in the future. Thank you Nick
Toller Aufenthalt mit wunderschönem Aublick in cooler Umgebung
We have rented Airbnbs all over the world and this happens to have the most incredible views and location! The host company was exceptional in communications and management of the unit. We will definitely be back there soon.
We’ve stayed at this hotel twice before, this place holds alot of memories for us. Our first weekend spent together was at this hotel, the first time my husband told me he loved me was at this hotel so naturally, it was a no brainer when looking at hotels for our wedding night. We decided to book this airbnb instead of going through the hotel directly and we’re glad we did. The host was super responsive, clear instructions, flexible with our check in as we did not check in til 12:30. Check in was super easy, took maybe 30 seconds. The room was clean, with gorgeous views, the wrap around balcony was amazing! Had an amazing view of a rainbow over the bay and on the other side the sun setting over the city in the rain. Everything was perfect for our stay, we even got complimentary wine which was a huge surprise, unfortunately we drank too much at the wedding and could not even think of cracking that bottle. Our stay was perfect.
Great location, easy and clean place to stay.
Muy buen apartamento con una vista espectacular
Beautiful view and space ! Great location--walking distance to many great restaurants.
Excellent place multiple stays at this airbnb and great way to celebrate our anniversary. Fantastic view, great restaurant and fun time.
What an amazing place. The views were incredible and the bedroom with the dual aspect windows ensured a perfect start to the day with the sunrise. This really is a stunning apartment and worked perfectly for myself and two young daughters. Couldn’t recommend it enough. Miami Vacations were also always on hand and kept checking in to make sure everything was ok. Thank you for an unforgettable vacation.
Absolutely loved my stay here. The location is perfect, right in central Coconut Grove, and the view was unbeatable. Very comfortable space and with necessary amenities.
This is a very nice apartment in a great neighborhood. I much prefer it to South Beach. The apartment is nice. There were two reasons why I couldn't give it five stars. The first is the A/C was not blowing into the bedroom and that room was significantly hotter. I called to get it serviced and no one came. The a/c ran the entire time and never reached the 70 degrees set on the thermostat. The second is I they didn't have a coffee maker. They only had a one cup maker that I had never heard of before. It only had four very small capsules and you had to order more from them in order to get more coffee. The apartment was clean, the view as amazing and the location is wonderful. I would stay again.
Stunning views in a beautiful area. The pictures don’t do it justice. Will stay here again
Excellent stay
Love this place. Good energy, great view, top location. You wont regret….
I really loved this place. I'll be back.
Everything was as expected! I enjoyed the condo and would recommend to others!
The apartment’s stunning interior design paired perfectly with the breathtaking waterfront views visible from every corner. Sipping the complimentary wine while enjoying the scenery made the experience feel truly unforgettable.
Apartment was exactly like the pictures with the most amazing views of the bay . Neighborhood is beautiful, walkable with lot of restaurants around. Management company was very responsive and nice . We have troubles getting in due to problems with the lock and was hard to find someone to help. Be advised that anything extra you request it will be charged ( early check in , parking etc , mandatory security deposit ) . Overall the experience was very good , just some details to be improved to match the price they charge ( better mattres, fix A/C in the room )
Location was amazing with plenty to do in a very walkable distance. The room was clean and organized well and the guest services were great. Would definitely choose to stay here again.

Muchas gracias por sus atenciones. La única sugerencia es cambiar el colchón de la cama por uno de mayor calidad y confort.

Another excellent stay in cocunut creek. Great view.
Staying in this unit on the 20th floor is truly spectacular! This is our second stay, and we can't wait to return. The place is consistently clean, and the host is always responsive and proactive.
Had a great time. View was spectacular and the surrounding neighborhood was very safe and inviting.
Nice place, very convenient, close to everything. Highly recommend.
Amazing views and charming apartment. Worn furniture but not a deal breaker compared to all the place has to offer. I’ll definitely be back.
Great place to experience Coconut Grove?
