Beautiful view and location, super communication and very clean! The staff at the front desk was very helpful. It was a bit tight to fit 5 people but we made it work. Make sure to request that the linens are ready in the apartment for any guests beyond two. Thank you for a great stay!
Amazing location in the heart of Coconut Grove. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Early check in and check out were available with a fee through the guest portal. We will definitely come again.
The place was good enough for our family of 5 but much more ideal for a couple. There weren’t enough linens for us but wouldn’t be an issue for 2 people. There was a restaurant grand opening below our 9th floor and that was brutal noise the first night (live DJ) but it wasn’t an issue other nights. The management company was very kind and helpful. The building was nice. Great walkability and lots to do right there. Def recommend the spot. The condo itself is def due for an update. But overall nice.
We had an amazing stay! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. My family was very happy and truly enjoyed our time there. The area is wonderful—safe, convenient, and close to everything we needed, which made our stay even better. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Miami. Thank you for a great experience!

Such great communication! Rarely does an Airbnb look better in person than it does on the listing. This has quality upgrades and beautiful bed linen. My family loved it.

Wonderful stay, the apartment was very convenient for our family of four. It was clean, quiet, well stocked. We loved the view from the wrap around balcony and enjoyed the sunsets there with the bay views. Great location and overall a lovely building and amenities.
We loved the apartment 🫶🏻 spacious, and with a beautiful view. Everything was calm and peaceful. Our hosts were incredibly attentive and made our stay even better. We would definitely come back. Thank you!
This unit at the Arya was absolutely beautiful, very well finished, and well stocked. Having 2 pull-out sofas was key, and the spacious family area made it possible for us to enjoy the space entirely. We could not have been happier with this choice and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.
Fantastic! Perfect location, great view!
I had an amazing stay at this high-rise apartment in Coconut Grove! The unit was clean, modern, and had beautiful views. The building felt safe and offered great amenities, and the location was perfect — walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the waterfront. Check-in was smooth and the host was easy to communicate with. Overall, a fantastic stay — I’d definitely come back!
Great apartment!
Immaculately clean. Super comfortable bed. Super location, easily walkable to ships and restaurants. Lively bar opposite with live jazz on a Saturday night. Lovely view from the bedroom of the marina.
Appartement fidèle à la description propre et très bien adapté avec des enfants. Très bel environnement également.
This unit is awesome—clean, with a wonderful view from the bedroom to wake up to! We appreciated the high-end appliances and beautiful wood floors. Coconut Grove is our favorite place to stay, with so many great restaurants and everything within walking distance. The management company does a great job maintaining their units and responds quickly to any issues. We’ll definitely keep coming back!
