We had a wonderful stay in Clermont! The hosts were very communicative and helpful upon our arrival. The house was very clean and thoughtfully furnished - it was plenty spacious for our family of 6. The beds were comfortable, and the decor was lovely. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. We would stay here again!
Would stay again if going to Disney Positive: Newness of property, 3 separate beds/baths, quick response to issues, layout of property, full kitchen, dining and living, loft, tvs in every room, very comfortable beds - overall comfort A+ Negative: Pool could have been bigger and warmer, AC made whistling noise.
The place is in a quiet neighborhood anout five minutes into a neighborhood from thr main road. The place was very clean and the hosts really went above and beyond to surprise us with extra decorations for our babies 1st birthday.The pool was very nice to play woth my kids.The kitchen was clean and had all the utensils and plates we needed as well as all the appliances.The rooms were very spacious and had very confortable sheet, pillows and comforters. The bathrooms had clean towels and amenities that nice hotels provide.We would definitely stay here again next time.
We absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb! Our family really enjoyed the spacious rooms, the movie room (especially with the popcorn machine!), and how spotless everything was. The host went above and beyond by leaving us a thoughtful gift basket the day after we checked in, which made our stay feel extra special. We’ll definitely be coming back to this location. It was an amazing experience from start to finish!
Me and my family’s annual trip to Orlando couldn’t have been better without this amazing air bnb we stayed at and the great host! They were very welcoming, accommodating , understanding and easy to communicate with. The home looks exactly how the pictures displays. Me and my family literally fell in love with the home. It’s located in the perfect location surrounded by tons of restaurants and shopping malls. And Only about 35 mins from majority of the major attractions in Orlando. We look forward to booking here again for our next trip to Orlando.
The house is very nice, but before 10:00am a person entered the house and had a very bad attitude with me and my family and called the police when I already had the late check out approved, I was supposed to leave the house at 12:00pm and that person entered before 10:00am. The police arrived and this boy left.. the boy said he was the owner of the house, he started recording us but left before the police arrived. I find it illogical for such a clean and beautiful place that they have people working like this, my family and I were on vacation and well unfortunately we had to live this bad experience in this place, I feel that the people of upstay did not do much to help me. My boyfriend’s sisters were in the bathroom when this boy came in, and to top it off he was rude, totally unsafe!

Nice, clean home. The WiFi was incorrect in email instructions but the owner was very fast with responses to get connected. The home is located at the end of a neighborhood so it’s about a 7 min drive to food/stores but it was a peaceful private area. With traffic it was about 40 mins to disney
This property is beautiful and the spaces are amazing. Me and my kids enjoy it and it’s a great option if you visit Orlando for the parks because it has decorations upstairs and my kids love it. Super super clean and the little private pool is a great plus at the end of the day when you come back home tired of walking all day. I will definitely recommend this property and I would definitely come back next time I visit Orlando

I’ve got to say out of all of my stays I believe this was the best one yet.The pictures don’t even compare to how amazing this place is on the inside. It even had in arcade game inside.This was the one of the happiest times I’ve seen my kids they were so ecstatic.And that mean the world to me. If you think about booking please don’t think twice. I promise it is worth it.

I had a great stay here for the night. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Perfect for a quick visit, or even a long stay, and I would definitely recommend it to others!
Place was alright. Had this weird smell from the sink. Some linen had stains. Flying roaches. During checkin some noticed smoking ashes by the pool area.

This was a really nice place and would definitely recommend. The neighborhood was quiet and it felt really clean the moment we walked in the door.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it looked exactly like the pictures. Everything was clean, the instructions were clear, and the private pool was great. There were 0 bugs, so that’s always a plus, and ample parking. Driving to Orlando was a breeze and it was refreshing to come back to a nice quiet place after being out. I definitely would recommend.

Everything was looking and feeling great until we seen the ants and were seeing it everyday. Positive: Each bedroom had its own bathroom, appliances and fridge. Negative: The ants, experience became bad when I seen some on the head board in the master bedroom.
I felt like I was home! Positive: Beautiful property. Looks just like the photos. Check in and check out we’re a breeze. Staff were on 24/7 ready to assist and pleasant to speak with. Really enjoyed my stay and I would definitely book again! Negative: Nothing.
The home is beautiful but I don't think that they had the air conditioning set up properly due to it being a brand new property . My entire 3-night stay the home was between 85° to 87° inside and no resolution was made for it to be turned on even though the host tried to communicate and try to get maintenance to fix it and never got fixed, that was the only downfall and there's only one ceiling fan throughout the whole home it should have had ceiling fans in all rooms.
