We were a group of 9 and there was plenty of spaces to sleep. House was clean. You could walk to nearby coffee. Only a 10 minute drive to downtown. Only thing to note negatively is the living room couch was small and uncomfortable. Felt out of place when the rest of the house could accommodate so many people and was comfortable. Would stay again, thanks

Cozy spot that was perfect for our group of 8. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were nice, and there was plentiful space to hang out comfortably. The contact for the stay, Porsha, was easy to communicate with and answer questions. Overall, great location and would stay again!
The host was very communicative and the check in/out process was smooth! We had 13 people total and more than enough sleeping room, bathroom space, and games (pool table/ ping pong). Very clean space and fully stocked bar cart and kitchen as well.
All around a great experience. It was clean and spacious even for the big group we had the house still felt enormous.

This location had great nearby food choices, walkable amenities for groceries, and enough space for our large party. The backyard was smaller than we anticipated, but the quiet surrounding areas suited us.

This place was perfect for our group and had plenty of space and beds for everyone. It had a full kitchen to cook meals and seating for all. The only thing that might’ve made it better was more seating in the living room, but not a dealbreaker. Would stay here again!!
Outstanding house! A group of us stayed here and it truly had everything we needed! Fully stocked kitchen, large open living room/dining room which was great for sitting around and sharing lots of fun memories! The bedrooms are all set up nice with lots of comfortable beds, and the bathrooms had very soft towels! The air conditioner was amazing!! Definitely works!! Communication was the best of any VRBO we have ever stayed. Would definitely recommend this house for anyone coming into Austin!
Our group had a great stay. The house was spacious and exactly as advertised, and the host was responsive and accommodating. We would stay here again!
Great house for a group
House was nice and good size for our group. However, be aware although the title clearly states fire pit. They have a fire pit free of charge however the propane tank was empty and when I asked if they could fill it they said it would be a ridiculous fee of $55. You can refill a propane tank for only $19. Also, it was hard to control the thermostat would get freezing at night even when set at 73 degrees. Unable to find remotes to control the fans in the rooms. Bathrooms have good lightning however bedroom lighting is very dim.
The place was able to fit all of us comfortably and the open floor plan on the 1st was great for all of us to hang out. The host was responsive with all of our request and tried to accommodate us the best they could. A few things that stood out that made me give it a 4 star vs a 5 star was the one sign in the living room was broken, there was no ping pong net and the host could not deliver us one before we left. A heads up is that the place is in a neighborhood so there was not anywhere to walk to eat or get drinks so you have to Uber everywhere. Other than that it was a great place and would recommend it to people who are visiting.

Good stay for work trips
Great cozy stay for our party if 14 ladies.
The place is even bigger in person! We have 14 girls stay and everyone fit comfortably. The theme rooms were adorable and thriving space downstairs was great. The communication from the company was top notch. So quick to respond and very helpful! Highly recommend.
Great location, can sleep more people then you probably need. Positive: I like how quick it was to check in. Our other booking we made the host ghosted us and this one was down the street and in min we were able to check-in. Everything is so close and the host was nice and communication was great, which is so important when your traveling. They had a propane fireplace, we sat around it at night and had drinks and talked, very simple but for a last min get away it was super spacious. There is a pool table, ping pong table in the middle of the living area and this was fun for the family, while we cooked and watched movies. Negative: It was a really comfortable stay, I think they could definitely upgrade the furniture, the bar stools squeaked so bad and felt wobbly so when we were trying to enjoy breakfast we could not stop laughing, I think attention to details, oven mitts, we baked cookies and it was hard to get them out of the oven we had to use towels, also, upstairs bathroom could use some paint the walls looked old and worn.
My group of guys had a great stay! The spacing and size was perfect, great location, and accommodating hosts. I highly recommend!
A decent option for location and a lot of beds for bachelorette / bachelor / wedding. however, felt cheap all around for not a cheap price tag. would give it a B.

It was good and very near to downtown. Good neighbourhood. Very clean and pretty good looking. seems little higher price comoared to the property. However, we enjoyed. The only drawback we faced was at night Air condition turns to heater and did not go down at all also hough we tried several times. And that night was really bad as it was heating the upstairs all night. Overall good.

The Airbnb was very enjoyable and as described. Only reason I put 4 stars, was he had some difficulties originally with the lock pad code. I had to reach out as the wrong lock pad code was provided. Also we were unable to check in until a little after the assigned check in time (I don't necessarily mind, but it was never communicated that it would not be ready at the listed time. Had I been notified before I had shown up that would've been completely okay.) Host was very fast responsive when messaged. Only tiny issues, would probably stay here again.
We really enjoyed our stay. This was a top notch home. Had tons of room and was very clean. All the extra bathrooms was a huge plus. Very close to downtown Austin and all the great restaurants. Very quiet neighborhood. Definitely one of the Top 3 Airbnb experiences we have had.

Unreasonable Experience Our stay started with an unfortunate and unnecessary inconvenience. Three members of our group arrived in Austin at 2 PM on our check-in day and requested an early check-in at 2:30 PM instead of the standard 4 PM. The host informed us this would incur a $50 fee, citing “additional cleaning arrangements.” However, we confirmed that the unit had been vacant for four days before our arrival (from Sunday, 11/3, to Thursday, 11/7). This made the justification for the fee seem arbitrary, as it’s unlikely cleaners couldn’t accommodate such a minor timing adjustment within a wide-open schedule. Paying $50—nearly half the nightly rate of $123 for Wednesday, 11/6—for just 90 minutes felt unreasonable and exploitative. As a result, we were left waiting at the airport rather than being able to drop off our bags and start enjoying our time in Austin. This left us with a disappointing first impression and little understanding or accommodation from the host.
I love the stay at this airbnb. Easy to Uber to any part of Austin. Great option for Gameday where you can walk to stadium and bars. The house was very spacious and had comfy beds. I would 100% stay here again.

We had a pleasant stay - we would definitely return. Positive: Location was convenient to Austin activities. Home was fairly spacious and comfortable. Negative: For as many people as the home sleeps, there is only one couch and chair in the "living" area. There are benches by the pingpong table and stools at the kitchen counter, but the space will be very crowded if you have a very large group.
