Great condo. Big enough to fit our family with room to spread out. Our teen girls loved the big bathroom. Our boys loved the game room. We all enjoyed the pool and the retail within walking distance. Very close to Universal. Would stay here again when in Orlando.

Las fotos NO le hacen justicia al condominio, es mucho más lindo de lo que se ve 🤩 Nos encantó, súper cómodo, acogedor, muy amplio, cada miembro de mi familia tuvo suficiente espacio independiente. Las áreas familiares como sala, comedor y cocina las pudimos disfrutar al máximo. La zona en la que se encuentra es hermosa y justo en el centro de Universal y Disney, así que llegarás rápido a todos los parques. Nuestro anfitrión siempre estuvo al pendiente y respondiendo nuestras dudas. Sin duda les recomiendo hospedarse aquí 🤗

This was the perfect condo for my team to stay in! Comfortable and roomy with shops just minutes away. Safe location, pool was great. Our event was at the Orange County Convention Center which was an easy 4 min drive. We loved it!

Buena ubicación cerca de Epic Universe, a un buen precio. Positive: Ubicación, espacios amplios. Buen precio. Un fitness center razonable. Negative: La empresa sufrió un phising y me llegaron muchos correos intentando estafar, por lo que no hice caso a los correos. Lamentablemente hubo uno que si era verdadero donde me pedían el deposito de garantía, y sin ese pago no me entregaron las instrucciones para el checkin, por lo que nuestra llegada no fue smooth. Luego de pagado el deposito recibí las instrucciones y todo bien. El colchón ya está para cambiarlo, resortes vencidos.

It was an excellent place to stay. Positive: It was conveniently located to the universal parks. The amenities were nice and it was super quiet. The property is very clean and well kept. It was a huge condo. The full kitchen and laundry room made it even better. Definitely recommend this property. Negative: My only complaint is no wash cloths. I was told it was due to sanitary reasons but other hotels and rental spaces all provide them. I did have to purchase my own. The WiFi didn’t work but we ended using the free Vista Cay resort one instead.
Great place and great location. Gated community, peaceful and quiet. Clean, well looked after grounds. Spacious unit. Well equipped kitchen. Host usually responded within an hour and was helpful. Thank you, Yasmim. P. S. There was an issue with the refrigerator in the unit (ice/water dispenser not working) that Upstay maintenance was not able to fix. They offered a 10% refund of the cost of the reservation. Thought it was very nice of them, however still have not received it, and it's already been more than a week after my stay ended.
