Only one of them is, and we would rather be precise than reassuring. Anchor House in Neskowin is the home in our portfolio with genuine wheelchair features: step-free access, a wide doorway, wide clearance to the shower and toilet, and a roll-in shower with a bench. The other homes on this page are single-level — no stairs between the bed, the bathroom and the kitchen — which is what most guests are actually asking for. For a home to be in this group there must be 3 or less stairs to enter the home, which is disclosed on the listings. All condos have elevator access. Single-level is not the same as ADA-compliant, and we don't market it as such. Tell us what you need and we'll measure the specific doorway or threshold you're worried about.

We aim to provide clear photos and descriptions, but if you still have questions we are here 24/7 (Call, text, email or chat widget). This is the detail listings most often skip, and it is the one that ruins a stay. For any home on this page we will tell you the number of steps at the entry, whether there's a handrail, and whether there's an alternative entrance, before you book.

We do — our Seaside oceanfront condos are in elevator buildings. The Sand & Sea Condos offer two elevators and step free access. The Promenade also offers one elevator and handicap parking.

Usually not, and we'd rather you knew. If you need a shower chair we can usually supply one, reach out before you book and we will do our best to accomodate.

50% is due at booking, and the remaining 50% is due 30 days before check-in. Booking inside 30 days? The full amount is due at booking. These terms are strict and they're the same at every home we manage. Booking direct saves you the 15–20% in service fees the third-party platforms add.

Cancellation is strict, and the window varies by home — free cancellation runs from 1 to 14 days before check-in depending on the property. After that the booking is non-refundable. The exact window is on each listing, so check it before you book. For a trip you might need to move, we'd genuinely recommend travel insurance.

Many of our homes welcome dogs. None of them accept cats — we know "pet friendly" sounds broader than that, and it's the single most common question we're asked. Where dogs are welcome: a fee applies per dog per stay, paid before arrival, and most homes cap at two. Only registered dogs with the fee paid are permitted; an undisclosed pet carries a $500 charge. Service animals are handled separately — just contact us.

10:00 PM to 8:00 AM at every home. Where a stricter local rule applies, it governs. Several of our homes use decibel monitors that measure sound level only; they don't record audio or conversations.
