Great value for family trip to the theme parks. Positive: The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. The location was great. It was a quick 15-20 min drive to the Disney park, a bit longer to the universal park. The facilities (ie gym) were cleaned every day. Negative: There was no lifeguard at the pool so if you are traveling with kids, pay extra attention to ensure safety.
The stay was very pleasant. Overall, they had excellent communication and answered back immediately within an hour when we messaged for any issues. I will note that once we arrived the shower head, one of the guest bedroom sheets were dirty/stained, and a few other things we brought up to host. We communicated with them and they came in and changed the sheets and shower head immediately. They communicated that if they couldn't fix the issues brought up, they can help accommodate us in a separate room. Since we didn't necessarily want to move after settling in, we felt they tried to fix issues so we can stay in the same unit for the rest of the stay. The area is very close to Disney and other shops. Amenities were also nice. The kitchen was great to cook up a family breakfast everyday before heading to the parks. For the price, size, and location this was a great stay for us and exactly what the family needed.

Estadia muito ruim Positive: Está bem difícil achar algo que eu tenha gostado, pois as fotos estão bem diferentes do que nós encontramos no local. Os aparelhos estavam funcionando, mas com a tampa da privada quebrada, o sofá muito sujo, sem tapete na sala e mesa de centro. Negative: Logo de cara a recepção, não existe, não tem ninguém que te auxilie a entrar no apartamento. Ficamos horas para descobrir como fazer o acesso até um outro hóspede nos ajudar a fazer o processo on-line. Dificuldade maior ainda para nós que somos brasileiros e não falamos bem a língua local. Ao entrar no apartamento estava completamente diferente das fotos, podem ir ao local e me digam se o local está da mesma forma que apresenta nas fotos. Tampa da privada quebrada, sofá muito sujo, quanto da criança escuro e sem ventilação. Ainda mais, não conseguimos contato com o anfitrião, ligamos, enviamos mensagens, mas não nos atendia e ficamos sem suporte.

Worked for family of six and close to Disney
Place was exactly as pictured. Large property with enough room for families. If you are bringing a pet, just keep in mind that there isn’t a lot of lawn space for them to be walked on. Property is close to Disney as well and a city dog park.
Pros: If you’re looking for a nice place to stay in your trip to Disney World, this apartment is great. The check in is super easy, is located close to the park, have two rooms for couples (one of them with bathtub) and a third room with bunk beds for kids. The beds were comfortable and relaxing after a long day of walking in Disney. The kitchen has everything that you need for cooking and the common areas has sufficient seating for entertaining/watching Tv. Cons: The check in at 4pm in our opinion is late with not much to do in this area until time for checkin. The entrance to the parking garage is very tight. You have to be really careful no to damage your car. If you’re traveling in SUV you’re going to have a difficult time getting in/out the parking garage. We witnessed a car rub the walls of the parking deck trying to get out destroying the complete passenger side of the car. I would recommend being extremely careful entering/exiting the garage.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! Positive: Do not be fooled by their fancy fake pictures. Negative: This was a one-and-done situation. The condo we received was not the same as what was advertised. I reached out to complain about the booking posting, which did not mention the $200 dog deposit I was required to pay at the start of our stay in order to receive the property code. The company was not upfront; their ad only indicated that a pet fee might apply. It is ridiculous that I was charged that much for two pocket-sized Chihuahuas. I submitted a detailed complaint through the bookings app, but the replies stopped coming. Additionally, the dishwasher was not working, and when I called the number provided for contact, it was disconnected. There was no cutting board, and some of the dishware was broken. No one officially reached out to us to apologize for these issues after our stay. This company does not deserve to be in business. I have stayed at other locations where the companies were a pleasure to work with. Another point to note is that this location is on the fourth floor, which was not mentioned in the listing. If you have a large family like mine, carrying luggage up to the fourth floor was a struggle. You would think they would provide some type of cart to make things easier. The handle on the master bedroom’s toilet was falling apart, the kitchen light was flickering, the living room carpet was fraying, and the handle of the frying pan was completely loose and needs replacing. This why I will never do business with them.
The condo was clean and accurately described. The kitchen mentioned that it was stocked with the basics, but we understood after we arrived that it meant basics like some pans, knives, cutlery and basic dishware. It lacked a cutting board, coffee filter, etc. I would plan in the future to bring every single item I would need, including dish soap since the powder provided wasn't up to snuff. I thought I was renting from a couple, but it seems the building is totally managed by Upstay, with only short-term rentals. Some of the other guest with dogs allowed their animals to use the restroom in the garage which the management cleaned immediately (I also brought my dog but utilized the pet waste receptacle available on the premises). Overall, I would stay here again if I was driving (if I were flying, it would require an extensive shopping trip to stock up to condo). The balcony was amazing with a great view. Some basic maintenance on the condo itself is in order.
As pictured, perfect location, well kept, and clean! This place is spacious and comfy. The host is responsive and accommodating. If you're bringing a dog, be sure to have doggy bags. Exactly what we needed for our visit!
Was a great stay for me and the family. Matched the description and pictures. Host was understanding and helpful, we had to leave a day early but would’ve loved to stay longer! Very clean and spacious. It was me my husband my infant daughter my mom my niece and my older brother and we all fit !
Negative: I did not like that I had to wait over in hour with a newborn baby. Being told there was nothing that anyone could do for me. It was self check-in and check out. Not being given a room number when I booked the appointment or the code for the door. I will not be choosing to stay at up stay again.
Loved my stay at Paleisade Resorts!! I can't wait for 2026!!!! Positive: The location and the rooms were spacious and roomy...modern looking.. Everything we needed for a week stay..amenities were awesome..pool and hot tub were amazing.. would reserve again when staying in Orlando..my go to Resort Negative: We didn't like that the resident on 321 would constantly bang her ceiling every time we walked...n that was annoying at times. Common sense if she is that delicate, she should have gotten a 4th floor room to avoid noises..Because at times u could hear her dogs, but hey, that's expected when you live or rent anywhere now a days..so tahtbwas a poroblem..
We liked the unit, though it should be better maintenance and cleaner. Positive: The unit was as described. We love the space and the location. Negative: Bathrooms were not as clean as they should be. We got a safe box in the room, but the rental agency refused to let us use it. We ended up carrying cash and valuable documents with us when we got out and about, during our 14 days stay. This is an unnecessary inconvenience.
I stayed here and Luis was the best host ever he communicated. His condo was amazing spacious and nice view I was able to enjoy my birthday weekend. I will be returning soon!
Overall, it was clean & comfortable & met our needs. A little outdated. Close to Disney and very responsive to complaints about issues. They do not provide washcloths and I don’t understand why when they provide hand towels and regular towels. That’s strange. Do not stay here for amenities. There’s very little seating or lounging chairs at pool area. Would hate to see it when it’s actually busy. The fitness center doesn’t even open until 8 am and had minimal equipment. The game room: they replaced the air hockey puck while we were there & fixed the ping pong table b/c of our complaint, but room with foosball was never open. While it would have been obvious if I had paid attention, the layout of the master suite & bathroom sucks if you need to get up to get ready before your partner because there is no door separating them. They were responsive to my complaint about the light in the master closet not working, however & fixed it.
Low-cost place to stay to hang your hat and get away. Positive: there was none Negative: 1- booking.com took half the rent and said the other half was to be paid at the location. you wanted it next day 2- I wanted to pay the $100 deposit up front. you insisted I pay the day before. I had no internet the day before. 3- There was no smell, and the room was clean however, change the badly stained carpet, the rusted shower Curton rod and there were only 3 mugs in the cabinet. (upgrade) the room was the furthest from the elevator. 1 of us has to walk with a cane. give the address before we rent and the room locations in relation to the elevator.

We had such a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was beautiful, very comfortable, and spacious, which made it perfect for our trip. Our host was incredibly kind and attentive, always responding quickly and helping with anything we needed. We truly felt taken care of and really enjoyed our time here. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone considering booking!

Negative: No es que no me haya gustado pero, es importante entender que de Booking sales a otra aplicación Upstay que tiene toda la informacíon de check in y check out, representó otro nivel de atención, la gente en Upstay responden muy bien en horarios de trabajo.

Die Unterkunft ist aufgrund der Täuschungen und untragbaren Zustände kein einziger Stern wert. Positive: Die Wohnung war insgesamt sauber, ausgenommen Geschirr und Küchenausstattung. Negative: Irreführende Darstellung: Die Fotos auf Booking.com zeigen eine moderne, gepflegte Wohnung mit hochwertiger Ausstattung. Die tatsächlich bereitgestellte Unterkunft war jedoch völlig anders: Möbel alt, abgenutzt und teilweise beschädigt. Es war eindeutig nicht die Wohnung aus der Anzeige. Irreführende Werbung – Shuttle-Service: Auf der Website wurde ein kostenloser Shuttle-Service angegeben, was der Hauptgrund unserer Buchung war. Vor Ort stellte sich jedoch heraus, dass dies nicht stimmte. Kurz nach unserer Ankunft wurde die Anzeige geändert, und das Management versuchte, uns glauben zu machen, wir hätten uns geirrt. Dies ist eine klare Täuschung und führte zu erheblichen Zusatzkosten. Unzumutbare Zustände: Der Aufzug roch tagelang stark nach Urin und wurde nicht gereinigt. Schimmelgeruch: Die Wohnung roch stark nach Schimmel. Küche und Geschirr: Trotz der Bewerbung einer „voll ausgestatteten Küche“ war die Ausstattung mangelhaft. Teller und Gläser waren verschmutzt, teilweise beschädigt und unbenutzbar. Grundlegende Dinge wie ein Schneidebrett fehlten komplett. Pfannen und Töpfe waren stark verkratzt und verdreckt. Selbst einfache Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten war unmöglich. Außerdem fehlten Basics wie Salz, Pfeffer oder Kaffeefilter. Defekter Geschirrspüler: Von Anfang an ohne Funktion. Beim Spülgang kam kein Wasser, Das Geschirr blieb klebrig und unbrauchbar, eine Reparatur oder ein Austausch wurde nicht angeboten. Besonders schwerwiegend: Bereits 4 Wochen vor meinem Aufenthalt hatte ein anderer Gast auf Booking.com dieselben Probleme beschrieben (defekter Geschirrspüler, fehlendes Schneidebrett, kaputtes Geschirr). Das zeigt, dass die Unterkunft diese Mängel kennt, aber bewusst nicht behebt. Weitere Mängel: Nur wenige Steckdosen funktionierten. Der Zimmersafe war defekt. Lärmbelästigung: Massive Störungen durch Nachbarn im darunterliegenden Apartment, die absichtlich und wiederholt gegen die Wände schlugen.

Perfect for my vacation! Positive: I loved the comfort and cleanliness. Negative: Some details need to be modernized. And it's really bad that some guests don't pick up their pets' waste, even though there are bags and trash cans! Obviously, this doesn't depend on the property, but it would be nice to have that reminder.

We communicated with the host on multiple occasions to let them know that we had no air conditioner, the sheets were stained, the carpets were extremely wet, and the hallway smelled like wet dogs. We were there for four days and the only issue that was addressed were the sheets. Finally we had to leave the place because it was just too hot at night time. This host is the worst host that I have ever encountered. He communicated with me every single day, however he never did anything to fix the issues. I do not recommend this Airbnb to anyone. Worst experience ever.

Brilliant stay in Orlando Positive: The apartment was really spacious and clean. It was easy to get in and out of as there weren't keys to worry about. The pool area was lovely. Really quiet area but close enough to the parks and non Disney restaurants which we loved. I don't think you would be able to walk to anything from where we were but that didn't matter to us. The host was really responsive with the messages. Overall good value for money, plenty of space and would stay again! Negative: The apartment and building as a whole needs a little love and redecorating but it was still really lovely. The towels were Very small and there weren't any bigger on asking. We had a ask for pool towels as they weren't by the pool as expected which wasn't a problem but the man managing the apartments really didn't want to hand them over to us.

Good location to Disney, unit a little outdated. Positive: Location was perfect! It was close to everything (10 minutes to Disney) amenities were great and the size of the apartment was big enough to fit 6 people easily. Negative: The unit could use some upgrades; mainly the bathrooms. It had rusted fixtures, and the bathtub wasn't draining very well, so we all had to share the other bathroom, and there were some stains on the carpets.
this was a wonderful place to stay! it was so clean and organized. i really enjoyed my time here. the patio was lovely and all the rooms were so spacious. they had a nice kitchen and it’s literally right by disney probably a 10 minute drive. parking was so easy as well. i really enjoyed my time here thank you for everything!

Was great location for our overnight after our cruise to fly the next day. Place was spacious, and had nice pool and hot tub onsite. We didn’t get to enjoy because we had a rainy day. We would go back.
Close to Disney. Had minor issue but they were promptly taken care of, it was perfect size and the beds were comfortable. They also very very prompt in communicating.

If you are ready to clean before staying, welcome to this place Positive: I like that it was three rooms apartment. The air coming from the forest outside was cool. Negative: It was not clean! Hair on the beds and some tooth flossing parts on the floor in the main bedroom and another bedroom. There is no shower gel!!! And as a dessert in the towels, I found some bugs. So I was disappointed. The payment process is very wired!!!!

it was a really nice view, large area, well decorated. It felt a little like "the backrooms" every once in a while, but it was general very enjoyable.
Amazing stay. Rental is spotlessly clean and well taken care of. Great location to restaurants and shopping. The pool has nice shady spots. We had a perfect staycation and can’t wait to come back!
