Gostei demais da acomodação! Tudo estava em ordem e bem limpo! Roupas de cama e banho estavam ok. As necessidades que tivemos foram prontamente atendidas! A localização é excelente por ser perto de bons restaurantes. Voltaremos com certeza!

Was just what we needed for a 1st stay in Miami. The room was great had everything we needed to cook for ourselves. But honestly barely used as had so many convenient restaurants and shops near by. Property was beautiful relaxed and well maintained. Everything was very convent for night life but still quite.

Host was very responsive and check in process was super easy. Great location and walking distance to lots of super cute shops and places to eat. 5/5!!

I have stayed here many times. I have stayed in all the apartments that they manage. Its a beautiful location. All the apartments they manage a clean and they are very accommodating. Great bay views and a great neighborhood with wonderful restaurants. I go every year and I will definitely be back!

As advertised. I had a longer stay and appreciated the large kitchen.

The communication was top notch start to finish, Welcome refreshments, easy check in, Super Value @ a luxury property. Close to U of Miami & lots of walkable dining and shopping destinations. Property was in excellent condition & I felt safe entire time. Cleaning staff and property /hotel staff professional and 24 hours. Great for Miami/Coral Gables if a female traveling alone. Full mini kitchen which came in handy for the four Star left overs & fresh coffee every morning. Balcony overlooking pool & view of water front was a bonus. Highest recommendation from a frequent traveler 🏆

Excellent place with a great view. Exactly as described. (There was some construction noise during my stay, however.)

*BEWARE* Although the room was nice and did match the photos, the listing was initially titled “Panoramic Bay View Suite”, and this does NOT have a “Panoramic Bay View”, nor would I consider it a “Suite”. The view is blocked to the bay side by a giant wall. It’s actually more a view of the park across the street. You need to really stick your head out to see the bay. I let them know about the deception right away, and they acknowledged the mistake, actually changed the title description while I was there to not include “Panoramic” anymore, but never did anything to make it right with me. The room has a nice kitchen, but I would consider it as more of a studio than a suite, being that it is one room without any separation to bedroom. I hope this helps. Nobody likes to be deceived.

Will never again rent from this company, breached our contract. Had to move because they claimed they sold the unit. The new studio smelled of mold, they changed the filters. However , there was an obvious water leak and very mildly

Good place, serves its purpose. No in room washer dryer was my only complaint everything else was great.

Beautiful scenery, flexible check in time, responsive host, etc. Loved the stay here in Miami!

Stayed here for a couple of nights, loved the area and the place! Definitely staying here again in my next Miami trip.

The location is a prime location and very nice neighborhood in Coconut Grove.

The room was very modern and the bed was very comfortable. Walking distance from many restaurants and bars in the area. Would stay here again for sure. Also came with complimentary wine :)

Great Stay, would recommend! This unit exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and had everything I could have needed. It has an amazing view off the balcony that definitely added to the experience. It is in a great location, in the heart of Coconut Grove, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and an ocean view! I loved my experience here and would definitely come back and recommend again!
