We had a wonderful stay! The home was extremely well stocked and thoughtfully set up, which made our trip so comfortable. The hosts were incredibly responsive and attentive from start to finish. My son accidentally left behind some fishing gear, and they immediately responded with my request to ship it back to us—above and beyond customer service. We truly appreciated their kindness and communication. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone!
This is the place to rent. They have everything you need and more. This home is so welcoming, clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is clean, people are friendly. My family didn’t want to leave. The owners are amazing!!!!!
Birthday Celebration Our Family celebrated my daughter’s 30th Birthday. We enjoyed our first family vacation in many years. The house met all our needs, we enjoyed the home theater and pool during our down time. We would definitely stay here again and fully recommend to all friends and family.
Upon arrival, I was extremely disappointed to find that there was no wifi available, despite it being listed as an amenity in the property description. I reached out to you multiple times to inquire about the wifi, but unfortunately, I received inadequate response. This lack of communication and the runaround I received regarding the wifi was frustrating and inconvenient, as I rely on internet access for work and communication. Furthermore, I was shocked to find that there were no comforters on the beds in the house. As a guest, I expect a certain level of comfort and cleanliness, and the absence of proper bedding was disappointing. Additionally, I was surprised to find that there were only 2 chairs available for the pool, despite the property accommodating up to 15 people. Also there were roaches in one of our bathrooms that I showed the host who completely dismissed. I wish my family & I stayed somewhere else bc this wasn’t the type of accommodations we deserve.
Family Florida Trip The communication ahead of the stay was great, the team were really responsive. However, this was not the case once we arrived at the house, it was near impossible to get a response from the property team and there was no available number that could be used. Upon arrival we found that the house was not quoite as described. The house was surface level clean, but quote dusty and grimy in places. Also the bath towels and bedding has seen better days, as it was stained and thread bare. The carpet could do with a steam clean as it is severely marked and stained. Overall the house would benefit from a thorough deep clean. We had paid for the pool to be heated. After questioning this we were informed that the heat pump was broken and would not be fixed during our stay. We did received a full refund for this, however it was disappointing that this could not be fixed during our stay as the pool was uncomfortably cold. The outdoor space was disappointing. From the pictures we noticed that there were 2 sun loungers and 3 dining chairs. As we were a group of 7, I questioned this with the team multiple times and was informed every time that as the house sleeps 10 there would be plenty of outdoor seating. Upon arrival we discovered that this was not the case, as there was only seating for 5 people outside. This was less than satisfactory and made it difficult for us to use the pool area as a group. Also the outdoor table was broken when we arrived, this took a week to be rectified.

Family vacation The house was amazing, only thing was the game room lacked a little activities. It displayed a video game system but did not have one. Overall a fantastic experience
Great House Fantastic house overall. Lots of space and the full size pool was just what we were looking for. Loved the view of the pond while sitting beside the pool. The games in the garage kept the kids busy. The clubhouse pool was a great size and wasn’t too busy. Communication was great with quick responses. The only negative was that the garbage was not picked up according to the schedule. The listing is out of date as there is no construction in the area and there hasn’t been in at least 5 or more years.

Home was clean and exactly as described. If my family is in Kissimmee again, we will stay here. Highly recommend as a great place for families. Safe gated community and the media room was a BIG hit. Quiet neighborhood and the house is well insulated. We had many different age groups and different bedtimes staying. Those who went to bed early had no problem falling asleep because the they could not hear noise from other rooms.
First group trip The four of my friends and I stayed at this house for our first trip together. The booking process couldn’t have been easier and the house was beautiful.
Nice but Overall a nice play to stay with a group. Carpet needs to be replaced, many stains. Had a problem receiving code for gate by email.
Father’s Day Vacay The house was nice, it was clean. 1. The AC was turned up to 78, which is basically the heat in 100 degree weather, I immediately informed the property manager and they stated I could turn it down to whatever temp I needed, because we all have asthma, so the downstairs immediately start to cool down, but the upstairs did not, I informed the property manager and someone was sent to check it, the guy came and all he did was turn the thermostat from on to auto, I spoke with the PM again and they sent another guy out but he didn’t not show up until 8 or 9 Sunday night mind you we arrived Saturday. The guy said the AC was broken and that he would be back to fix it, when the guy came the next day he said it was a leak and they couldn’t fix it. Needless to say we had to sleep downstairs in the theater room just to be to breathe. Please note: We were there from Saturday until Tuesday without AC upstairs. All the PM kept doing was apologizing and did not offer any compensation for the inconvenience until I asked for it and still I did not receive what was fair. 2. The pool was not clean and they did not have the seat cushion on the pool chairs, 3. No first aid kit 4. No K cup maker The rooms & bathrooms are nice size but only 2 have ceiling fans 5. They did have pool towels 6.They did have some kitchen wear I will not rent this property again, oh they also said they would provide fans which we never received

I had an amazing stay. The host was fantastic and incredibly responsive. They even managed to accommodate my request for an early check-in and a late check-out. The house itself was wonderful. I would definitely stay there again.
Property management is a zero We were not given proper Check-in documents or Wi-Fi. The exterior of the house needs cleaning and paint the yard had knee high weeds and stickers. Inside the living room the couch had no legs it was the right height for a 4 year-old. All beds very firm/ hard.We enjoyed the pool and cinema room although all 6 recliners had issues. We will not stay at this house again.
The house was spacious, loved the theater room except the surrounded system didn’t work. But the furniture was broken, the restrooms were not working properly, there were stains on the carpet, dirty doors, dirty blankets and no coffee filters plus coffee pot not working. Plus they towed two of our trucks and charged us $125 for each truck. Love the pool and the lake view was nice!
Beautiful home! All the staff are very friendly and communicated right away. My only issue is the maintenance personnel never showed up to fix the downstairs bathroom.

Another great stay We stayed here 2 years ago and returned because it was ideal. Lovely resort, a mixture of residents and guests. The villa itself is great. It needs some minor decoration doing but it's a holiday villa. They'd be painting after every stay with people scuffing walls etc. The only downside is the lack of chairs around the pool. There are 3 or 4 chairs at the table outside and only 2 sunloungers. It didn't detract from our stay though.

Great place The house was awsome, pool was heated has requested and we enjoyed it very much. If I had any questions, they answered very quickly. We had trouble with the bbq, the next day we had a new one.We all enjoyed the movie room once we figured how to work the projector.I would definitely ho back without hesitation.

Um pouco longe dos parques e outlets, mas tinha um Walmart supermercado bem perto; isso ajudava bastante para as compras Tivemos um único contratempo que foi a taxa extra para uso da churrasqueira que não estava na descrição quando alugamos. Fora isso, o anfitrião responde rápido, sempre atencioso.
Logement trop cher pour la qualité des équipements Positive: Piscine bien entretenue. Negative: les photos montraient un barbecue qui a notre grande surprise était payant. Nous n’avons pas apprécié de voir une caméra nous filmer à l’entrée de la villa ( légalement, vous deviez nous prévenir que nous serions filmé auquel cas nous n’aurions pas pris la location) Les chaises hautes sont très abîmées. Les ventilateurs ne pas propre Les jeux dans le garage était très très abîmés

Large Home House is great space with large bedrooms and attached bathrooms. We were not able to use the game room in the garage because of a bad odor, I would describe as sweaty smell. Carpets are stained and furniture shows some wear from use. Everything worked fine but just be aware
