The location was great. Close enough to walk to everything but far enough that it wasn’t loud at night. A few good restaurants within a one minute walk of the condo. A convenience store next door. The kids pools were great. The condo itself was very clean and had a code so we could all come and go as we please. A very easy, nice vacation spot!

Estuvimos esperando 20 min fuera del apartamento con las maletas y 2 niñas de 4 años Luego el internet que decía la guía nunca apareció.. escribí varias ocasiones por correo electrónico y hasta el segundo día de estancia logramos conectarnos a un internet que insisto no era el de la guía era otro para poder usar la TV Otra cosa que no nos gustó sacamos toda la basura y en el lugar habían 5 bolsas que la gente no tiró entonces para tirar la basura nuestra debíamos también tirar esas 5 bolsas. Desde que llegamos el pasillo olía desagradable
My family had to stay in Jaco after dinner due to a landslide. We were so grateful to get a last minute place to stay. We loved having separate A/C units in each room, big comfortable beds, and an incredible view when we woke up! I would recommend this location to friends and hope to visit again!

Fully equipped apartment with mountain and ocean view Positive: Amazing place to stay in with your family Everything was clean and tidy , the kitchen was well equipped with a nice addition of washing machine! The Mountain View was so much fun to look at but the little ocean view was the best surprise! The buildings accommodate 3 pools , barbecue area and parking.
El lugar ofrecido cumple con todas las condiciones y características que indican, excelente lugar y muy seguro para compartir en familia. Solamente tener cuidado cuando hay lluvia en las zonas de juegos y en el lugar de la parilla, el suelo es muy resbaloso y pueden generar accidentes.

The unit itself was overall nice and acceptable for our stay, but it did not feel as new and clean as advertised. Upon arrival we noticed a few issues right away like there were no hand towels in either the kitchen or bathroom, and there were some dirt stains on parts of the bedding, which made the space feel less well-maintained than expected.The biggest issue for us was that the WiFi was not working. We needed reliable internet because we were working during our stay, so I messaged the host. After about 24 hours of generic responses with no real progress, it felt like I was communicating with AI rather than a person.After contacting Vrbo customer service, they were able to connect with the host directly. Once that happened, the WiFi and the hand towels were addressed within a few hours. When they came to fix the internet, they had to bring an additional modem, which made it seem likely that the WiFi may not have been working even prior to our arrival.That said, there were some positives. The balcony was very nice, the building amenities were good, and it was convenient to have a washer and dryer in the unit.Overall, the place worked fine for our stay and had potential, but it could definitely have been cleaner and better tended to, especially given that it’s advertised as a newer building.
I’ve stayed in multiple Airbnb’s in Jaco. The location was great and the Airbnb felt clean and comfortable. But… Few problems with the Airbnb: -it states to be a 10 guests maximum Airbnb but at check in, security guard informed us that only 7 guests per room were allowed at the pool and facilities. My group was 7 adults 2 kids. He still made me agree that only 7 out of us 9 would go to the pool. I said no and that he could kick me out if he wanted. When I reached out to upstay, they said that the management “just informed them of this” and that to avoid inconveniences to arrive at the pool in small groups. -kitchen not fully stocked. The goal was to cook dinner for all of us the first night. Kitchen was slow (electric) and lacked a lot of utensils and basics. Things it was missing: bowls to store food in, trays to make ice, rice cooker, multiple pots and pans… only had 8 or 9 plates of each (clearly not enough for a 10 guest condo) I’ll never stay here again…

Apartment was clean, close to the beach and shops and the pool was great. Amenities of the place were perfect for what we needed.

Wonderful place with an amazing view! The beauty of being on the 14th floor was a Luxor. No issues whatsoever with neighbors, or Airbnb personnel, just a mishap with the WiFi at night but nothing else. There’s so much to do around the area, would definitely recommend it.

This host had us after we had booked another Airbnb, which was a disaster. Thankful for their quick acceptance of our booking. The unit itself was a lot nicer than what we had previously booked in Jaco. However, it could use a fresh paint job, cleaner towels and a bit more accommodation in the kitchen area. Overall, a nice stay for one evening. Thank you again!

Pésimo Esta invadido en cucarachas, fue una experiencia terrible. Completamente insalubre Como no me resolvieron ni tuve respuesta al momento, tuve que abandonar la habitación y por dicha pude conseguir a media noche otro hospedaje porque no se podía pasar la noche ahí
El lugar es muy lindo, es bastante nuevo e igual que en las fotos, sin embargo, había una plaga de cucarachas y eso arruina bastante la experiencia. Me comuniqué con el anfitrión y me devolvieron el dinero de la limpieza, lo cual agradezco, pero uno no está tranquilo, de hecho compramos utensilios plásticos. Ellos tenían un baygon en la cocina, lo que me hace pensar que están al tanto de esto.
Mi estadía Positive: Todo estuvo bastante bien, todos los cuartos contaban con aire acondicionado, las instalaciones como piscinas y ranchos estuvieron muy bonitos y una excelente ubicación, todo nos quedaba cerca.

I really wanted to love this place. It’s in a great location, has a nice aesthetic, good amenities, and beautiful mountain views. Unfortunately, our experience was impacted by several issues. We discovered roaches in the cupboards upon arrival, which was unsettling. Additionally, the unit didn’t feel fully stocked—basic essentials were lacking. We had to request things like garbage bags each time, there was only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom with no extras, and despite having a dishwasher, detergent wasn’t provided. Compared to other places we stayed in Costa Rica, this felt below standard. To their credit, communication was responsive, and they did bring items when we asked—but needing to request basics repeatedly felt like an unnecessary hassle. Regarding the roaches, we were told someone would come check, but if they did, it wasn’t communicated to us, and we didn’t notice any improvement over our week-long stay.
El lugar tiene unas vistas espectaculares y el apartamento muy amplio y acogedor solo la internet no funcionaba muy bien y la cocina eléctrica no calentaba a al to fuego. Pero disfrutamos mucho de las piscinas y el rancho para asar carne y del servicio al cliente fue de maravilla, muy atentos y nos ayudaron con todas nos preguntas. El lugar nos encantó muchísimo!

O apartamento é muito bom e bem equipado, porém, as panelas não são apropriadas para o fogão elétrico, de forma que demora muito tempo para preparar algo. Por exemplo, a chaleira leva 50 min para aquecer a água. A área de lazer é muito boa.
Bonito lugar, mucho por mejorar con el servicio. Positive: Instalaciones nuevas y bien ubicadas. Negative: Check in a las 4:00pm, dificultad para descargar el carro, dificultad para ingresar a la habitación. No nos devuelven los $100 de depósito, y mas bien nos cobraron otros $100, ahora nos deben $200. Check out a las 11:00m. Solo 2 personas de limpieza para todo el edificio de 17 pisos.

No fue lo que esperaba Positive: Es un lugar nuevo con una excelente ubicación en el. Centro de Jaco y a pocos metros de la playa. El personal de seguridad es muy amable. El condominio está totalmente equipado. Las piscinas son muy agradables, espaciosas y limpias. Negative: El check in es muy tarde y el check out muy temprano, la habitación principal no estaba completamente limpia incluso con un paquete de galletas tirado en el suelo, debajo de las camas esta realmente empolvado, la cortina del baño estaba sucia, muy pocas toallas y además estaban rotas. aire acondicionado no funciona bien y es difícil de ajustar. Antes del check out el personal de limpieza nos tocó la puerta 3 veces, 10 minutos antes, 5 minutos antes y a la hora en punto cuando íbamos saliendo, fue incómodo e irrespetuoso.
Un apartamento en torre, muy seguro, lindas vistas, las amenidades están bien pero cierran a las 10pm. Electrodomésticos modernos pero la cocina tenía algun problema porque no calentaba rápido y tampoco lo suficiente por lo que tardamos bastante haciendo comida. Por último, algo para tomar en cuenta es la hora del check in (4pm) y el check out(10am) los cuales son más tarde y más temprano(respectivamente) a la mayoría de los lugares que he visitado.
Excelentes días de descanso, cerca de la playa, con acceso a supermercado y restaurantes. Espacio del apartamento súper bien distribuido y camas cómodas para todos los ocupantes. Con gusto volveríamos.

Positive: We booked a one bedroom but due to some changes were given a tgree bedroom 2 bath fully equiped. The building is extremely well maintained and an easy walk everywhere. Negative: The electric cooktop was slow to heat even on high. It should also have a hood fan vent above the cooktop. When people upstairs move chairs,sound travels. Not a big deal but no soundbar between floors.

Todo bien y de acuerdo a la descripción. Es el primer hospedaje donde checkin y checkout dice flexible, pero no dice que lleva un costo adicional entonces sería bueno agregar eso en la descripción por lo demás todo genial
Our stay at upstay was great for the one night we stayed. The pools were amazing!! They had a lot of restaurants around as well. Would stay again!
