Upstay Pet-friendly Condo with Pool near Disney — Guest Reviews

We stayed here for a family trip to Disney, the location was about 15 min away from the parks. Very clean, and comfortable beds. Plenty of room and really nice pool to hang in after a long day at the parks! Host was super friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back!

Convenient Super convenient if your family is looking for an affordable way to visit your college student participating in the Disney College program. Helped that it was pet friendly.

It's better than what you think. Positive: My family and I have travel to Disney World multiple times but majority of the home or apartment we rented are much more expensive than Palisades. The price was $434 for 5 nights so we didn't expect anything luxurious. But when we saw the room, wow!!, it was beyond our expectation. A very nice clean 3 bedrooms with 2 baths, a full kitchen and spacious living room and a balcony with screen to keep mosquitoes out. Palisades is located near 429 for easy access in and out of Orlando so you can avoid I-4 traffic jam.

Would not return!!!!! Positive: It was very spacious. Negative: The floors were filthy, we like to take our shoes off and they appeared clean but by the time we sat down to get comfortable the bottoms of our feet were black, not to mention we had to toddlers running/crawling around. There were sharp screws poking out of the sliding glass door covered in blue puddy. The coffee table kept coming apart. The closet door fell out and there was no track to put it back in place. The listing stated that there would be 2 FULL SIZE BEDS in the 3rd room and there were two twin beds, They did not supply WASH CLOTHS. The sheets and towels were old and rough. Very disappointed in this booking. I contacted the property, upon check-in, and they said that it would be the next day that maintenance could come fix our complaints. When we arrived back from Universal all they did was leave a trash bag with more old towels on the table and they took the closet door! Mind blowing that they can do this.

Para quem busca espaço com custo baixo. Positive: Espaço da casa e custo. Negative: Condomínio aberto sem portaria. sensação de insegurança. Lugar escuro e mais longe do que eu imaginava. A casa esta bem conservada, apesar de antiga. Moveis com pequenos defeitos e cama bem usada.

Positive: We loved this place! Very easy to get into the condo! Love the boarding pass feature to make separate arrival times for friends easy. Overall clean. My only note is that the couch isn’t very comfortable. Everything else was lovely; the hosts were so helpful and communicative throughout our stay. Going above and beyond to help us with any questions. Would 100% stay again! Negative: Sometimes very bad traffic in the area near theme park closures. Not the hosts fault of course, just something to note and plan for.

ROACHES STAY AWAY!!! Positive: This place as soon as we entered The 2nd floor hallway smelled really bad they must of had a water leak, there were fans running in the hallways our entire stay.. Negative: Disgusting, the first hour we got to this Airbnb I saw roaches on the floor crawling I then open the fridge and also roaches in there 🤮 I couldn't put any food or groceries in there.. I had to put all my belongings in separate rooms on the bed so roaches did get in, throughout the apartment I saw roaches dead and alive even in the master shower.. I notified the owner the first few hours of getting to the Airbnb about the Roach situation to see if me and my wife can be accommodated I got a sorry ass apology and sure that someone was coming to check it out, no one came.. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you don't mind sleeping with roaches.. I've been to Many Airbnb and never had to go through this, I pay to have a comfortable stay, not to worry about roaches crawling on me... The bathroom was clogged and stained in the shower. We can’t sleep because over the third floor, don’t leave us sleep or heard the TV. Overall…. Give 3 stars.

The host was great, easy instructions and very responsive in a timely manner. House is exactly as pictured and very clean. Will recommend others to stay and would stay again myself

upon arrival, the main king size bed was faulty to where it would easily break on us or future people that plan to stay. unit 228 and there was old toe nail clippings all in the couch. the toilet needed replaced asap as it came off the ground when going to wipe. They replaced the toilet but that was it. cooking was terrible took forever just to boil water. never got to sleep in the king size bed and that was the selling point for us. wifi is terrible. wasn't at the airbnb long enough to utilize wifi as we got this place for 6 days just to have a place to sleep eat shower. but when we stayed and needed wifi it wasn't good... it either no service (90% of the time) or it'll connect for a short time and then drop. the only good thing was the fast response time. the only solution for the bed was a replacement. I requested the issue to be addressed within our stay as I understand nothing could be fixed in a day. they offered to switch units but we didn't want to resettle in another unit.

I had a wonderful stay at this unit in Winter Green. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It felt welcoming and easy to relax in. Luiz was a great host—very responsive and helpful whenever I had a question or request. The service was excellent, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

Muy buen lugar! Positive: Apartamento muy amplio y cómodo. Bien ubicado, cerca de los parques. Wifi funcionaba perfectamente. Cocina bien equipada (sólo le faltaría una pizzera para el horno). Nos encantó. Negative: Podrían tener las cosas básicas para cocinar: sal, aceite, azúcar, etc. Poca presión de agua en las duchas.

The apartment and the complex need attention not a resort environment:/ also I was told that, it was gated and private not at all, everyone have access to the complex, lots of noise upstairs from actually residents of the complex with kids running, jumping and moving furniture all day :/ it would be a solution if you need a short time frame to stay there.

This until needs attention. Deep cleaning, paint, updating. There was only 1 remote to work the 3 TVS. The kitchen wasn't stocked with the basic cooking necessities.

Horrible! Don’t stay here! Positive: The location was great! Negative: There were bugs! Everywhere! We walked in and walked right back out. We didn’t stay because in the first few minutes we had already seen so many. It was very disappointing! I’ve contacted customer service and sent pictures and got nothing back. We had to pay for a place we couldn’t even stay at!

Bad sanitary conditions, the place needs pest control Positive: Roomy, very close to the attractions Negative: Bad sanitary conditions. Cockroaches all over the kitchen. You can’t cook in the place, so you need to go out to eat and spend more. Property manager responded but did not give ant effective solution. Despite confirmation of pest control visit, we showed the roaches to the cleaner team in our way out.

Beautiful condo located conveniently to Disney (our main in attraction) and close to restaurants. There was always parking for us in the building. It was a perfect stay for us!

It was a beautiful home! Very cozy only problem I had was that there wasn’t no hot water for one of the showers. But besides that it was lovely and nice love it!

Everything was as expected from the photos, very easy to find with the hosts clear instructions. They responded quickly to a few questions we had while we were staying. Would definitely stay again!!

We expected a nice clean and at home environment. Instead we got welcomed with roaches and little bugs underneath the kitchen sink and master bathroom. There was a brown stain in the master bedroom side table i couldn’t tell you what it is. The dishes looked like they threw them in the dishwasher with the food on them. They had little pieces of food and little stains that make you think no one washed them. The cabinets have stain on them from where no one clean up any mess they made. The bath in the master bathroom wasn’t cleaned had someone else hair in it so i had to clean it myself in order to use it. The shower in the master bathroom also doesn’t get hot only the tub. The bathroom shower in the hallway doesnt get hot as well and we were only given hand towels and towels no wash rags. The sliding doors wouldn’t lock but the maintenance man did come and fix that after twos days of stay there. Up here it’s listed as a condo when you look the place up its listed as a three star hotel.
