It was 3 bedroom aparthotel part of The Elser hotel. Very central location. View was good. Had a great time with the family. Very convenient and can uber to all places from here very easily.

The rental was clean and spacious. The gym was better than the gym I have back home and the pool was relaxing. Extremely enjoyed having beach access with perks during our stay. This host thought of everything! We were able to walk and have a great time each day of our stay. I would definitely recommend and will be back again. Very safe and friendly! I was by myself with 3 teenage girls. We had a blast!

Amazing location and amazing value property

Last minute, i decided to make a quick trip to celebrate my birthday and lucked up on this unit. I have no complaints. The views were perfect. The pictures accurately reflected the home. The check in/ hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly The home is also located on ideal location convenient to the city and a short walk or uber to all the top spots! Will definitely stay again in the future

This place was amazing! We stayed on the 16th floor and was able to look over the whole city. Beautiful view, very warm place. It’s important to stay somewhere where you will feel welcomed and warm and this place was everything!! Very clean etc. they even provided us with champagne to kick off our trip 🥳🥳 1000% Recommend!

I travel to Miami occasionally and I have just found my GO-TO spot with The Elser. Convenient spot in downtown Miami, across from Kaseya Center & Bayside Marketplace. Convenient jumping point to Brickell, midtown Miami and South Beach. This 3BR, 3bath worked well for multiple adults (4) as 2 of the BRs had en-suite bathrooms and a 3rd common bathroom was accessible for everyone else (3rd bedroom and sofabed). And you would be doing yourself a grave disservice if you did not take advantage of the pool on an elevated floor affording EPIC views of Kaseya Center and Biscayne Bay. This suite has equally stunning views from rooms & wraparound terrace. Kitchen, washer/dryer are conveniences that make this suite your home away from home. Ideal choice if you’re catching a Miami Heat game or concert at Kaseya.

Highly recommend this listing!!! Everything was exactly as described; our rooms and views were beautiful and the hotel was in a great location with awesome amenities as well! Our hotel was so accommodating with an easy check in later in the night due to delayed flights, and holding our luggage after check out so we could make the most out of our day before our flight home. Miami Vacation Rental’s also helped so much, from helping us find a listing on a comfortable floor, to answering questions we had a long the way. Cannot recommend them enough!!

I would not stay here again. We arrived late after multiple flight delays and woke up to a unit that was much dirtier than expected. There were large orange stains on the carpet, stains on the couch, and orange smears on the walls.The biggest issue, however, was guest safety.The condo is on the 16th floor with a wraparound balcony accessible from every bedroom and the living room. One balcony door became stuck and would barely close, and after checking the others, we discovered none of the sliding balcony doors would lock. We were traveling with children, making this an extremely concerning safety issue.We reported the problems immediately multiple times throughout our stay. The host repeatedly told us maintenance was coming, but the balcony lock issue was never resolved before we checked out. They even acknowledged afterward that the safety issue remained unresolved.They also entered the unit without notifying us, despite specifically telling us they would. Book directly with Elser

It was absolutely one of the best AirBnb experiences we had as a family ! The view is stunning and absolutely unbeatable. You get a nice panoramic view of the Bayside from all the 3 rooms as well as the living room. The attached balcony is big enough to stand breath and just relax. My kids were super excited to be able to see the cruise ships docked so close by. It's a walking distance from the Bayside marketplace which adds so much options and convenience for planning meals and doing activities. All the 3 rooms had nice black out blinds, as well as spacious bathrooms. The host was very responsive to our needs like responding to parking query late in the day, and even smallers ones like asking for an extra paper towel roll, which made our stay truly comfortable. Would just wish for more cooking ware in the kitchen like more knives, and some basic spices like salt/ pepper/ sugar. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would not go another place ever again while in Miami !! Absolutely loved it

Great views, great place, incredibly convenient, great restaurants, fitness center and pool on property, plus access to private beach at South Beach was an absolute treat! Extremely proactive and reactive hosts. Incredibly comfortable beds . Everything is a little smaller tha the pictures seem...but still overall an incredible place. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, amazing views and spacious accommodations. The apartment provides access to an amazing pool, spa, gym and outdoor atrium space as well . It was truly a unique, memorable and enjoyable stay. Please note the parking in building (though more expensive) is more convenient than across the street. Great stay here!

This was an amazing find!! Such a gorgeous apartment- the views from every room were unreal- rooftop breakfast and pool were great, gym is two floors and beautiful- location was perfect for walking to Bayside and restaurants (Cactus Club just opened and is amazing! 10 mins walk) all in all- it was perfect for us!

Beautiful 3BHK in downtown Miami—spacious, clean, and very well maintained. The location was perfect, close to everything, and the views were a bonus. Smooth check-in and a very comfortable stay overall.
