I feel this place is very welcome to my family and comfortable spacious room. Very clean and smell so good everything in the house. So far my family and I haven’t anything one complain. The host sounds very nice person, very helpful, and respond me back quickly when I asked something I need to know or need something. I cannot give one star but over 10 stars. Excellent place!
We had a great stay at this Airbnb. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The resort itself offered a lot for families, which made the experience even better. The kids especially enjoyed all the amenities and had such a fun time during our stay. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable trip, and we would definitely consider coming back.
Uma excelente residência. Minha família se sentiu em casa. A estrututura dela demonstrou ser muito nova, equipada e aconhegante. O condomínio mais família e com uma ótima estrutura coletiva. Oportunidade de levar uma experiência de vida americana. A localização da casa é boa, tem supermercado e restaurantes por perto. Quanto aos parques, a Disney é relativamente próxima, mas um pouco mais distante da Universal. Entendo que fizemos uma escolha adequada a nossa expectativa. Sempre ficamos em hotel 5 estrelas em Orlando. Quisemos ter uma experiência mais local e ficamos muito satisfeitos. Certamente, iremos retornar.

My family and I loved this place. The rooms are beautiful and the house is spacious and was very clean. Perfect for big families. If you have more than two cars keep in mind that there are only two parking spots available and you’re not supposed to park on the street. However, we did see many cars parked on the street. During nighttime the gates close and you have to go through the main gate to get in (Maps may take you through a different gate). We enjoyed our stay so much that would definitely recommend to anyone!
The kids loved their room, both adults and kids loved the game room and pool. We were close to the parks and the pool was a great way to end our day. The clubhouse and amenities were top notch. Luciana communicated quickly with all our questions! The house was very clean snd had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!
Exceptional and hope to book again. Positive: The property was amazing! My son loved having easy access to a private pool and was in it most of our stay. The decor was fantastic and the Disney theme added to our trip. We especially loved the option to borrow Disney bags for our park day as it added a little magic. The staff were always easy to reach if we had any issues and the location was perfect - close to Walmart, publix, Dairy Queen, Wendy’s etc.. which made the trip easier. Negative: Everything was amazing.
Luciana truly went above and beyond with her amazing gifts for all the kids in the family. Everyone was so happy and we definitely had a wonderful time together. Such a thoughtful and memorable gesture!
Family fun vacation one stop shop. Positive: I can not boast about the property manager enough, he was readily available to assist with anything I needed help with. I liked that the home had adequate space, it was beautiful decorated and fun for the kids. The kitchen was well equipped as well. The location was far from Orlando, but with its own water park and lazy river plus other amenities there was plenty to do without leaving. Negative: I did not like that I did not receive a gate access code and had to use the main entrance of the resort every time to check in with ID. The back entrance was right next to my house.
We are very very happy we stayed here it’s a very beautiful home with all you need there or close by we felt very safe and it felt like home. It had a great entertainment room kids enjoyed the private tv room and most of all the enjoyed the pool thanks for having us
Me and my family stayed at this beautiful home and we would do it again! The house was perfect, amazing game room, the beds were the most comfortable beds we ever slept on at any stay we had.

Nice home in a good location. This home is like new and decorated nicely. The biggest negative for me is that they do not supply wash cloths and they do not tell you this info. We had to go out and buy wash cloths before showering the night we checked in. I have never stayed somewhere that didn’t supply wash cloths with the linens. We wanted to check in early but there was a charge for every increment of time. Again, if the home is ready, why not let your guests check in without an additional fee? On a positive note, the guys enjoyed the pool table and the kids liked the arcade games. We were in FL to go to the Disney parks and the house was close.
This home was absolutely lovely. Every detail was thoughtful and made our stay extra special. The game rooms, movie room and themed rooms were extraordinary. This place was magnificent and we will definitely stay there again. Perfect in every way. The kids had a blast.
Overall, I’d give my stay 3.5 stars. We had a few things that happened as soon as we got there. For example, the address they have listed is not the address that you have to follow to get there. We come from SC, so when we got to the address they sent us it was incorrect, we texted them and they took a bit to respond and they sent us some coordinates, which did not help at all, after that they told us to use a different kind of map, then we were able to lists the property. We lost a couple of hours in that mistake and with little kids being in the car already for 6+ hours it was not fun. The other incident was that the AC was not working, so for two nights we were freezing at 50 degrees inside the house when outside was 70s, they came to fix it the next day but they put it so hot that we had to turn it off for that night, then they came to fix it the next day and it was good. Besides that, everything looked great, like new. Amenities were amazing, plenty of space for big families

This house was everything we needed and more , really felt like home. Ever single detail in the house was thought out , the kids loved their room. New construction , private and safe community! It really was above our expectations, would love to stay in this home again.
Just returned from the most amazing trip to Florida. Amazingly Disney wasn’t the best part. Finding this property was the best, it’s a stunning house, in a lovely and secure complex. But what still amazed me was the price we paid. Great value for money!! Luciana the host was the best, helpful and responsive to everything we asked. 10 out of 10 across the board.

From beginning to the end we had a 10⭐️ treatment.. We usually stay in resorts and hotels. But moving forward "Upstay" will be our 1st option moving forward. There attention to detail on making sure we were ok daily is not normal customer service treatment that nowadays you get.. Every message sent from my end they responded. Mind you we stayed here for the Christmas holidays and still got a response. If anyone is looking for a great 10 star experience, a team that focuses on every detai and need of there customers, or some where to stay that feels like home than this is the team and place to stay with. Absolutely amazing, I had no complaints anything I asked for they handled. We did not need anything while we were there. They made sure we had everything for our stay. Also it was my birthday and the did a little gift for me . AMAZING STAY!!
started out bad with 2 car rule for 12 people wasnt told that till day of.not told how to get passes for the winser pool had to figure out ourselves. check in day stuck in a lightning storm with 80 year old grand parents and beging to go in the house a little early .we couldnt meet up at pool.4 cars not alowed with no helpful salution.12 ppl and kids in 2 car nightmare

We had an amazing stay! The house was extremely clean, spacious, and beautifully themed. Each room had its own unique vibe, which made the whole place feel fun and welcoming. The pool was definitely a highlight for us, perfect for relaxing after long days out. The host was very responsive and made everything super easy with clear directions for check-in and the property. The location was great too, there’s plenty to do right on the street, and it’s only about a 25-minute drive to Disney, which was super convenient. Overall, fantastic stay. Highly recommend! We will definitely stay here again.
This place looks exactly like the phot very spacious and well kept. The host was very responsive and handled all Our questions. We would definitely rent this place again! About 20-30 mins to Disney and 45 to universal/airport. The pool with the lazy river was amazing.
