Hands down I would definitely stay here again. Only 1 thing was parking...we were lucky and was able to find spots at the clubhouse. Any issue or concern we had the host responded pretty quickly. We made them aware of anything we seen and we ere told not to worry. Love our time there...we should have stayed longer. Thank you again for hosting my family of 23.
Yes, the host was extremely welcoming. Had an issue with entering the HOA house grounds and we were accommodated for our inconvenience. The house was just what I was looking for. Everyone in the family had their own room with a bathroom included. All appliances were In top working conditions. I would definitely want to rent this home again i. The future
We had a family of 22 for Thanksgiving week. We love the fact that there were 2 refrigerators and 2 microwaves. The house was spacious and accomodating. Some rooms have tv and others do not. The owneeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
Positive: The living area was quite spacious, comfortably accommodating my entire party. Negative: The rental property was designed to accommodate 25 to 30 individuals. However, the property's parking capacity was limited to four vehicles, a detail that was not disclosed in the rental agreement. My group consisted of 25 individuals arriving in eight separate vehicles. Upon contacting the property manager regarding parking arrangements, I was informed that parking was available on a first-come, first-served basis. Street parking was prohibited due to fire hazard regulations, and vehicles parked on the street would be subject to towing. This situation caused considerable concern throughout our stay, as we were apprehensive about the potential towing of our vehicles.
This home met our needs perfectly. Tons of space. Great for a large group. If you have more than 3 cars parking is inconvenient. But we just had one and let neighbors use our driveway. Home was clean. Two fridges and two microwaves, two dishwashers. Only a two slice toaster. We would stay again for sure but air hockey didn’t work, needs fresh paint and new carpet.
We loved the house & enjoyed our stay Positive: Beautiful house with lots of room for everyone. Host’s communications was very prompt & very helpful. We had no issues while there & would absolutely stay again in the future. Negative: No issue. It’s not brand new but it’s super nice.
Non-working fridge. Only three car parking spaces for a 12-room house, and no garage available. My bed was a full-size frame with a king-size mattress, and I fell between the mattress and wood bed frame, causing me bruises and pain. Definitely neglectful, and it ruined my vacation. They charged the complete amount and offered half of the services. I'm beyond disappointed. Do not waste your money, and do research before booking your vacation so it doesn't get ruined like mine. I give them _0 start amd thays a lot . i wish I can show pictures and evidence that I have
